• Gutierrez (8/5): - Buena ubicación, lugar siempre limpio y cómodo. Solo creo que se debería invertir un poco más en el desayuno. Otro tipo de pan, fruta, cereal, entre otros.
• Jolanta (4/5): - Hotel położony stosunkowo blisko Plaza Mayor Cusco. Brak czystości. Podłoga w pokojach brudna, pościel nieświeża, w łazience nieprzyjemny zapach. Śniadania bardzo skromne. Kilkakrotnie korzystaliśmy z tzw. breakfasts boxes, na ktore skladala się jedna mala bułeczka z szynką i serem. Zero wody, czy innego napoju. Na koniec oszczędzali nawet na papierowych torbach I pakowali nam po 3 bułki do jednej torby (2 torby na 6 osób).
• Bartira (8/5): Vale o custo-beneficio. - Quarto quádruplo espaçoso. Água quente no banheiro. Não tive oportunidade de tomar café da manhã devido ao horário do passeio. Oferecem lanche box se solicitado, porém pão seco com uma fatia de queijo e presunto. Poderia ser melhor.

• Agáta (7/5): - The hotel is cute, short walk from the main square. The coca tea offered 24/7 is great for acclimatising to the high altitude. Just be mindful that it is a steep uphill climb to the hotel, but that is pretty normal anywhere in Cusco. The breakfast was lovely and served on a nice terrace - worth the view! The rooms are a bit dark (at least the one we stayed at) and the walls to the common areas (the chill out area and the breakfast terrace) are a bit thin, so might not be a good option for light sleepers.
• Kajsa (7/5): Beautiful place with good facilities on top of a very steep hill - A beautiful place and building! Clean, warm showers, free muña and coca tea for altitude. Good basics! It was extremely cold even when hot outside. Walls felt like paper and we heard everything going on outside clearly, so bring earplugs! Place is on top if a very steep hill, which is not good if you’re feeling the altitude
• Amy (9/5): - The decor is quirky in just the right way. We liked breakfast and our room and the facilities. It is located just outside of historic Centro, very near everything you want to see.
• Kiara (6/5): - It is in a really lovely building at the top of the historical centre, but quite a hilly walk or a short taxi but lovely views! And the staff are incredible friendly. We had a weird smell in our bathroom, we do think it’s a common problem around Cusco in general with plumbing but it was not pleasant. Otherwise the room was fine!

• Joao Monteiro (7/5): O hotel é bom, porém há algumas questões que diminuem a nota. Fiquem atentos! - O café da manhã é bom, os funcionários são cordiais e solícitos. Praticamente não tinha sinal da rede de celular no meu quarto, o que me dificultou muito trabalhar. O quarto tinha TV, porém não tinha controle. Não tem ar-condicionado. Houve um dia que derrubei sem querer sorvete no meu cobertor, e no outro dia a funcionária da limpeza somente trocou de lado o cobertor, no lugar de trocar por outro limpo. O pior na verdade foi a localização em si, o hotel se situa em uma ladeira muito íngreme, o que dificulta muito ir e voltar da Plaza de armas, a principal da cidade. Não é que isso seja surpresa, mas fiquem realmente atentos nesse detalhe.

Não gostei do quarto, pois estava com vasamento no banheiro e ficava todo molhado, quando chegavámos no quarto ele tava fedendo a banheiro. O que foi decepcionante, pois já havia me hospedado nesse hotel e não tive esses problemas.

Sehr alte und abgewohnte Ausstattung. Zudem schmutzig, der Duschvorleger noch nass vom Vorgänger, die Bettdecke voller fremder Haare. Bei Kartenzahlung kommen 5% Gebühren dazu, lieber Soles mitbringen.

A atmosfera do hotel é bem interessante. O quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Tinha um vazamento no banheiro e molhou todo o chão. O café da manhã é bem simples.

Just good to know. The wi-fi did not work in the room at all, just in one place in the hotel. It gets me little probles with my job.

• Plusloin (9/5): Up on a steep hill - The interior architecture, the size of the room, the view over the city and over the mountains. The location is near the historical center. A quiet zone with no barking dogs and no honking cars. Some water leaks from the rooftop in the bathroom when it rains.

Contaban con agua caliente y ofrecieron flexibilidad en el check-in. De hecho, tuvieron el detalle de adelantar el desayuno correspondiente al día de salida para el día de ingreso, lo cual me pareció un gesto muy cortés. La recamara que me toco, estaba en un pasillo de salida, lo que a la hora que los huespedes se retiraban en varios casos de madrugada se escucha mucho las maletas y las personas hablando. Quizas en otras habitacines no suele pasar. Si vas a ir varias veces a plaza puedes bajar caminando pero el regreso debe ser en uber o taxi, son muchas escaleras o lomas.

• Nicholas (3/5): Not worth the hassle. Book in the center - plaza de armas - The main floor of the property is very nice. The lady at the front desk is really nice. The hot water and water pressure were good. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was bad. The hotel is NOT located in the center, rather a 10 minute walk up a very steep hillside - if you are older or have any health concerns do not stay at this property (or be prepared to pay for taxi or uber every time you need to come back). I cannot stress how physically taxing the walk to and from this property is. We had a split stay and were placed in the worst room of the property, all the way at the top with no lift, twice even when we booked months in advance and requested a lower floor. There was no heat, aircon, or fan. The room was extremely basic and not inviting. The young guy working the overnight shift was not friendly or accommodating at all.

• Aquino (3/5): It’s okay but there is a hike to the hotel - It had hot water and the staff were nice. They provided breakfast for us for our tour in the morning. The bathroom smelt like urine. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We were located on the second floor and we could hear/see everything from outside into our room from people talking to when the lights were turned on. It’s located outside of central area and there’s a hill you may die on when walking back up from the square.

Good to note though property is up a fair hill so each day remember you will need to put in some steps up hill to get home It was loud, old building you could hear lots of noise from other rooms or outside. The church next door has bells going off all day which makes it hard to relax. My shower didn’t get warm or hot

• Sue (8/5): Not a bad spot for our 1 night stay. - The staff were extremely helpful, with every aspect ( they offered a packed breakfast when we left early for a trip). They had free flowing teas (inc coca and munya) available for guests. Room was comfortable. The hot water, despite being plentiful, ran in an ‘eb and flow’, making showers a bit like a dance off! Also, we hadn’t realised the hotel was quite high up the hill side overlooking Cusco - making for a short (9mins) but steep walk back each time.

Café da manhã simples , acomodação igual que qualquer hotel simples , o preço está caro para as instalações! Nas fotos vendem algo r quando vc chega e diferente , além d isso não tem táxis que desejem levar pois o local e de acesso difícil e se o táxi te leva cobram caro e não tem ! Pésimo lugar e os donos ainda mais !

• Demis Rogério (5/5): Não vale o custo/beneficio - A disponibilidade de água quente para banho. O café da manhã é um pão duro com ovo esfarelado. Na cidade tem disponibilidade de frutas da época e tem preço acessível mas não disponibilizam. O travesseiro não é confortável o colchão para mim é muito macio. O hotel ofereceu pacotes de passeios para diversos pontos turísticos, muito desorganizado não anotaram corretamente os dias e horários que estavam reservando. Houve diversos desencontros de horários, data errada de passeio e passeio não realizado porque deixaram a gente. Os guias sempre correndo não deixava a gente contemplar o ambiente, os passeios saiam tarde e chegamos em vários lugares quase fechando. A alimentação que estava incluída levaram para restaurante que não comportava o número de turistas, com isso as refeições estavam ruim que geraram infecção intestinal. Não recomendo fechar passeios com eles.
