The beautiful kind lady in the morning gifted me her pencil (i was going to buy one) and helped with booking a ride to the bus station so that I wouldn’t be late! She even told the driver about making sure to be on time! The gentleman in the evening is very handsome and polite. The rooms don’t have any additions like tooth/brush/paste, or a hair dryer. The rooms come with towels..and im sure there’s a hair dryer downstairs if you need to borrow one. This keeps their costs down and many high end hotels don’t even offer these and still charge an arm and a leg!

• Rahul (8/5): Had a wonderful time and the staff members are kind and welcoming - The manager Samantha was very kind and welcoming. I loved the staff members who were working there. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The room was nice for a budget hotel. The location was nice and many places are in a a walkable distance. There are no windows but at least the air conditioning in my room worked well. There needs to be bigger bins to put trash as there is only one in the bathroom and it’s tiny. The shower water wasn’t very hot and the water pressure was average.

While the hotel's street itself looks nice those streets around it aren't and there are moreover quite a few homeless people, some really in need of some serious help. Honestly it looks and feels more like the downtown area of a US city than an Asian one.

• Mark (8/5): Reliable good hotel but now with loud nightclub next door - A reliable good place to stay with great staff - I've stayed many times over the years visiting KL. A new nightclub has recently opened next door playing loud bass music most nights from 10pm-3am. So the loud booming music combined with loud patrons outside until 3-4am makes it very difficult/impossible to sleep in some rooms. So you need to pick your room carefully if loud noise all night bothers you. So sad since this was my default place to stay for years. I hardly slept this 4 night stay.

Rooftop carino con la possibilità di fumare e di vedere gli edifici vicini. La struttura di per sé non ha molti spazi comuni dove poter interagire con gli altri viaggiatori, l’unico spazio comune ampio rimane il rooftop.

• Lara Adriana (7/5): Nicht das beste Hotel, aber auch nicht das Schlechteste. - Lage ist sehr gut. Freundliches Personal und 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Zimmer sind oke, etwas veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Dafür aber ausreichend sauber. Gemeinschaftsräume und vor allem Kühlschrank auf dem Dach könnte mehr Sauberkeit vertragen.

Чемодан открыть на полу не получилось. Не было места. Пришлось на кровать класть. Но соотношение цена-качество компенсировали мне эти неудобства Больше 1 ночи проживать в данном отеле не рекомендую.

• Laurin (10/5): - Super Hotel. Sehr unkompliziert, tolle Mitarbeiter und wirklich gute Lage, schnell an der Metro und verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu essen und trinken direkt nebenan. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr nett. Ingesamt absolut zu empfehlen! Gerne jederzeit wieder. Kleiner Kritikpunkt, wofür das Hotel allerdings wenig kann ist der Lärm die ganze Nacht bei Zimmerlage Richtung Straße.

• Chris (3/5): - I checked in on 19/01/2025. The behavior of the front desk employee was unacceptable. Everyone may carry their own frustrations or inferiority complexes, but they cannot project them onto random people—customers they encounter at work. With an air of superiority and a dismissive attitude, he created an unpleasant experience—but that wasn’t even the worst part. He requested an additional payment on top of the amount I had already paid, allegedly for government taxes, and insisted on cash only (refusing card payment for obvious reasons). When I explained that this was not valid because the tax had already been included in the booking, showing him the detailed breakdown on booking.com, he pretended not to know which agent the reservation had been made through and told me he would contact them. Naturally, once he realized his story wouldn’t hold up, he never followed up. I wonder who manages this particular hotel and if they are aware of this behavior. P.S. In complete contrast, the lady at check-out on 22/01 was extremely professional and respectable.

• Caroline (5/5): Budget Accomodation - For someone who enjoys hostel type Accomodation I think this was very nice. There was friendly staff and the shared area was nice with free drinks available. The location was central but in quite a dirty area, with rubbish piled up in the street. The shower and AC was good, the bed was comfy. The room just contained a bed, a small nightstand and an inadequate hanging space. There was no where to put your things. I had planned to be there three nights but left after one. I needed somewhere I could be more relaxed, spread out my stuff. I was in a room overlooking the street. It was extremely noisy. I’m usually a heavy sleeper but I was hardly able to sleep because of the traffic and other noise.

• Otto (10/5): Excellent for our short stay in Kuala Lumpur, would happily stay for longer periods too. - Free water, tea and coffee. Nice shared chill-out space. Super friendly attendants, particularly Ross, who was always happy to help. The bed was comfy in the room and the room was a good size and clean. It was a bit loud in the street at night so maybe bring earplugs.

La rue est assez bruyante, le soir il peut y avoir des gens qui font la fête et des voitures qui passent en faisant pas mal de bruit mais ça se calme après minuit et le matin c'est plutôt très calme.

• Santiago (7/5): Precio económico en buena ubicación para una estancia básica - Amabilidad del personal, precio económico, café y agua potable para beber siempre disponible en recepción. Recepción 24 horas, la habitación limpia. El ruido... aunque cogimos una habitación sin ventanas para no escuchar el ruido de la calle, tuvimos la primera noche unos vecinos que estuvieron con la tele puesta muy alta hasta las dos de la madrugada, y tratamos de pedirles que la bajaran llamando a su puerta pero ni abrieron. Además el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente, a veces sí, a veces no, la regulación de temperatura no funcionaba. Además como no tenía ventanas tampoco en la ducha, se generaba bastante humedad.
• Dilara Cennet (7/5): Super freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, gutes Zimmer - Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Man kann an der Rezeption auch nach einem Föhn fragen. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ist man in der Nähe des indischen Tempels oder des River of Lives oder dem central Markt. Zum KLCC dauert die Fahrt auch nicht lang. Es gibt auch eine Dachterasse (für Raucher) mit Blick auf die Stadt.

• Conor (10/5): Flawless. Would definitely come back - Friendly staff. Spotless room. Super comfy bed and great shower. Location is super, only 5 minute walk to Chinatown. Can't fault this place. Amazing value for money Nothing
• Xavier (9/5): - Hôtel très bien situé pour découvrir Kuala Lumpur. Proche du marché central , des mosquées, de la place du parlement et des tours Petronas. Metro/ Train juste à côté. L'accueil commun avec thé, café et eau est très appréciable. Dame de l'accueil exceptionnelle tant par sa gentillesse que par les conseils qu'elle donne ( transports, visites, ...) Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois. Il y a de grosses différences entre les chambres rénovées ou non. Du bruit le soir provenant d'un bar situé à proximité et n'ayant rien a voir avec l'hôtel .

• Jonas (7/5): War OK, nicht mehr und nicht weniger - Die Lage war sehr gut. Auch die Grösse des Zimmers war absolut in Ordnung. Zudem viel Essens- und Trinkangebote in nächster Nähem Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer auf die Strasse raus. Gleich daneben hat es einen Club der mindestens bis 02.00 Uhr sehr laute Musik hat. Zudem hört man Motorräder oder laute Passanten sehr gut, auch wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind.
• MAYTE (8/5): - El personal es sumamente amable. El sofá en el quinto piso está muy sucio y está justo a un map de in bar, por lo tanto es ruidoso por la noche.

• Tulepbergenov (8/5): Для соло путешественника как я по цене и расположению отличный вариант - Удобное расположение, вежливый персонал, я путешествовал один и это очень хороший вариант. Расположение такое что очень много что можно посмотреть то что находится рядом. Магазины рядом, за свою цену очень хороший вариант Не было шампуней и чайника с чаем, но это так мелочи и вроде бы на ресепшене это есть я не помню) я не особо привередлив но может для кого то это важно, розетки там евро но на ресепшене дали переходник.
