Guest Reviews
- judylenf (6/5): Breakfast in Bohol - We went for breakfast at this resort when we saw it online. The reviews were not good so we went and tried it ourselves. The food was good and the place is beautiful. But there were pieces of trash around the dining area where we were sat down. The staff were noisy, chatting loudly and some had thier feet up on the seat of the chairs. Someone was even talking using a megaphone or some amplifier that the place does not offer a relaxing and peaceful experience. Saying that our server was polite and attentive. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family.
- Irvin (10/5): - Located within the city, the resort is a perfect place for families with kids like us and we stayed for 12 days straight. It is an expansive property with 3 pools that gave us choice of where and when we go for a swim. The property is gated and secured. My 2 kids on another room could walk around safely around the property. The food is good and the daily night time entertainment is fantastic. The staff are also friendly. This place is a good base to explore the island province of Bohol. I recommend this place.
- Liza (8/5): - My whole family had a nice stay for 3 days we swimming in the pool though the lady who answered my call when I enquired if we can use the pool while waiting for the check in time was rude. Just said no and hang up!
Limited option on intercontinental breakfast especially if you don’t eat pork.
- John (8/5): - We have stayed there many times. It is safe convenient to the main city and the staff are helpful. The food is okay.
- mullinsf2025 (2/5): Disappointing Stay: A Huge Step Back from Our Last Visit - I stayed at this hotel three years ago and had a wonderful experience, so I decided to book again for this trip, hoping for a similar stay. I reserved three superior rooms, which were priced higher than the standard rooms, expecting an upgrade in quality. Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be a major disappointment.
First, the check-in process wasn’t great. The front desk staff didn’t seem very enthusiastic about their jobs, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. When we entered our rooms, they were spacious, but the condition of the rooms was quite concerning. One of the rooms even had termite droppings, so we were moved to another one. The new room was outdated, with chipped paint, mold in the bathroom sinks, and no attention to detail. We also had only two bath towels, no hand towels or face towels, and the cheap soap and 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner didn’t help the situation. There was no floor towel provided, and while it may not have been an issue yet, I can see it leading to an accident soon.
To make matters worse, if you request an extra towel, you’re charged for it. It’s a small fee, but seriously? I’ve never had to pay for extra towels at any hotel.
The breakfast was also a letdown. There wasn’t much variety, especially for those who don’t eat rice or eggs in the morning.
And the cherry on top—when we opened the door to our room, we were greeted by rats. Yes, rats. Big ones. They were running around and even tried to come inside. 🤦🏻♀️
I’m not sure what happened to this place since my last visit, but this time was incredibly disappointing. It’s unfortunate, because I was really looking forward to our stay.
- Kathleen (10/5): - Thank you
- Cristina (2/5): - No air conditioning, Greatly appreciated if they can refund my 2 nights stay Aug.19 and 20, thank you.
- Mark (6/5): - For a three star hotel it was very good, but it wouldn’t rate any higher than that at this stage.
Interior is quite tired with a no. of fittings falling off. We were provided with one bath towel each and when prompted as to no face washer or hand towel we were advised “would provide if requested”
Buffet breakfast was very poor with hastily provided fried eggs, powdered orange juice etc….
Will not return at this stage.
- Ann N (10/5): - Nice place and staff was nice too!
- Maria Fe (10/5): - The sea view from our room’s balcony was amazing; breakfast was varied everyday and delicious; staff is super supportive and responsive; conveniently located and lastly, the place is relaxing and overall homey.
The only thing that was bothering us a bit was the big cockroach in the room, which I think is typical for a tropical island.
- Leonil-Tita (8/5): - Poor water drainage of the shower room & smells bad.
- Leonil-Tita (8/5): - Poor water drainage of the shower room & smells bad.
- ikzienageere (2/5): horrible and live threatening! - We visited Bohol tropics restaurant a few times, and despite the too loud music always, the food was ok.
Last July 5, we took a table on the balcony the farthest from the very noisy (and poor) music. I wanted to treat myself and ordered a tenderloin steak, as literally said on the menu: “a certified Angus steak, grilled to perfection”. Rate 1750peso. I asked medium rare. I received a 7mm (Filipino?) steak. Not grilled but pan fried. I didn’t mind too much, so I tried… to find out it was much too much salted and overthrown by rosemary. I had a few bites on all sides, but still the same, so I took it home for the cat and told the waitress how disappointed it was to get such an over-salted so called steak. Once at night, I found out the hard way why it was like that: I got diarrhoea till morning!
