- Stefanie (10/5): - Wunderschöne Lage zwischen Bergen und Meer. Haben bei Ankunft sofort ein doppeltes Upgrade umsonst bekommen. Super freundliches Personal. Alles sauber. Kostenloses shuttle in die Stadt. Die Schuttlezeiten sind etwas unpraktisch. Es wäre super, wenn eines noch auf ca. 18uhr fahren würde. Und auch auf ca. 22uhr wieder zurück.

- Carina isabella (7/5): Dejligt værelse. Men lidt skuffet over opholdet. - Flot værelse og dejligt med egen pool. Dog næsten igen sol ved egen pool. Vi lå ved anden pool, hvor man vi havde de 2 eneste solstole der var og man følte man lå lidt malplacerede. Restauranten var skuffende. Ringe udvalg af mad. Bar præ af man køber buffet. De forstår ikke engelsk.

A 10mn du centre c est parfait Un petit rafraîchissant des chambres serait à prévoir. Mais vu l’extérieur et la vue, c est l hôtel que nous avons préféré.

- Thiessen (9/5): Неожиданное открытие.. - Местоположение,бассейн. У нас был номер 135 ( 3-ий этаж) с балконом и видом на море,а так же на горы. Спокойно. Тихо,если не считать громких соседей ночью. Завтрак не покупали. На территории живёт кролик,которого можно видеть то там,то здесь..очень мило.. Ухоженный сад. Вежливый персонал. Мы передвигались на скутере,поэтому проблем не испытывали,кстати скутер взяли на прокат через рецепцию,они были готовы помочь со всеми вопросами,которые у нас возникали. Красивая локация. Мы бы вернулись снова. Благодарим за приятное проживание. Недалеко от отеля на скутере примерно 10-15 минут мы открыли для себя пляжный ресторан Joy Beach Thai Food,где мы завтракали в приятной атмосфере обслуживания с особым колоритом и шелест волн,а по вечерам под звуки живой музыки нас ожидал вкусный ужин..От души рекомендуем! Жалко,что был вид на море,но привычно провести время на пляже не получится..к сожалению.. Но это ни вина отеля... Без скутера было бы ни так комфортно и мы бы постоянно чувствовали зависимость от других людей.
- alain (10/5): Beau 4* vue mer - Grandes piscines en bord de mer. Vrai 4*. A l'écart de Ao nang avec une belle vue mer. Il n'y a pas assez de navettes pour Ao Nang (4/jour). Il faut prendre un scooter à l'hôtel (300 Bth) ou à Ao nang (250 Bth) sinon vous faites beaucoup de grab (100 Bth pour Ao Nang). Le buffet du soir n'est pas terrible. Les petite maisons au toit arrondies (chambre "deluxe") sont très jolies mais les nouveaux bâtiments beaucoup moins.

Organizarea transferului cu masinile hotelului, ok Nu am avut mic dejun inclus dar am mancat cateva mese la restaurant. Nu ne-a placut deloc mancarea, portii foarte mici (gen 6 creveti la o portie), doar pizza a fost mai comestibila. O alta problema majora a fost limba engleza pe care cei din restaurant nu o stiau. De asemenea, am ales sa fac majoratul fetei in incinta hotelului si au raspuns ca vor amenaja ceva dragut in camera. Nu au facut absolut nimic. Nu ai plaja sau nu se poate folosi....pentru ca apa este cu noroi si flux+reflux fac imposibila baia. My request: On January 7th, my daughter will be turning 18 and she wanted to celebrate her birthday at your hotel. Can you prepare something for her at the hotel to celebrate? - Abdelmoumen (10/5): Was perfect - Personeel was echt lief en aardig en schoon lekker rustig omgeving De restaurant is echt niet lekker. Het eten is wel minder, maar voor de rest qua hotel personeel alles is perfect. Ik zou je niet aanraden om daar te eten.

Nous avons dormi 10 nuits dans l'hôtel sans jamais nous lasser de ce lieu magique. La piscine est à la sortie de la chambre et les chambres sont équipées et spacieuses. Le personnel est très attentionné et soucieux de nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait convenable et les plats variés. Je reviendrai à Arawan Beach Resort les yeux fermés.

