• Yasmin (8/5): Really nice little apartment, had everything we needed and was a great price for what you got. The host was lovely and i - I really liked how it was set up, and the option of the 3rd bed as a futon was good. The bathroom was clean and comfortable and it had all the amenities you’d need. The pin code door was also great for multiple guests. The only thing that was a shame was that there wasn’t extra bedding for the futon. There was a bottom sheet but nothing else which made it difficult for our friend. Otherwise everything was great.

• Khadijah (10/5): - This is a fully functioning Aparthotel where they have taken everything into consideration. As someone with multiple food sensitivities I was able to cook easily for myself. Simple meals, nothing fancy, but nourishing and suitable for my needs. The kitchen is well equipped, anything you need just ask. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a desk and chair but also a fold away table which you can use for writing or eating. You can work well here in comfort. There is a proper wardrobe (smells great too) where you can hang your clothes, so you don't feel cramped. Irons and Ironing boards are provided on another floor. Bathroom is a wet bathroom with slippers provided. I love the area and it is a short walk to Mangpo station. The whole project was definately created with the traveller in mind. I hope to stay here again if I return to Korea.
• Khadijah (10/5): Wonderful Guesthouse. - This Guesthouse was built with the traveller in mind, that may seem obvious but, no. Many hotels do not think about the 'needs' of a traveller. The owners have done a great job in this regards. First of all the initial communication was great, and with pictures so I had no issue finding the building. There is a wide lift so no having to lug your lugguage upstairs. The individual units are lovely and spacious. As someone with food sensitivities I genuinely almost cried on seeing a single hob. It affords me the ability to cook simple meals and not have to depend on anything from outside. The unit also has a kettle and microwave. There is a fridge freezer to store your food. There is a actual wardrobe with hangers to hang your clothes. (Hangers may seem obvious, however many place neglect them) Any traveller will tell you that the bane of our existence is finding places to wash our clothes, the unit has a washing machine, they also have a rack to hang said clothes ( there is also a dryer if needed). Washing liquid and softener is provided. The bathroom/shower is a wet batroom with slippers provided. You have a table to work, and a fold away table for work or eating. Need to Iron your clothes? No problem, you can collect the iron and board on another floor. Any problem or question is dealt with quickly and efficiently. It's very quiet and this is expected of the guests, I loved this aspect. I was able to sleep well here. There is also a roof terrace to enjoy.They really have considered everything. If I ever travel to S.Korea again I would like this to be my default accomodation. There is nothing really I didn't like, however a soft night light would be a great addition to the room. I enjoyed my time here and felt well rested and my health improve. So i will mention what may be a little difficult for people. It took me about 20 mins walk from the metro station, that was with heavy lugguage. It's a straight walk and a turn into the street via very steep elevation. It involved me pushing my lugguage up. It really wasn't too bad (however everything is relative) Thats just a little heads-up if you have mobility issues. They have adequate space for parking under the building

• Carol (10/5): Superb SB House - What a wonderful find. Priced in the budget range I had expected just basic accommodation but was very pleasantly surprised. SB House is very clean and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. I stayed for 2 weeks whilst visiting family nearby and my single room had a washer, hot plate, full sink, fridge/freezer and a combi microwave. It also had a wet room with shower and lots of wardrobe/storage space plus tv and desk. Everything you need to make a home away from home. It also has a communal kitchen with pans, plates and cutlery you can use. Vacuum cleaner, irons and boards are available to use also. On the top floor is a roof terrace but it was too wet during my stay to use this. The property has a lift and is situated just a few minutes walk from Mangpo station and bus stops. There are several bakeries just down the road and a G25 for essential supplies. The area is very quiet and I felt very safe even in the dark.

