• Verified traveler (4/5): NOISE - The hotel is next to the railway so the train noise at every hour during the night is not very pleasant. The wifi is not good to keep dropping most of the time we were there we using our 4G.

• Tuan (10/5): Great Hotel... in this priceclass - This Hotel is suitable for People they already know Ho Chi Minh City, and also important to get/rent a Motorbike. From Phu Nhuan you're very central to go to the other districts (Dist. 1 + 3, Go Vap, Binh Thanh...) and also very near from the Airport. Not suitable for Tourist, who will be the 1. time in Ho Chi Minh and want to visit some tours. For this priceclass the Hotel is very very good, the Prices of the Minibar is fair. - The Check-In is very quickly and uncomplicated, just one thing, you have to deposit your Passport. - The room on the 1.floor is noicy, but we are used to it. The rooms on a higher floor are much better with the noicy. We for sure will come back to this Hotel.

• Martin (8/5): A nice place to stay - A nice hotel, good rooms and comfortable bed. There is a train line near the hotel but it didnt bother me much. Internet was quite fast. Staff at front desk helpful even when English abilities were limited. There is a coffee shop/restaurant just next to the hotel with nice water fountain and flowers. I really enjoyed my time there. Very relaxed
• YUKI (8/5): 快適です - 立地はあまりよくないですが、線路沿いなのでタクシーで道を説明するのは難しくないですね。部屋はとてもきれいでした。チェックインは13時からだそうですが、11時に着いたら1時間あたり3万ドンだったか6万ドンだったかでアーリーチェックインさせてくれました。空いている部屋があればのサービスでしょうが、日本人にとっては悩むような金額ではないので即決で払いました。バスルームにも窓があるので明るいのがとってもいいです。

• ＩＴ (8/5): トランジットを利用したちょっとした滞在に便利 - 空港から近く便利だった。近くには商店や食事する場所もあるのでトランジットには便利でした。近くには空港へ向かうバス停もあるのですが、ホテルのフロントに頼めば気軽にタクシーを呼んでくれます。列車の線路脇にありますので、長距離列車が通るたびに列車の音が聞こえますが、それもまた風情がありますね。値段が安いわりに設備がよかったのでお勧めします。

• Katy (8/5): Good hotel in the cafe district of Saigon - My boyfriend and I previously stayed in this hotel for around three weeks and have since used it for a transit stop on our travels. The staff are friendly with good English & the location is lovely, in the heart of the cafe district of Saigon (the city centre is around 15 minutes away by bike). Yen Nam hotel is very close to the train tracks but this was no problem for us, the trains aren't very regular, nor are they loud enough to wake you. The hotel is very clean and modern with good facilities, we'd be happy to stay again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The place is good for crashing over night if you just transit in Saigon and wait for next day flight. Room is small but it is clean and has basic utilities. I wouldn't stay there for a long period because it is next to the railway and the noise from the train at night is quite annoying.
• SON TRUONG (4/5): Fair - Hotel is nice but service very bad, there big lady work reception not friendly and very bad service customers. Not come here again.

• Sohyun (8/5): 공항에서 가까운 착한 가격의 호텔 - 한국으로 돌아가는 날 비행기가 밤비행기라서 사실은 원래 묵던 숙소에 레이트 체크인을 요청했으나 시간이나 비용이 마음에 들지 않아서 비행기 타기전까지 몇시간을 묵기위해 공항에서 가까운 곳을 검색하다가 찾아낸 호텔이었어요. 호치민 공항에서 거리가 얼마되지 않아서 짐을 끌고 택시를 탄 후 이곳으로 와서 잠 좀 자고 씻고 푹 쉬다가 공항에 갈 수 있어서 좋았답니다. 단지 여기는 거의 현지인들만 있는 곳인지 식당을 가도 그림으로 된 메뉴가 없어서 손짓발짓을 했으나 못 알아 들어서 밥 먹으러 갔다가 나온 곳이 몇군데 됐구요 물을 사려고 수퍼 같은 걸 찾았는데 없어서 그냥 가까운 구멍가게 같은데서 물을 샀어요. 여행자 거리 같은 곳이라 생각 하시면 힘드실 거 같고, 현지인들 사는 동네에서 그런 느낌을 느껴 보신다면 좋다고 하실 수 있는 동네에요. 호텔은 시설이 깔끔하고 방 안쪽에 걸쇠도 있고 카드키라서 불편한 점이 없었구요 화장실은 조금 좁아서 불편 했어요.직원들이 친절하다는 인상은 그다지 받지 못했어요. 제가 쇼핑을 너무 많이 해서 짐이 많아서 옮겨 달라고 요청을 했는데 약간 두리번 두리번 대더니 엘리베이터에 짐을 같이 실어 주기는 했어요.1박당 가격이 엄청나게 착한 가격이다 보니 뭐 그리고 저는 그냥 몇시간 잠 좀 더 자고 편하게 있다가 가기에 돈 아깝다거나 그런 생각 드는 곳은 아니었어요.
• Veronika (8/5): Good hotel but in bad surroundings - I spent there 3 nights. The room was tinny. In front of windows was train rails, so it was quite noisy. Interior of hotel was great but the location was sad. To the city centre it was about 3 kilometres. We used Uber for approximately 30-50 000 dong. Beware of the non-license taxi driver from airport. The way to hotel cost about 50 000 dongs not more!

• Minh (4/5): Training Training and Training! - I don't smoke, They were put me in the smoking room. The maid keep asking where I keep the ashtray? I'm not sure their staff were trained not to ask the customer such question? When check out the receptionist also ask me where is the ashtray? I finally i will pad for the missing ashtray! Then they gave up!
• Ben (8/5): Great hotel. Staff is efficient but a little surly - Hotel is a little difficult to find, but extremely near to the airport. It's only 10 minutes away by cab (65000VND). Food is a little difficult to find late. Quiet except for the occasional train passing by.

• Minh (8/5): Quick Stay Near Airport For Next Flight - We spent 3 weeks in Vietnam, we stayed about 10 different hotels from 1-4 star, this is the first hotel charged us a tea bag for $5,000 VND its not the money but they should have post in the room about what they will charged!