- Nina (3/5): - I honestly have no idea how this hotel manages to keep such a high rating. It’s advertised as a 4-star property on Booking, but in reality it doesn’t even come close — it’s a worn-out 3-star hotel at best. Paying 4-star prices for this place is simply absurd. The room and facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. If you’re on the second floor, you can’t even use the main pool — they redirect you to another one that looks more like a fountain. The restaurant doesn’t resemble a real restaurant in any way — it looks and feels like a cheap roadside dive. There isn’t even an actual bar: just a folding table with a few cups on it. The bed is unbelievably hard — practically impossible to sleep on. Oh, and one more thing: they leave used disposable slippers for the next guests — you can clearly see the wear marks on them. That alone says everything you need to know about the level of this hotel. Overall, this hotel was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the variety of pools and we had a stunning view of the cliffs. Watching the bats come out of the caves at dusk was a highlight The beach is definitely not useable. Old tires, garbage, and boats all over. Calling it a beach resort is a bit misleading. The food was average and kind of expensive. Go to Koh Dam kitchen ocean view for amazing cheap dinners. Also we had hoped for some fun social activities but most of time the place was pretty empty. The hotel does provide a shuttle 3 times a day but we used bolt to get around. There are no sidewalks so not the best for walking

- Pablo (4/5): Hotel muy negativo - La habitación es como en las imágenes. La ubicación es realmente mala, no hay nada alrededor. El hotel tiene una playa pero no te puedes bañar en ella. Todo el personal es súper amable pero la que se hace pasar por responsable es súper antipática y siempre te habla por encima del hombro. No comimos ningún día en el hotel ya que no llama nada la atención y sumando sus malas reseñas en la comida.

This side of the coast offers a gorgeous sunrise view every morning — perfect for meditation or a gentle sunbath to soak up some morning vitamin D. The resort features three swimming pools, each with its own charm. There are spaces for relaxing, exercising, yoga, and even dedicated paths for jogging and cycling. The restaurant is beautifully set by the sea and pool, creating a serene atmosphere for every meal. Highly recommended for those who seek tranquility, natural beauty, and a rejuvenating escape.

- Maryanne (10/5): Great view - The resort is so beautiful, nice and quiet, great for a relaxing stay.. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was cold No free shuttle bus to town or Ao Nang
- Ladan (10/5): Extremely lovely staff - The staff here go out of their way to help you out. They are very kind and friendly and resourceful. The place itself is surrounded by beautiful mountains and right next to the beach. The pool is 10/10 too! The location is a little far from the airport but close to everything else including piers to Islands, Ao Nang night market etc. we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for making my birthday so special!

- Angel T. (8/5): - Good hotel by the beach, but the little beach accesible from the hotel is not suitable for swimming. The staff is nice, but they barely speak English, so communication was an issue. Mediocre buffet breakfast, the food was almost always cold. The a la carte menu at the restaurant is short, but the food was good, if overpriced.

- Alexandru (7/5): Pleasant enough. - The garden was really well taken care of the room was large enough. The staff was pleasant. The Internet wasn’t very reliable if you needed to work and the hotel at least at this time of the year was catered towards a specific type of visitors, which might not be for everyone.

- William (6/5): - The hotel is a very stunning area with beautiful views. The rooms are large, clean, but dated. The staff is very friendly, but work at a slow pace. The breakfast is terrible and selections limited and repetitive. The food was not covered and the warming trays were not on. The pools look like they have algae.
- John (8/5): Very good - The hotel has a wonderful location just by some limestone cliffs and away from other hotels. You can truly feel you are in a rural setting The local village has frequent long tail boats to Rai Ly and it's beaces Note elephants in the pictures are concrete! Given it is a 25 minute walk to the nearest village it is a pity the same food choices are offered in the buffet supper every night. A little variation would be nice especially if you have had a tiring day and do not fancy walking into the village to eat at one of the two eateries

- Bram (8/5): Very good - Room is good. Staff is friendly. Pool looked amazing but did not swim. Location is alright if you have a bike. Doors are difficult to lock, lots of young people who slam the doors. Breakfast was not my thing.

- Henry (9/5): very good to stay, quite and nice views - It is a nice place, nice rooms and a swimming pool It is far from town, you need a taxi, but you can use the app BOLT. it is reliable to get you cheap taxi to town

- Sara (6/5): Okay - Overall good, the breakfast was nothing special definitely needs approve-meant, we tried the dinner buffe once it’s was not good. It’s not to hard to get from the hotel to the beach and most activities can pick you up from the hotel. The pool area was okay, unfortunately the beautiful mountains there covers the sun a lot during the afternoon. The staff were nice and helpful