I never go there again… and you are warned now too!
- Herwena (8/5): - It's comfy and nice for the price
- Herb (8/5): - The place had a nice atmosphere and beautiful view. The hotel resort looks like an old establishment and has been remodeled. Overall fairly price and accommodation was great.
- CARLO (8/5): - Great location.
- sheenab436 (2/5): only hotel who let their guests carry their own bed transferring to another room - first to visit Bohol. we are guest participants, attending a convention. we transferred room pero kami ang pinaglipat ng kama from another room transferring to another room. the only hotel who let their guests TO CARRY BED transferring to another room.
- gloria (8/5): - I do not like their towels and bedsheets, need new ones.
Need bigger shampoo plus conditioner.
Deposit box not working
- Adonis (10/5): - We always stay in this hotel due to its location and value. The free breakfast is always a plus.
- Heather (10/5): - We were only here briefly overnight, but it was lovely and we wished we could have stayed longer. Nice rooms, nice location, pools looked inviting. Breakfast was a bit average but edible. Would stay again.
- Adonis (10/5): - We always book this resort when coming to Bohol. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great food and there’s a spa if you’re in need of a good massage.
- Magaly (6/5): - My room had a terrible smell and the ac unit was leaking causing a big puddle on the floor.
- Editha (10/5): - This resort is excellent. The service is outstanding and the staff is great. It’s very clean. It’s an oasis and we had a deluxe room with a great ocean view and a very spacious outdoor balcony. Mt family loved the outdoor breakfast buffet with a beautiful view of the harbor. We wish we could have stayed longer.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean but a bit old - Room is clean but a bit old
- ethel (10/5): Good value for money - Great venue. Lovely staff and excellent services
- Melinda (6/5): - Like the view of ocean, water. The shower in room 325 leaks water out of the stall into the toilet area that we needed to stop with towels all the 5 days we stayed in this establishment. Very nice of staff to always provide for extra towels to dry the floor and apply a stopgap for the water flooding the room. It seems it’s an ongoing problem since staff were nodding head when we informed them of the problem.
- Evangeline Romasanta (4/5): - Old and not maintain property. The metal part of anything in the room is rusted, disgusting facility. Manager will not please their customer even they know that its there fault.
Nice outside facility but not the rooms where you sleep. I have to add a little more money to move to another room, because the room where we stay is disgusting , old, and rusted. Front desk personnel and house keeping manager will acknowledge that the facility is dirty but will not give you a price break.
- Evangeline Romasanta (2/5): - Dirty place to stay , rusted facility, need total renovation
- David (10/5): - I didn't like that there was not a way to heat up food brought to the room. The front desk suggested the restaurant but i was not going to be the entitled American who asks the restaurant to heat up another restaurants food.
- David (10/5): - We had a lovely stay, a fabulous spacious room with a lovely sea view. Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food in the restaurant was good.
- daniel (6/5): - We have stayed at Bohol Tropics numerous times over the past years. We found the room to be dirty under the beds and around the furniture. We had one towel in the room. We had no hand towels or wash cloths. Ver odd. The breakfast buffet was cold except for the rice. We can get a much better breakfast in Tagbilaran for 1/2 the price. The staff is always wonderful. When we return to Bohol in the fall, we will try Bohol Tropcs again. Maybe for the last time.
- Charles (6/5): - We had a room by the pool at night it was very noisy..guests having fun until late hours. Unable to sleep. Thanks for bad stay
- Louis (10/5): - A wonderful hotel just around the corner from the port. 3 pools, none of which have a deep end; the deepest part might be 4’. And very friendly staff.
- 436rustyb (6/5): Great Views and Amenities, but Room Cleanliness and Service Need Improvement! - My Finnish boyfriend and I recently stayed at your resort for 6 days and 5 nights. While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, such as the stunning view, the relaxing pool area, and the lovely restaurant, we also encountered several issues that affected our overall experience.
1. The room had a noticeable smell of cockroaches, and we also saw some during our stay, which was very unpleasant.
2. The internet connection was extremely poor, making it difficult for us to stay connected.
3. The phone in our room was not functioning, so we had to go to the reception area every time we had concerns or requests.
We hope these concerns can be addressed for the comfort and satisfaction of future guests. Despite these issues, we appreciate your hospitality and the beautiful facilities, and we look forward to seeing improvements should we decide to visit again.
