• Gabriel (10/5): O melhor hotel de Arequipa, não há outro igual da região. - Estadia incrível, eu analiso muito bem toda estadia antes de fechar, e sem dúvidas, o Katari Hotel atendeu demais minhas expectativas! Café da manhã na medida, atendimento impecável de todos os atendentes do hotel e o quarto, um dos melhores da região de Arequipa. Sem contar da localização, a MELHOR VISTA para o principal ponto da cidade, a Plaza de Armas de Arequipa. Vale cada centavo o booking com eles. Nada a reclamar da estadia e foram super atenciosos em guardar minhas malas para visitar a cidade tanto antes do check-in quanto depois do check-out. Vai visitar Arequipa e busca um hotel? Katari Hotel é o lugar. Não teve nada do que não gostei do hotel, atendeu todas as minhas expectativas. Ambiente acolhedor e super aconchegante em toda a minha estadia.

• Celia (9/5): - The rooftop bar was amazing (although open to non-residents in the evening). Staff were professional and room nicely decorated and laid out. As mentioned by others, external windows are lacking. Ours opened onto a stairwell (albeit with pot plants and an opening to fresh air above). We saw the room facing onto the square with visibility only at head level and another that looked to open onto a light well. Having said that, our room wasn't stuffy (we had the door to the stairwell open at night) and was very quiet.

The terrace facing the Cathedral with Vulcan Misti behind it is a must as the sun goes down. Best Pisco Sours and their Trilogy of Ceviche (white fish, octopus and trucha) take top marks!!! • Katya (10/5): Well-maintained charming hotel with a stunning terrace above Plaza de Armas. Unforgettable - Outstanding location with a terrace overlooking the stunning Plaza de Armas! Having breakfast there in the morning in the early light of day was a magical experience. The rooms are well-designed and filled with interesting artifacts and flowers. Very good shower! Truly stunning hotel, and one of the few on our long trip around Peru that we enjoyed taking pictures and hanging out in. The terrace was absolutely stunning and well-maintained! We had to pre-order our breakfast (it was a la carte) the night before, and still the staff in the terrace bar had trouble understanding what to serve to whom and mixed up a few things, with some items never making an appearance at all.

La habitación es amplia, y la cama es amplia y cómoda. Para empezar, la habitación da a un patio interior y en la reserva de Booking no aparece por ningún lado. La nuestra estaba situada en la 4 planta , justo debajo de la terraza. Se oían las conversaciones y ruidos constantes de sillas golpeando el suelo. Y gente subiendo por la escalera El mobiliario necesita ya un cambio. En la reserva dice que el baño está provisto de albornoces, zapatillas y artículos de aseo....no había más que toallas, gorro de ducha, unas jarritas con champú y acondicionador y una pastilla de jabón....y poca luz. Las chica de recepción de la tarde nada resolutiva.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelemente.Un punto central de la ciudad La haboitacion algo pequeña y su alajamiento no era confortable. El cambio de toallas fue diario y el de ropa de acama adecuado. No habia ningun sillo, solo una silla.

• javier (2/5): Hotel sobrepreciado. No recomendable - La ubicación La ubicación no justifica el precio. El hotel está antiguo y tiene malas instalaciones y sensación de sucio. Escogimos la habría presidencial por estar en un viaje especial y fue muy mala experiencia: se escuchaba todo el ruido de la plaza, utilitarios, muebles y ropa de cama antiguos, sensación de sucio y viejo. Parte del personal del hotel no fue nada amable ni resolutivo ( el mozo de noche si).

Parte del personal fue amable pero otro muy poco resolutivo y poco amable. Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo. No es justificable el precio solo por estar bien ubicado.

Staff friendly and helpful with all requests. Shower didn't drain very well, and rooms are definitely not sound proof - from other guests to construction noises to odd chimes/beeping in the middle of the night, it was never really quiet in the room.
• Fred Kaspar (6/5): Eher 3* als 4* Hotel und die obere Terrasse ist eine Baustelle - Die Lage direkt am Plaza de Armas. Die Roof Top Bar/ obere Terrasse ist Stand 3/26 zur Hälfte eine Baustelle, ohne das dieses in irgendeiner Form angezeigt wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 4 * Hotel sehr dürftig. Man wählt zwar aus einer Karte, aber das Dargebotene ist ziemlich lieblos und unprofessionell: Das Porched Egg z. B. war ein Spiegelei. Die Zimmer haben zum Teil keine Fenster und wenn, dann nur zu einem schmalen Schacht. Wir hatten uns definitiv dieses Hotel in dieser Top Lage in Arequipa anders vorgestellt.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en plena Plaza de Armas. Personal muy amable. El baño era muy oscuro y las habitaciones son interiores. Una daba a una escalera y la otra a un patio interior. Una de las habitaciones olía a cañería.

Wij hadden een consumptie uit de minibar gehaald. De prijzen zijn niet aangegeven in de kamer. Bij uitchecken moesten omgerekend 8 euro voor 1 flesje bier betalen. Dat liet toch een beetje een domper na op eigenlijk een super ervaring in dit hotel.

Helaas viel de stroom in de middag uit tijdens ons verblijf en was deze pas weer de ochtend erna gemaakt, waardoor er ook minder opties waren voor het eten en we in een donkere hotelkamer zaten. Maarja, zoiets kan overal gebeuren.

It is in the centre so can be a little noisy, but we were aware of that and it would not stop us staying there again.
• Luka (10/5): Great hotel with superb location and rooftop - Great location with clean and beautiful rooms. The rooftop was great, too. They even prepared lunch boxes for us, as we left to Colca Canyon before the official begin of breakfast. -
• Anne (10/5): Rundherum angenehm - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Super schöne Dachterrasse mit sehr leckerem Frühstück und tollem Blick auf Vulkane. ./.
