Essendo intollerante a glutine e lattosio mi hanno fornito cose adatte a me. Non è che non mi è piaciuto, semplicemente sarebbe stato meglio avere qualche posto in più dove appoggiare le cose in bagno e in camera essendo in due, però poco male.

• Paolo (10/5): Cercavo un ostello, ho trovato un miracolo (e dei bagni che brillano! Diciamocelo: quando senti la parola "ostello& - Cosa mi è piaciuto di più (Il Podio) 🏆 1. L’igiene "maniacale": Sembra un paradosso per un dormitorio, ma la pulizia è da hotel stellato. I servizi igienici erano così immacolati da far invidia a una clinica privata. Quando entri in un bagno in comune e non senti il bisogno di fare un esorcismo, sai di essere nel posto giusto. 2. L’Oasi Urbana: Quel cortile esterno è una meraviglia. È il classico posto dove ti siedi, stacchi il cervello e ti godi un angolo di pace che non ti aspetti in pieno centro città. 3. L’accoglienza delle camere: Nonostante fossi in una camerata da quattro, l'atmosfera non era affatto spartana. È un ambiente che ti fa sentire "ospite" e non solo un numero di letto. Cosa mi è piaciuto di meno (Il Pelo nell'Uovo) 🧐 1. L'eccessiva modestia: Lo chiamano "ostello", il che è quasi una pubblicità ingannevole al contrario! Chi si aspetta la tipica confusione e il disordine degli ostelli classici rimarrà profondamente deluso dalla troppa efficienza e bellezza. 2. La crisi d'identità: Per chi come me apprezza la precisione, chiamare "ostello" un posto così curato crea un cortocircuito. È un "Urban Hotel" che gioca a fare il ribelle, ma la verità è che sono troppo bravi per essere dei veri "hostellers" trasandati. 3. Il rischio di non voler più uscire: Con una zona esterna così bella e camere così accoglienti, il rischio è che ti dimentichi di avere una città come Torino fuori dalla porta da andare a visitare!
• Roman (1/5): Não recomendo. - Localização Péssima experiência. Cheguei antes do horário de check-in e deixei minha mala no depósito, serviço que o próprio hostel oferece. Informei claramente que retornaria apenas à noite. No entanto, ao voltar, não havia ninguém na recepção e simplesmente não consegui entrar no hostel, fiquei do lado de fora, à noite, sozinha e sem acesso à minha bagagem. Tentei contato de todas as formas possíveis (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail e telefone), sem qualquer resposta. Diante da situação, precisei procurar um hotel com urgência para passar a noite, gerando um custo extra totalmente inesperado. No dia seguinte, ao retornar ao hostel, fui informada de que haviam tentado entrar em contato comigo para um suposto check-in online, o que não é verdade. Solicitei provas (prints), mas não souberam demonstrar nenhuma tentativa real de contato. Eles ofereceram um upgrade para um quarto privativo, porém isso não compensa o prejuízo financeiro nem o estresse e a insegurança de ter ficado sozinha, à noite, sem acesso ao local. Inclusive, fui informada de que essa situação já ocorreu com outros hóspedes, o que torna tudo ainda mais preocupante. Falta total de organização, responsabilidade e suporte ao cliente. Não recomendo.
• JOAO PEDRO (8/5): excellent hostel. staying at tomato urban retreat is an important part of my good memories of turin. best tegards to all - staff, location, coffee room and patio. although the access after the closing hours of the front desk due to an evening flight was very professionally solved and all worked well, a 24h reception would upgrade the hostel.
• Regina (10/5): Turin est une très belle ville - Auberge au top dans un quartier qui regorge de très bons restaurants et de bars animés. Elle est facilement atteignable depuis la gare Porta Nuova et plusieurs lieux d'intérêt sont joignables moyennant une raisonnable marche à pied. Il est possible de prendre son petit déjeuner (à l'italienne = sucré) sur place. Le personnel est très cordial. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le patio coiffé d'un immense jasmin. A recommander sans bémol. Tout a été à notre convenance

In generale molto comoda! Eravamo in due e abbiamo apprezzato molto il design semplice combinato coi tanti manifesti bellissimi! Ottima scelta. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il deposito per i bagagli e che quando siamo tornati a prenderli abbiamo avuto la possibilità di andare in bagno e di sederci un attimo nel dehor esterno per bere qualcosa e riprenderci un attimo prima di ripartire. Grande punto a favore che non è scontato! Uniche cose un po’ scomode sono le prese per il telefono, l’insonorizzazione che non è al top e il fatto che ci sia uno specchio solo in bagno. Ma in confronto al resto sono piccolezze!

Metro, Bus und das touristische Zentrum sind gut erreichbar. Die schlichte Ausstattung in der Unterkunft ist nach unserem Geschmack und das grosszügige Bad lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon in den Innenhof hat uns gefallen. Die Frauen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und nehmen sich Zeit für Tipps uns Auskünfte. Nichts

• Rpasotti (7/5): Comodo per dormire una notte - Ostello piacevole, pulito, a San Salvario, 5 minuti a piedi da Porta Nuova, 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Avevamo una camera doppia con bagno privato. Arredata essenzialmente ma confortevole. Nulla in particolare. È un ostello e pur avendo il ed il mio amico quasi 50 anni, lo abbiamo trovato un buon compromesso per dormire una notte.

Sabanas y toallas impecables incluidas en el precio. 4 enchufes al lado de la cama y un velador regulable para poder tenerlo prendido sin molestar a los demás. Agua a disposición 24 hs. Si bien está muy bien ubicado, la zona es cercana a la estación de tren y de noche no me sentí tan segura en los alrededores cuando volví a la madrugada caminando.

Ability to control the temperature in the room yourself. Very quiet room over courtyard (view of neighbours washing lines but worth it for the quiet :))) Plenty of local restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Slippery door mat on marble floor at main entrance. Like stepping on grease, I slipped and sprained my big toe and bruised my knee. Not ideal for a 3 day visit walking everywhere :( Room curtain set forward of the window and light streamed in each morning. Hotel is a 30 minute walk from main old town visitor attractions for awareness - only a minus for some people. I liked the local neighborhood vibe.

• Anthony J (10/5): Great location and excellent room - The room was excellent. It was shared with others but there was lot of room and you had a regular bed instead of bunk beds. One bathroom for the room with a large shower. The lockers were great and there were even shelves where you could place your clothes and hangers to hang shirts and jackets. The area is also filled with good restaurants for lunch or for dinne. It easily accessible by bus to the train station (Porta Nuova) or you can walk (about 10-15min) There really wasn't anything I didnt like about the room. One thing is maybe add a stand in the bathroom for the soaps (shampoos, body and conditioner), honestly other than that I cannot think of anything else.

I loved the guitar and ping pong table in the basement, and the staff were very accommodating, making my stay easy. • Claire (9/5): - Was able to organise online check in before arrival to be able to access the property and room, as I was arriving late and leaving early. Staff contacted me to check arrangements. Room was clean and spacious.
