• Anupkumar Suraj Bhan (8/5): Unique over night stay experience at French Village - The rooms are small and have an open architecture of wash basin with the bed section of room. The room was are distributed in appx 5 buildings around the French Village and hotel staff will help take your luggage to your allotted room. Break fast is good and not overly crowded as the other places can be in French Village. Ofcourse it is the only hotel at the top of the hill in the French village and your default choice if you are planning to spend the night in French village. Do not expect any early check ins and late check outs here. I could feel the hotel in full always.

• Ramil (2/5): not worth it. - the attractions, breakfast buffet, and the staffs that helped us with our luggage. not worth it for the price of the hotel. that the built-in AC depends on the outside weather (according to the staff), so it was extremely hot when we checked in. the temperature couldn’t be adjusted at all. we requested a fan, but it still wasn’t enough since the room felt stuffy and lacked ventilation, even with the windows open at night. same with the cable cars! it was SO HOT INSIDE especially when we first checked in.

• Saloni (10/5): I highly recommend staying overnight here if you visit Ba Na Hills. - I had an amazing experience staying at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills. The whole place felt like stepping into a little European town in the mountains, with beautiful architecture and incredible views all around. Especially at night, after most visitors had left, the atmosphere became even more peaceful and magical. The hotel staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its great variety of food choices. One of my favourite moments was getting early access to the Golden Bridge before it became crowded — it was such a calm and memorable experience. The cable car ride was absolutely stunning, and the cool mountain weather made the stay even more enjoyable. I’m really glad I chose to stay overnight here, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ba Na Hills.

• Nicola (9/5): Easy view to see Bana Hills - A nice hotel that makes exploring BaNa Hills easy as you get the early mornings and evenings after the crowds go. It was expensive for accommodation in Vietnam, you are paying for the convenience. The bed and pillows were great. The staff where helpful and friendly throughout the check in and out process. If your looking for vegetarian or vegan food not every restaurant caters for this, you need to look around. Researching the check in process beforehand certainly helped as you might get confused without doing this.

Checkin was quick and smooth No powerpoint in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror for the hairdryer Breakfast was plentiful but all precooked and eggs, bacon etc was all stone cold. A fresh cooked egg station would be much better. Checking out was less helpful and we ended up at the wrong location at the base of the mountain because there was no one to assist with directions, luckily our driver was flexible. The lack of people who speak english made it very difficult not just at the hotel but ba na hills as well, there isn't evan an English version of the ba na hills map.

• Vadim (1/5): - Даже не хочется описывать все что понравилось и не понравилось. Просто как минимум, не удалось комфортно поспать в этом общежитии с картонными стенами. Все основные места для посещения закрываются после 17. Поэтому особого смысла снимать номер на горе не было. Имейте ввиду что нужно доплатить 2млн за поднятие на гору. В стоимость отеля это не входит. Впечатления более отрицательные.

• Stephane (1/5): A fuir ! De loin ma pire expérience d’hôtel au Vietnam ! - L’établissement est dans le parc. C’est son seul avantage. - climatisation non fonctionnelle et non réglage (selon le manager paramétrage pour tout l’immeuble identique) - système de régulation de l’humidité (selon le manager) non fonctionnel. - moisissure au plafond - coups dans les murs, manque de peinture - support de nécessaire de toilette non propre - mini bar vide - réservation pour mon anniversaire et aucune attention portée au client. Arrivée sur place après dîner (effet cage à lapin), sous les toits, une minuscule fenêtre en bas du mur accessible à 4 pattes. Réveil en sueur à 2h du matin avec pas de climatisation dans la chambre et écran de contrôle éteint et non fonctionnel. La cerise sur le gâteau, c’est d’avoir eu comme retour du manager au moment du check-out (c’est de votre faute vous n’avez pas contacté la réception) aucun geste commercial, ah si on nous offre un verre avant de partir ! On est très loin d’un standard MERCURE hôtel, et surtout à ce prix au Vietnam 153€ la nuit !

• ashok (6/5): ממש לא שווה את המחיר - האמת שהמלון מאוד מאכזב יחסית לכל האטרקציות שבמקום. החדר שעלה מעל 150 דולר היה הכי גרוע ששהינו במשך השהייה שלנו בויאטנם והכי יקר. ארוחת הבוקר עמוסה ואין יחס אישי מרוב שמלא אנשים, בתור הכפר הצרפתי הייתי מצפה שיהיה לפחות קווראסון בבוקר. בקיצור אם לא דחוף לכם לראות את גשר הזהב מוקדם בבוקר..

Upgraded room was street level looking over at the sushi restaurant. Half way through dinner the staff came over with individual bills for all 8 guests despite us saying we wanted desserts and more drinks. Ordered cocktails in the lounge and it took over 30 minutes and other guests were being served over us.

• Mia (8/5): - As first time visitors to Vietnam we decided to stay at Bana Hills rather than a day trip to see The Golden Bridge and French Village. While this was the most expensive accommodation of our whole trip staying overnight gave us the opportunity to wander around both the Golden Bridge and Village after closing hours and before opening hours (less crowded) and get to see most of the village as well as unlimited cable cart rides and other included activities. Our room was great - clean, comfortable bed and great shower pressure. The included breakfast was exception - so may choices and excellent quality. For first time visitors I would recommend an overnight stay

In principe heb je deze niet meer nodig vanuit de Europese Unie. Dus jammer dat ze zelf niet op de hoogte waren. Zonder foto van mijn reisgenoot op een andere locatie had ik er niet binnengeraakt. Dit was op voorhand ook niet gecommuniceerd.

