Comfortable bed and nice linens. Adequate breakfast with variety of dining seating options.
Most of the staff pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Parking is good, even with a small trailer. Bathroom sink stylish but sits too high on counter for shorter folks to use it. Couches in the suites need new cushions. They have ben recovered but need more filling. Elevator continues to make interesting noises. Have been assured of its safety but always wonder.

- Bruno (3/5): Here, booking and paying for a room does not mean that you will be able to sleep there. - The fact that out of 10 rooms, despite a reservation and payment, this hotel was able to provide us with at least 8 We arrived, and the person who introduced herself as the manager told us that of the 10 rooms we had booked, two weren't ready yet. This can happen, and we waited almost an hour for the other eight rooms to be checked in. At the end of this long and arduous process, the manager finally told us that the Booking platform had made a mistake and had only booked eight rooms. Then, for no apparent reason, she became angry. She became aggressive, insulting, and threatening. The group was stunned by this behavior, and we ended up occupying all eight rooms and booking rooms at another hotel. However, we still had to pay for all ten rooms, as the hotel had requested in a message. It was a particularly unpleasant and traumatic experience for our group. My job is to manage trips all over the world, and I have never encountered an accommodation manager with such behavior. Windham is a large group and our main accommodation provider in the USA. We are now forced to reconsider our position regarding its hotels.

- Timotej (1/5): Disgusting customer service!! - They charged me to send a package but never provided any tracking number or shipping information. Even sending the package was unnecessarily difficult. When I later tried to get the tracking number and basic information, they kept putting me on hold and refused to properly speak with me. I called again and was simply told “I don’t know” before the staff member hung up the phone. The manager also refused to explain the situation or provide any help. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable customer service.

I was told that he would contact me and I have heard nothing very unprofessional. We stayed there because of the pool and got to use once for about 15 mins because there were guests being very rude and rowdy around my 10 year old so we left.

- Kenneth (1/5): - Location There was a bug in the bed. Showed it to desk clerk who did absolutely nothing. Will never stay there again. Took picture of said bug and will warn friends and relatives who travel. Bathtub had a dirt ring. Toothpaste on counter. They came in and cleaned.
- Kel (5/5): Ok for overnight stay due to location. - The location was great, breakfast was pretty good. Elevator was so slow waited over 4 minutes to go up one flight, so we ended up using the stairs. It had snowed and the sidewalks were not cleared and I slipped several times. Also staff member was not available at 7 am to checkout, had to look for them for over 5 minutes even after repeatedly ringing their bell. I went and got the kitchen staff to help go back in the administrative offices to locate someone and he didn’t seem to care, no apology, didn’t ask about my stay or anything.

Compliment breakfast was good Very thin . I could hear all the stomping from above. Wish there was a hot tub. Pool looks very chlorinated but no starting smell so not sure what chemicals are used.

I stayed for two nights and really didn't want to leave. Everything was clean, peaceful, and pleasant. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great experience.
- Lawrence (8/5): A few hiccup at at the beginning but over all the stay was very good and your evening staff was very - The breakfast was good and convenient the location was great for what we needed and the young lady that checked us in after 3:00 p.m. was very accommodating very good hospitality from her You could work at accommodating your customers better we drove over 500 miles and when we got there it was like 11:30 we asked if we could get an early check in like at 12:01 and we were told we couldn't check in until 3:00 . We came in for a family friend's funeral and we had to find somewhere to get dressed because we couldn't check in until 3:00 I explained this to the guy but he didn't quite seem to care he just said there was no way we could check in before then other than that my state was pretty good

The worst part of my stay was the very rude Caucasian girl at the fr - The outside of the hotel was presentable, the front entrance was decent. I didn’t like the bathrooms nor did I like the blankets wasn’t clean, the toilet seats were stained and scratched up pretty bad especially, underneath the seat.

The room that I was assigned was not clean when I got there and it was an hour after check in time. The main lobby attendant had to reassign us another room and clean it as well before being able to go in.

There was what looked like a blood stain on the side of the mattress in our room. A chair had a white stain which we were able to clean up but still gross for it to have been left there. There were a couple other places that were a little concerning (pics attached).

We did have some noise issues with alot of jumping and stomping from the floor above us but we were in town for a youth wrestling tournament so I expected with so many kids that would happen. The pool area is a little small especially with so many kids staying there for an event but it was full of towels and very clean