- Chris (6/5): - The old wooden single beds need to go. Every time I turned over I woke my wife. The walls between the rooms are paper thin, and you can hear everything. The shower and bathroom in general needs an upgrade. Breakfast was lovely. Staff lovely, but definitely there needs to be an upgrade to the rooms. Music was played until 10.30pm and very very loud.
- Baltazar (8/5): - Almost everything was nice except that we always have to find a staff to open the door for us. The key card never work. Also, bath towels have holes on them.
- Althea (10/5): - Nice place. Really quiet and close to the port terminal. The room itself is cozy and the staff are friendly. Seems to be really popular with weddings! I would love to stay here longer next time.
- perry (10/5): - Good clean resort.. service and staff are great
- Lyneth (10/5): - Ok
- Merlyn D. (8/5): - Love the live band…
- Debra (8/5): - Breakfast was great
- Mcloi (10/5): - Great location to unwind , great customer service, everyone is working hard to make the place so neat & clean , a lot of foods selection on site restaurant plus every night with entertainment .
- sunita (6/5): - this property is ok, but not a 4 or 5 star, staff are nice some of them, there is no beach, no wheelchair access or ramps for people with disability, breakfast is poor selection, rooms are small no queen bed for couples, I would never stay here again only one restaurant no bars to hang out, front desk staff are not nice and not friendly , very poor service overall
- Greg (10/5): - The hotel is spacious and beautiful
- James (6/5): - Standard rooms were very small, had to upgrade to larger room
- jonathanmV5521DP (8/5): Nice centrally located - Nice resort centrally located in the busy city in the province, Tagbilaran. Close to the Pier and malls. The rooms are spacious but could use an upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything you need. We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed it.
- D2620AHbaz (8/5): Nice Gardens and landscaping. Friendly staff. - Great place to stay with nice rooms. Nice pool and gardens.
Breakfast was okay. Could have been improved as was covered in bugs and soggy. Room cleaning could be much better as floor was very dirty, dirty feet 2 min after shower. Room was full of bugs crawling on everything.
- Mia (10/5): - I have been going to Bohol Tropics as my go-to stay whenever travelling back to visit family, while wanting to stay within the city & it has always been a pleasurable stay. It’s comfortable, with a decent pool and is not as crowded if you’re looking for less populated stay.
- Roy (4/5): - Since the pandemic, many cosmetic changes have been made, including new furniture in rooms and dining areas, new car parks and signs and banners. Sadly at the cost in my opinion of the atmosphere and friendliness of the resort. Now operated as very corporate rather than personal. Gone is the free shuttle from the port which means guests now have the hassle of persuading the taxi drivers that the 5-minute journey does not justify a 300php fare! Also now the airport has moved to Pangalo a 30-minute journey away Bohol Tropics quote 1000 to 1200php for a taxi but it is actually 700php if you use a local taxi.
Gone is the served breakfasts replaced by a buffet. This means hot food is warm/cold and cold food is warm/hot. The main reason is to save the waiters' wages but the 6 waiters are still there but with nothing to do be clear tables they stand around in a huddle chatting and getting water or items replenished seems to interrupt them. Day one fried egg was an extra order as there are dried cold scrambled eggs. Day 2 then the fried egg is on the buffet. We didn't eat in the restaurant at night as we usually would but there is now an excellent and locally-priced Food Court a 5-minute walk down the road with live music.
- Aubrey (8/5): - Keep up the great customer service and maintenance!!!
- Ma Romelezza (10/5): - Great experience😊
- Mona Rita (4/5): - A/C is old.. no face towel, no facial tissue, no floormat in the bathroom- and the outlet is on the top ceiling area-- even if I requested for face towel, facial tissue and floormat the staffs confirmed they don't have... limited choices in the breakfast buffet... this is NOT what I expect-- hope the management could bring back the old days ..
- Mary Grace (10/5): - It has an olden golden familiar vibe. Did not change much from I remember it was then but I like it. If you want a newer modern appeal in a hotel, look somewhere else.
Their pools were better than oceanica’s overcrowded beach front pool in my opinion.
- Jane Gaynor (4/5): - Towels are dirty and seemed old.
Almost same breakfast serve everyday. We stayed there for 3nights and not a lot of choices. One incident, I had my food on the table but the waiter was cleaning and spraying on the other side while we’re eating. Terrible!!!