• Michael (7/5): - Problemloser und freundlicher Check-In. Direkt schon an der Seilbahntalstation konnte man alles erledigen, da es einen separaten Hotelcounter gab. Das Zimmer war viel zu hellhörig, Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren, es war viel zu kalt. Selbst der zusätzliche eingeschaltete Radiator konnte das Zimmer nicht aufheizen. Ein separates Badezimmer gibt es nicht. Es sind nur eine Duschkabine und WC-Kabine vorhanden. Das Waschbecken ist auf der Rückseite einer Abtrennung zum Bett. Die Wc-Kabine ist viel zu klein.

I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels - Nothing with the hotel however sun world was amazing, the views the scenery the beautiful French village, shops and restaurants I stayed in hotel Toulouse. The ac was permanently on an could not be remotely turned off or down in the room. I slept real bad an had an are throat a sinus was blocked the next day. I was advise anyone with respiratory problems or asthma not to visit this hotel only do a day trip.

• Celia Priya (9/5): Best overnight trip! - Experiencing Ba Na Hills with less crowds in late afternoon/evening & early morning. This place is just stunning, with so many different areas to explore. Staying in Mercure makes the most of this experience without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by crowds. The breakfast spread of the one of largest and most extensive ones I have seen of late. It is quite pricey for a single night stay, but totally worth it.
• Suzanne (7/5): Good for Influencers - The Coaster was fun as I hadn't been on a theme ride for a while. There was a lot to explore and looks like it's only getting bigger and better. As we were staying overnight, we jumped the line to the cable car. Staff really look after you and walk you the whole way to reception. Bana Hills was fine, but just not great for us. More for people who like taking pictures of themselves. It's a fairy land, so not really showing the real Vietnam which is what I like to see.

• Bernd (8/5): Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in diesem Hotel nicht stimmig - Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Bettmatratze war genau richtig hart. Das Frühstücksbuffet war qualitativ gut und vielfältig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht stimmig. Das Ganze erinnert an Massenabfertigung. Der einzelne Gast ist ziemlich egal. Das Hotel ist halt Monopolist. Beim Frühstück war es sehr laut und teilweise chaotisch - einfach zu viele Gäste. Die Toilette ist selbst für normal gebaute Menschen ziemlich eng.

Good thing I have money, what if I don’t have - Its nice and clean, plenty of things to do I was charged twice. The receptionist promised me to get a refund however I had to wait for 45 days to get my money back. Since I am only on a short holiday I don’t want to wait. So my only option is to consumed the 2nd charges that they’ve made, it let me felt that I was scammed.

• Brian (10/5): Wonderful! - The location was great! Food was delicious in the area, recommended the beer fest area. Great staff! The lines for the 4 season buffet, I don't recommend getting the buffet unless you get the wow pass. I think it's 300,000 vnd a person. It's definitely worth it if you are going to the 4 season buffet. Unfortunately, there are many rude tourists. Some try and cut in line and push. Hold your line and call them out, and they will feel social pressure and stop. Don't let them ruin your experience, though. Many very nice people as well. So all the cons are not because of the hotel. The hotel was great!

• Zach (7/5): A fine stay if you want to take advantage of the park - Location, being able to see the french village and golden bridge without the crowds. The chaos at every stage, check in, breakfast and checking out. Impersonal and breakfast was pretty average. Overpriced.

• Nicola (7/5): Comfortable but communication needs improvement. - The king room was very comfortable. Softish bed and 2 good pillows. Shower was hot and everything was very clean. The location is fabulous. There was quite a lot of choice for breakfast. It is really worth doing the overnight stay here just for the access to the bridge first thing in the morning. The numbers of people later on are huge. It was very sparse first thing and the sunrise views are absolutely stunning. We could not get the overhead shower to work so had to use the hand held one. There was no obvious switch to change it. Some instructions might be useful. There was no way to change the air con temperature which we found quite cold. Communication before arrival was not good. When we checked in at tbe cable car station below, we were told which hotel we were staying in but not that the check in was somewhere else, so carried heavy luggage to our allocated hotel where there is no one to ask instructions. We then had to spend time googling and wandering around to find the reception. There is no obvious signage for help. Eventually someone from the cable car station helped us. Today I have received an email answering a query I had before arrival and giving me instructions about how to get to reception but we checked our yesterday. For the price of the hotel in Vietnam this really needs improving. Instructions could have come with the hotel confirmation.

• Robert J (1/5): Do NOT stay at Mercure DaNang French Village Ba Na Hills - The room was advertised as “view of the mountains or surrounding village”. My room was surrounded by the villagers. Crowds, tour groups, all understandably loud and excited steps from my deck/windows and theme park music blared from morning until 8pm, the speakers right outside my window. Impossible to enjoy room, which was modest for the premium price charged. Mini bar empty. Staff non-caring.
