We booked the hotel specifically because it had a pool and gym only to find they were closed Monday-Wed. The coffee shop was also closed during the time we were there. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known everything was closed.

Joseph (5/5): One night stay with family. - Very nice lobby, and our children enjoyed the game room. Our AC did not work, and it made for a very unpleasant night. It was cooler in the hallway than our room. There was also no shower curtain in the bathroom. Breakfast would have been 70 USD for our family of four, which seems outrageous. Parking was a little scary inside the parking garage.
Sean (10/5): Great ball venue - The room and hotel overall was nice. I think we might have overwhelmed the bar staff in the evening after our event.
Shawn (7/5): Outdated - The atmosphere was amazing. The amenities offered are great. Upon receiving our room key, we go to our room to find that it wasn't cleaned. Bed not made, dirty towels no fresh ones, no bar items as they were used by whoever stayed there previously. When I went to the phone to call front desk...phone wasn't working, I checked the lines all connected but phone itself was out- no dial tone. We were already running late to our event that we had no time to speak with front desk directly. We got back to our room late, so we told them upon checking out and was only told I'm sorry. Nothing else offered to make us leave feeling compensated for sleeping in a dirty room with a broken phone. I have attached photos of how the room looked when we got it.

Hyeon Kyoung (8/5): 가성비가 좋은 리조트 - 온돌 객실에 묵었는데 리모델링 된 룸으로 배정받아서 적당히 쾌적했습니다. 청소 상태가 아주 훌륭하진 않았지만(먼지가 약간 있음) 침구류는 깨끗했습니다. 무료 생수가 2개 제공되었고, 샴푸와 바디워시는 큰 통에 담겨있었습니다. 큰 비누가 한 개 비치되어있었습니다. 수건은 많이 낡은 편이라 가져간 수건을 사용하였습니다. 정원 조경도 잘 되어있고, 산책로도 있으며 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 저수지가 있어서 산책하기에 좋습니다. 주변에 식당도 많이 있습니다. 실내수영장은 운영시간이 짧지만 안전요원이 항시 감독하고 있으며 수질은 괜찮습니다.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Elegant older hotel, got an excellent price. the infrastructure is aged, but the conditions are immaculate, within those constraints. Wifi in every room, but no iron. The rooms were very warm, but plenty of hot water. The staff did everything possible to accommodate any requests. I really liked the place.