I had three rooms for my family. One of the rooms had 2 twin beds that are noisy and uncomfortable when turning and when I complained “it’s been like that Ma’am”. Another room seemed ready but when my sister and her husband sat on the bed, one side, the sheet had an old blood stain??? Are the sheets change after the customer checked out?
Otherwise, the place itself is nice because it’s overlooking the beach but they need to purchase new towels and bedsheets.
- John Anthony (6/5): - The property itself was clean and presentable. Loved the open air hotel lobby. Very cute. The rooms were dated but clean and tidy! Loved the service from the staff. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool area was very accessible from the pool side rooms. The pool nearest to the dining area was plain and simple. Easy to access and easy to depart. We did have a couple mishap during our stay, the electronic lock were not locking due to battery issues also we had to transfer to another room because our AC's co,pressor gave out. However both issues were addressed immediately by staff. Is it a luxury resort, no, For the price I would say it was worth it.
- Nicholas (2/5): Not for solo travelers - I was treated as a secondary guest to the wedding parties that the hotel appears to be primarily used for. I was given the room as far away from the amenities as possible, next to the housekeeping room. My room lacked 3 or 4 items, so the first hour was taken up by different members of staff coming and going from my room and then congregating in a large group to chat loudly outside for 15 minutes until I called the front desk. There is no store on the premises, so I had to go out to buy water. The restaurant is open to the public, so I couldn't eat until 9pm. The front desk staff are miserable. Just adding the word 'sir' to the end of every pedantic sentence does not make someone polite or pleasant. It looks lovely. Maybe I caught them on a bad day or 2.
- John (10/5): - The place is beautiful staff very friendly..1 draw back is the room safes they are very small and out dadted..The rooms are well kept and clean..Security is great all around a nice place well worth the stay..
- Rowena (2/5): - The room was flooded during the rain on the lower level of the hotel.
- Michele (10/5): Very pleased 🇵🇭 - Even though the shower was not working, the bed was too hard for my liking, this hotel was absolutely beautiful! Their service was over the top! I am very pleased with my stay here! Would definitely recommend and would also stay again.
- Dream55513841360 (2/5): Avoid this hotel - Worst. Same experience as last 2017. Aircon is not blowing cold air. Its a heater instead! Called front desk, said theyll do something about it. But no actions done until we checked out. Linens are very dirty, bathroom stinks. 🤮 Its expensive for its worth.
- Luke (8/5): - There a really nice breakfast buffet! And they are near the port , so island hopping is a short Tuk-Tuk ride away
- Arlisha (10/5): - Hotel staffs were helpful and the place , thou’ not a 5 star accommodation yet it’s a cozy place to stay in and convenient as it’s close to the city center.
- Joseph (10/5): - The Best Checked- In We ever had. Most Beautiful view, Old Filipino designed Resort, Lots of plants and flowers, lush greenery and clean. Calamansi Juice for welcome drinks, delicious. The Kindest Staff you’ll ever met, calm and soothing voices you’ll ever heard.
Thank You Amarela.
Joseph, Annabelle and kids of Las Vegas
- Josie (8/5): - Beautiful and quiet staff are excellent
- Wayne (8/5): - Great food overall. Friendly service. Room needed updating. Bathroom smaller of sulfur.
- edita (10/5): - Very tropical. Love the surroundings.
- Tessie (10/5): - I like it because it’s safe, quiet, dining options, transportation, pool, walkable, & most of all great service, the staff are friendly and very easy to talk too! For sure will stay again for our next holidays in BohoL!
Thank you Bohol Tropics, one of the best resort in Bohol. Tess G. From Canada 🇨🇦.
- Ryan (10/5): Amazing value for money hotel - Fantastic hotel - great value for money.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Air conditioning worked excellently.
Hotel was quiet in the day - so very peaaceful.
Pools were clean and warm - good depth for young ones.
Restaurant does lovely food, large portions - excellent value.
Massage / spa adjacent to the hotel which was lovely.
Staff were very helpful / attentive.
Our only negative (which was very minor) was the low water pressure which affected the operation of the shower (had to hold the nob up all the time).
But our overall view was 5/5 - super place to stay in Bohol!
- Eleno (10/5): - Been here for multiple times and it never fails us both its service and accommodation.
- Michael (8/5): - Nice resort. Very clean. Has some wear and tear around the resort. Restaurant was very loud at night and the breakfast buffet was meager. The ocean view was fantastic.