• Sandro (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar und liegt (erhöht) in einer ruhigen Seitenstarße. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlichtund einfach. Dennoch ist alles nötige vorhanden.
• Michaela (10/5): Exceptional - + price + clean room + comfortable bed + convenience store is within 2 minutes + helpful owner + lovely scent in the wardrobe ++ I was assigned a room with a washing machine, although I didn't use it, it was a pleasant surprise - I didn't expect the accommodation to be located on a steep hill.

The only thing that didn't quite convince me, though it's a minor detail, was the shower: the handheld nozzle can't be fixed to the wall, which forces you to hold it with one hand while showering. It makes you miss the freedom of having both hands free as the water flows.

• M (10/5): Exceptional - The room is simple but has everything you need. Great for a budget friendly choice. There are a lot of small supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. The bakery nearby is really nice. The hotelmanager is also fantastic. He speaks English, is super friendly and responds quickly. The room has everything you need as mentioned earlier and outside the room there are other amenities like an iron board vacuum cleaner etcetera. The hotelmanager helped us with a lot of things and also booking a taxi.

• Nika (8/5): - It's been good. The place is clean and quiet, everything you need is in a walking distance. Magpo station connects to blue line so everything is very easy to manage.

• Alexander (7/5): Good value stay in Suwon. - It is basically just a studio apartment in Suwon. It was clean and I had no trouble finding parking when I arrived. The parking could get a little crowded, as the space is small and you are sharing it with the other residents from the aparment. It is also located up a steep hill.

• Cain (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel room itself is a very homely space. It had every facility you could need and the rubbish collection was very regular. The hotel is easy to find and has Mangpo station just a 10 minute walk away.

• Виноградова (10/5): Exceptional - I have been in SB House from 2023-06-10 to 2023-06-25. All was good. Microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV all in good condition. Bathroom is pretty clean. Bed is comfortable. Subway and bus stations are near the house. Also there are supermarkets 24/7 near the house,bank,cafes. The owner answered to my questions very fast. It's not that I don't like. Just FYI There is no bedclothes like pillowcase for example. It's common thing as I understood.

• Michal (10/5): Pleasant stay - On the day of check in, I received a message with all the information needed for a self checkin. Although I never met any staff, the person who texted me seemed very organized and attentive. The SB house is located in a very nice neighborhood, it felt very safe to walk around even at night. The nearest subway station is 5 min walk and it's only 3 stops away from Suwon station where there are trains going to Seoul and Busan. There are restaurants and convenience stores within 3 minutes walk. I stayed in a single room and it was just like in the photos. The room has a big window with lots of sunlight coming in, it also has double glass so it blocks any noise coming from the street. The room, bed, bathroom were very clean. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

• Reyes (10/5): We had a wonderful experience here, service was excellent - The room was very clean and nice. The room was not so big but is was enough to be very comfortable, we did not have to use the extra futon that was provided. The toilet and bath was bigger than I expected. Trash was picked up every other day and used towels were frequently replaced. Best of all we were able to communicate with the staff in English. Nothing much it was a great place with excellent value for the money. Maybe a separate cubicle for the shower.

• Terry (10/5): Nice and cozy guest house near Mangpo train statio - The guest house is near the station but its not noisy at all. If you are planning to live in Korea for a while, maybe this guest house is for you. Its about 1 hour far away from Seoul by station.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 또 오고 싶은 곳이긴 함 - 가격이 조금 비싼 대신에 그 값을 하기는 합니다. 원룸 형식으로 되어 있어서 세탁기, 원룸형 주방, 개인 화장실, 컴퓨터, 냉장고 등 풀옵션 원룸이라 봐도 될 정도로 방이 좋았어요. 다음에도 가게 된다면 꼭 여기서 머무르고 싶을 정도로요. 보일러도 마음대로 조정 가능해서 한 겨울에 반팔 입고 자도 감기 전혀 안 걸렸어요. 아쉬운 점이라면 게스트하우스나 호텔이 아니어서 조식이 없다는 점? 그거 빼고는 전체적으로 많이 만족했어요.
