Beğenmediğim olay otele araçla geliyorum kapıda vale ücreti isteniliyor. Ve otelin otoparkı mevcut. Dünyanın çoğu ülkesine gittim. Ben böyle birşey görmedim. Savunmada şuydu dışarda cafelerde bile var.

MrCilician (10/5): Divan Adana is the best of Divans - The greatest strength of this hotel is their beloved Adana-men and Adana-women employees. They have always been positive and helpful. Price is higher than most 5 star hotels in Europe, this is of course because of the scarcity of the quality hotels in. Adana.Food was nice, service was nice, room was nice. Nothing to complain about in this hotel. Except for the price. 120€ per night is really too high.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and they even arranged my drive back to the airport at a very reasonable price. The location couldn’t be better – perfect for a short walk to explore the area. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also has a fantastic spa and offers a very pleasant, welcoming atmosphere overall. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Adana!

Özellikle gece resepsiyonda duran Ahmet beye çok teşekkür ediyoruz bazı nedenlerden dolayı geç check in yapmak zorunda kaldık ve bizi anlayışla karşılayıp biraz daha fazla kalmayı teklif ettiğimizde bizi kırmadan kabul etti. Ahmet bey tekrardan anlayışınız için teşekkürler.

Lubbers (9/5): Bijzonder mooi hotel, met enorm vriendelijke mensen. - Enorm ruime kamers. Super vriendelijk persooneel. Veel personeel ook. Zijn we in Europa niet meer gewend. Het ontbijt is echt Turks. Olijven en diverse harde kazen als ontbijt. Ik zou liever zien dat er griekse yoghurt is ipv chemische aardbeien cupjes yoghurt. De Engelse taal is niet voldoende bij de medewerkers van dit hotel. Je komt er wel uit, maar de hotelmanager mag best eens een cursus uitdelen aan zijn fantastische medewerkers.

Aracımı açık alanda güneşte bırakmışlar, bana bodrumda otopark olduğu söylenmişti. Kahvaltı yapmadık, o konuda bilgim yok. Tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Odayı beklemek istememiz onları neden rahatsız etti anlamadık.2 oda büyük çift kişilik oda almamıza rağmen bir oda 2 tek kişilik yataktı.Odanın birini ertesi gün temizlemediler sorunca da ayrıca temizleme talep etmeniz gerekiyor dediler ki böyle birşey olmadığını herkes bilir.Yani resepsiyondaki görevliler kesinlikle kabaydı hiç memnun kalmadık

Spa alani tertemiz ve kullanisli. Sadece jakuzinin bir kismi arizali diye dusunuyorum ya da biz calistiramadik ama tesis cok temiz ve huzurlu. Tum personel cok güler yuzlu ve yardimsever. Gold uye ayricaliklarindan da gercekten yararlanabiliyorsunuz. Odamiza guzel bir not ve atistirmalik tatlilar birakilmisti. Bu galiba hotels.com ile Türkiye'de kaldigim otellerde ilk defa karsilastigim bir durum. Gercekten tebrik ediyorum. Tekrar Adana'ya gelsem kesinlikle kalacagim ve gelenlere de onerecegim bir otel.