- Aileen (10/5): - Excellent location and service!
- Noel (10/5): - Friendly staff and beautiful surrounding
- marichocutamora (8/5): Satisfied - Spacious room , we stayed in the old building fronting the sea of Panglao Island. What i like this hotel because of their spacious bed and rooms. They have restaurant fronting the sea, foods are tasty and amount of food is good. Swimming pool is available too.
- dan (10/5): - Staff were great
- Ann N (10/5): - The staff go out of their way to be nice to you.
- Chris (6/5): - Firstly, this is a beautiful property. The view is magnificent, and the grounds are great. That being said, we did have a couple of issues. The front desk staff was less than courteous. I wasn't greeted with a smile or a good morning or good evening one time in a few visits to the desk. Just seemed like i was taking them away from whatever other activity they were engaged in. Like i was a bother. I would stay here again though.
- familyman0192837465 (2/5): Worst Hotel Experience - very poor experience during our stay - wish we booked with another hotel, but had no choice as other hotels were fully-booked
very poorly maintained facilities in the room
terrible smelling toilets
toilet bowl not flushing well
rusty/dirty shower heads / bidets / pipes
rooms full of flying insects
stained curtains
airconditioning too noisy
breakfast very ordinary and very limited choices
staff were generally polite, but didn't really fix the issues we raised for the room we booked
I would definitely not book there again. my whole family, kids included, share the same sentiments.
feels awful to give this review, but it has to be said so management does something to improve its facilities and also avoid Bohol getting a bad rap from an utterly poor experience at Bohol Tropics
- Anecita (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay!
- O6112JDrafaelg (6/5): Relatively ok - I stayed at the resort for one week. My first interaction with them was through their FB oage. I messaged them but they were unresponsive. Upon check in, I also had a dismal experience with their front desk staff. Slow witted and disorganized. On my first knight, the room was okay except that it lacks some basic toiletries, which they provided upon request.
The housekeeping people are good. They are very thorough in cleaning/tidying up my room every morning.
For the food, I love their burgers. Other than that, the food they serve is mediocre. A bit pricey, top. Don’t order their shakes or coffees. You only be disappointed. I love
They have a nice tennis court. But they dont allow guests to use it. It would have been good if they open it for the paying guests. We had to go out and play outside.
The whole place is decently designed. Very spacious. lots of open spaces. The pools are nice, too.
The walls of the room are not well insulated. You could hear the noises from other rooms or hallway.
Overall, the place is so so. It is ok if you are looking for a place to stay for a short vacation. But, I don’t think I wanna go back again unless they improve their services and menu — and also if they will open up the tennis court 🤣.
- Stefan (6/5): - I am going to be as fair as possible in my review so please take with a grain of salt. First off, my door would not close properly, secondly, one of the light bulbs was not working. Thirdly the housekeeping crew came only once in my three day stay. Fourthly, i was only provided with 2 breakfast coupons as opposed to 3, when queried i was told to just as the desk for another. Fifth, the beds were very squeaky, 6th the air conditioner unit would not change temperature or power although this could be a faukt on my own behalf. And finally, when i went to break a thousand pesos note they did not have change.
Lovely pools, excellent view of the harbour, live music during dinner
- DEEPENDER Singh (10/5): - Great prooert High Quality
Anazing Place to have FUN
Friendly Staff
- Esterlina (6/5): - Nice and friendly staff and generous breakfast buffet but air conditioner didn't work well.
- Julia (6/5): - The room was spacious but need to be upgraded.
- Wayne (8/5): - Great location. Good food. People are friendly. Air conditioning is a bit old and needs updating. However, the place was clean and nice. I will stay there again.
- Jayne (10/5): - Amazing .
Exceeded my expectations.
I will surely come back again.
- Callum (10/5): - Bohol Tropics is a well presented property. We had a few small issues with housekeeping not providing the correct items each day when they cleaned our room though but nothing major. Everything else was fantastic. Restaurant was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!
- Cesar (6/5): - the place is fine and the rooms are spacious except for the amenities…bath and toilet looks clean but doesn’t smell it! No bathroom rugs; faulty water heater for coffee; no hot water; the vault (safe) cannot be set up because the buttons on the pad are worn out ..can’t be read. they won’t accept credit card as deposit.. because they don’t have internet… but yet they have WIFI ( figure that out!)
