Ruhige Lage sofern man ein Zimmer mit View auf den River hat. Schönes Restaurant mit Terrass dirket am Fluss. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Leider fand am Samstag eine Hochzeit statt, Das Hotel wurde mit Hochzeits-Gästen geflutet. Auch das Restaurant war dann am Samstag nur noch teilweise benutzbar. Die Terrasse war komplett gesperrt aufgrund der Hochzeit. Das war etwas unglücklich.

- David (7/5): The hotel has great potential - The view of the Mekong River from our room was excellent, and the breakfast had a nice selection of Asian and Western options. We stayed before Tet, too, and the street before the hotel was extremely colorful and lively with flower sellers extending along the riverside for more than five kilometers. The staff were nice and friendly, and one surprised me with his fluency in both English and Japanese. Overall, the hotel was a good deal for its price. It was too bad that the hotel area along the river was often full of trash (a problem in Ben Tre and Vietnam as a whole). It seemed to me that more of an effort could have been made to keep such a stunning attribute of the hotel clean. Also, photos of the hotel on most booking websites do not realistically depict the hotel. The hotel appeared much older and more run-down than we could have possibly known based on the online photos. Finally, the walls of our room were rather thin and you could easily hear other guests in their rooms and especially in the hallways as they opened and closed their doors and talked to each other.

- Thomas (10/5): Sehr schönes Resort in schöner Lage. - Sehr schöner Garten mit schönem sauberen Pool direkt am Mekong. Geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr freundlicher Service. Nettes Bistro mit Terrasse direkt am Wasser. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Prinzipiell ruhig mit einer Ausnahme (s.u.). Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Stadtseite, das zwar den Vorteil bietet, dass es tagsüber nicht direkt von der Sonne aufgeheizt wird, jedoch wurden wir dort einmal schon gegen 5.30 Uhr morgens von einem Lautsprecher aus dem gegenüberliegenden Gebäude über 30 Minuten lautstark beschallt.

D’autant plus que j’avais oublié mon portefeuille dans ma chambre, le personnel m’a renvoyé mon portefeuille à mon autre hôtel gratuitement. Tout était très agréable. Encore merci pour le service. - Karin (9/5): Wunderschön wenn man ein paar ruhigere Tage möchte - Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am Fluss, einen großen sauberen Pool und viel Grün drumrum. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, es hat nur etwas am Ambiente gefehlt. Das Frühstück ist riesig und sehr lecker. Das angeschlossene Restaurant hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse, man muss nur viel Geduld haben, das Essen ist aber gut. Fahrräder auszuleihen lohnt in jedem Fall. Man ist auf das Restaurant angewiesen und das Personal dort ist leicht überfordert.

- Stefania (7/5): Buon soggiorno con vista - La posizione è ottima, anche se è a 4 km dalla zona centrale, qui c’è una vista impareggiabile sul fiume. Abbiamo scelto appositamente una camera con vista e siamo stati molto contenti. La colazione ha alcune opzioni dolci e in generale è stata abbastanza buona e varia. C’è una bellissima piscina, ottima per i bambini. La palestra era davvero trascurata. Mancano manubri e qualche materassino. Gli attrezzi sono datati e cosa peggiore, non c’è aria condizionata ma solo il ventilatore…e fa davvero troppo caldo. Abbiamo prenotato un tour tra quelli proposti dall’hotel. Il tour è costato 2.200.000 per 3 adulti e un bambino. Non ci ha soddisfatto perché ci siamo accorti che non era il tour concordato e non era un tour di particolare valore. Abbiamo visto la foresta di cocco, visto il villaggio del cacao, l’allevamento delle api (avevamo scelto l’altro tour proprio perché abbiamo paura delle api), navigato sul fiume…in tutte queste attività ci sono state richieste o incoraggiate mance extra oppure le attività erano finalizzate a vendere dei prodotti. Ci hanno fatto mangiare per tutto il tour, ma non era quello che ci aspettavamo…volevamo vedere le attività e la produzione artigianale ma non abbiamo visto in concreto nulla di tutto questo. Non ci interessava mangiare ma conoscere le attività locali. Abbiamo fatto altre escursioni durante il nostro viaggio, questa è stata l’unica ad averci deluso. Il ragazzo che ci ha guidato e’ stato gentile ma la gentilezza non basta per fare un buon tour.

The atmosphere here always creates a sense of relaxation, tranquility, and a close connection with nature. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer beautiful views. The service is always thoughtful, the staff is very friendly, and always ready to assist. Every time I visit, I feel recharged and eager to come back again. This is definitely an ideal destination for anyone looking for a relaxing and complete vacation.

- Dat (10/5): If you want quiet place to chill by the poolside for a night or three with good value for money then this is the place. - Certainly a slightly older resort but clean and comfortable, and very quiet given it is about 3km from the hustle and bustle of Ben Tre. Of note, the manager was an exceptional host who made my mother and my aunt (both local residents) very welcoming. Because the resort is 3km away from the markets of Ben Tre need to get a taxi or Honda Ong. But I knew this when I booked.

- Luciano Carà (10/5): Magnifique séjour - Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Ben Tre Riverside Resort. L’emplacement au bord de la rivière est superbe, parfait pour se détendre et observer la vie locale. La piscine est agréable et le personnel d’une grande gentillesse. La propreté est irréprochable — rarement vue à ce niveau. Le petit déjeuner est correct, assez varié pour convenir à tous les goûts. Le restaurant sur place est pratique, surtout que l’hôtel est un peu isolé. Autre point très appréciable : les excursions en bateau partent directement du quai de l’hôtel. Une très belle expérience, que nous recommandons vivement !
