- Oxenham (10/5): Amazing - Loved Cecila Hotel - the staff were super friendly, room was large and spacious, breakfast was great. Location is also great as it's a 1min walk to the beach! Definitely recommend if you're visiting Da Nang. The rooftop pool definitely isn't as good as it looks on the pictures - but wasn't an issue since you've got the beach right next door.

- Roslyn (8/5): Great location and exceptional staff! - The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! They are welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is fantastic too. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We loved the location. It is close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately our rooms had a constant damp smell and the shower leaked all through the bathroom floor area.

- Mai Phuong (9/5): Great, has potential to be even better! - Extremely helpful and lovely staff. Morning buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Location is only 3 minutes walk to the beach. The interior is a bit outdated and weird shower setup with wood floor. They were renovating the first floor bar so it’s a bit noisy too. But I think they are upgrading their facilities so hopefully it will be better next time!

Soooo friendly and accomodating. The shower. Possibly THE worst shower ever experienced in a hotel. No screen so water gets absolutely everywhere.

Penthouse is stunning - definitely a nicer option than the 2-bed apartments. The hotel is a bit more dated than the photos - the rooftop pool bar is no longer open.

Frühstücksbüffet mit frischer Obstauswahl. Man musste über 2 stark befahrene Querstraßen zum Strand. 4 Liegen am Pool ist zu wenig.

- Darlyn (6/5): The location is amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming! - The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs especially Tina and Cynthia (or Cindy, I can’t quite recall her name). The location was also excellent, being close to the beach, nail salons, restaurants, shops and everything you might need. 1. The soundproofing inside the room could be improved. We were able to hear conversations and even the slightest noises from the hallway, which made it difficult to fully relax. It also explains the signage in the hallway requesting guests to keep quiet. 2. When we walked in to the room (after coming back from our all day tour), there was a noticeable cigarette smell. As non-smokers, we found this quite unpleasant and are unsure how the smell lingered in the room. 3. The shower setup could be improved. As shown in the photo, water tends to splash outside the tub during use, which leaves the bathroom floor quite wet. As a result, we had to request extra towels and bath mats to manage the water, which was a bit inconvenient.

Some breakfast dishes were cold, even when going for breakfast as soon as they opened.

- Sue (8/5): Great for families and non-drinkers - Location is excellent for the beach access and local eateries. The breakfast has a huge selection and all very tasty. The pool on the rooftop is very nice and clean. There are good views of the ocean from the rooftop and you can get a drink up there, however it has to come from the ground floor, there is no working bar up at the rooftop. Beds were clean and comfortable. Our twin room had very limited space, only one person could get through at a time. You can smoke at the rooftop or out at the front of the hotel. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The staff seemed to be counting how many alcoholic drinks we had at the rooftop bar since I was approached the following morning by a staff member (not the bar service member) finding it amusing that I had consumed 12 beers .... untrue, we had 6 beers each. I don't enjoy being micro-managed at age 62 ! Needless to say, we found somewhere else to go to have our holiday beverages.

Two nice pools (lower floor one more secluded than the top floor). Huge breakfast area, which still got somewhat crowded, but it was during the Tet holidays. Good vegetarian options; one big part of the restaurant is allocated specifically to vegetarian food. Generally helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are on the hard side. Air con can be somewhat noisy in some of the rooms (mostly due to strong wind I guess).

- Kieu Thuong (9/5): I would love to come again! - Our room was wonderful, although some spots were not as clean as expected. But we still had a wonderful time at the cicilia hotel. We had a daytrip to Hue, which we booked at the hotel as well. They have a rooftop bar with pool - the view to the beach is amazing. Breakfast was big and had a broad variety. All staff members are friendly respectful and extremely welcoming, probably the reason why i would come back to this hotel again in future. Thank you so much! Some spots were not that clean but its okay, it can happen. The windows are not as clear as shown on pictures, they have some type of window sticker on it, probably to prevent cracks through the strong Sun Light or something.

Egy nappal később érkeztünk a foglaláshoz képest mert a csatlakozást nem értük el.Jeleztük a szállásának,de sajnos nem válaszolt erre a levelünkre.