- ikmk2023 (6/5): Feedback for improvement. - We stayed for 2 nights ( a total of 6 rooms) for my sister's wedding celebration last July 24 . Rooms were okay but needs for functionality check and renovation. The next day I found out that my shoes that should be worn for the wedding was wet due to the LEAK of the AC and we even found a mouse in the bridal room which we saw it again on our check out day. Staff was responsive to our concern however we did not hear any apology after that. For me ,AC concerns are very common in a hotel operations since I worked in a Hotel as well but when we talked about hygiene and cleanliness this is an alarming concern to your property. Hope you can find solution on this.
Food was great during the wedding reception at The Sandugo Ballroom .
We had a great stay over all despite on what we've experienced.
- Rafaelita (10/5): - Beautiful place
- Greg (10/5): - This place is a hidden gem at the heart of Tagbilaran. There’s a sense of serenity with its verdant backyard right around the seaport of Bohol, which is within sight from our room. The staff are extraordinarily courteous and helpful. A highly commendable place to stay at when you visit Bohol.
- ffrrhh78 (6/5): poor value for money - We stayed there one night because we lost the ferry that was supposed to take us to another island (and the hotel is near the port). The room was okay for one night, the beds were confortable. Cleanliness was not very high. And I would say a little bit old for the prices they have. The rooms need to be renovated.
Breakfast was included and with the exception of fruit and scrambled eggs, the variety was not very wide and the quality was not very good (the bread seemed to be 3 days old and there was only one type of small, sweet bread).
We had dinner there and I would say prices were too high for the quality of the food. They have a live show and it was too loud.
All in all, too expensive for what they offer.
- Jessica (8/5): - Our stay was good and the place looks very enchanted and clean
- Jessica (10/5): - Our stay was very good . Staff are respectful and very respectful and helpful. The place was clean and the soroundings are very quiet and restful and with beautiful scenery.
- 533jonasn (6/5): Good hotel for couples which need good access to Internet - We have been here several times. Nice hotel in Tagbilaran City. You leave the hard trafficed road outside and then it is just calm, relaxing. Good rooms with 2 beds in our room and a big bathroom. Balcony with oceanview. If you want to go online the internet is really good when it comes to philippine standard, 30 mbit both up and down. The restaurant has a wide choice of dishes for dinner, the pina colada coctail was super. In the breakfast the breakfast is more filipino alike, could have been much better. There is also one big minus with the restaurant, there are no chairs for babies/kids so if you have a small kid someone need to hold while eating. So to the management team, please invest in a couple of baby/kids chairs as soon as possible and if you have that next time I come and if you also upgrade the breakfast buffet I will put 4 instead of 3
In overall a good hotel
- Nielioan (8/5): fun in the tropics - it was a pleasant stay all throughout. ample parking spaces, great function hall, good central location.
had it not been for the boring breakfast, this resort would earn 5 stars from this guest. i say boring because there was not much to offer any alternative drinks (hot tea & choco incur added cost).
service staff was attentive & courteous. food was generally average.
the most enticing part of this resort is the harbor view situated at the back. the sea has a calming effect to the stressed and weary soul.
will definitely come back if time & budget permits.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Request from Hotels.com - Very good, the place is just getting old but still good
- Lucille (6/5): - The place was great honestly but there were few things dissappointed me during our stay. This is our first stay in a hotel with my family ever. First thing was, the restaurant was closed because under of renovation but they should informed us with that, right? It was stated in my confirmation booking that we will have buffet breakfast and it's end up they delivered to our room. It would be a fantastic vacation to experience buffet breakfast and enjoy the good ambiance. If I knew this would be happen I will find somewhere else to stay. During our dinner time we had go out to find a place. The second thing was, we paid extra for our late check out but our room key wasn't updated coz they forgot to activate it, when we got back to our room after swimming it was locked and we couldn't open it. My husband went to the office to inform them.
- domenicoc10 (2/5): Too much expensive and bad service for how you pay for day (about 100€) - Swimming pool for adult open just in the morning. During the afternoon and night is possible use swimming pool for under 10 years old. It is not possible choose the breakfast: the restaurant is closed and for this reason there is service in the room, but there is not a time and they give just Filipino breakfast. This is a problem if you have children. The room is dirty. If you walk without shoes than you will see black feet. I forgot that they give breakfast just for adult, none for children
- Salome (6/5): - Dated towels, linens.
- Ella Marie Gehl Maligmat (6/5): - The staff are friendly. The ambience very quiet and relax.
