The service was excellent and couldn't do enough for you making it a very pleasant stay. Very safe with good security outside. Very clean room with excellent facilities. Nice hot showers, very clean bathrooms and an excellent selection of toiletries. Loved the breakfast! Brilliant you can have curry for breakfast! Nothing

- Len (8/5): 3 Star hotel -but staff helpful. Reasonable value. - Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. Housekeeping staff very helpful and courteous. Overall a fair price for a reasonable stay. Would consider a future stay here.

Inside room they never clean Air Condition filter, no toothbrush, old towels and 2 towels for 2 adults and 3 kids. When we ask for more towels front desk servant was very rude and mad. So I suggest for all travelers never stay like this hotel. And elevator not worked. All guests wait 15 -20 minutes for get the room. No locker for guests inside room. This hotel not secured at all. Only outside security service

- Mohammed (10/5): Hotel star Pacific review - The staff and management were very attentive and saw to our needs. The room was clean. Everything about hotel star Pacific was perfect. The food was amazing when ordered ala carte . The security personnel were also good in giving us transport every day and evening. Overall very good experience. Would go there again The television channels were not so good. We couldn't watch anything as there was constant flicker. The breakfast items were not very appealing. Also very low items for breakfast . Also they advertise mountain view and city views. Unfortunately we had neither. Our living room window was dark so couldn't see through. The bedroom window was with steel rods and the only view was another building

Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! Restaurant and food: Wide selection of world cuisine that is delicious to the point we ate half our meals at the hotel at super low cost. The breakfast is pretty good too standard stuff but the dining menu is delicious. They also have a cafe that has all the hot and cold drinks you would order at Star Bucks! Staff and service: The best service I have ever had the pleasure of having. Excellent. They constantly went above and beyond for us like getting scales then weighing our luggage for us. Location: Centrally located 5-10 mins to anywhere in the city bang in the middle and on the road that takes you straight to the airport. All the staff were amazing: Special shout out to... Istiak Nahir, Manager Ripon Ahmed, Supervisor Saidul Islam, Swimming pool attendant Amir Ali, Garden Attendant
