• ronaldn319 (4/5): Never again - This hotel caters to long stay people . If you are a one night traveler, the prices are too high and there is no breakfast. If you want one, you can order one for an additional charge. If you want to cook something yourself, you can buy pots, pans, plates and utensils for an additional charge. We have stayed in many hotels before but this is the only one that doesn’t offer some type of complementary breakfast. Don’t go unless you want to cook your own.

It should be advertised that all that is expected in a kitchenette is not available for free. It's not like people travel with all that and clear expectations should be set.

• TommyGun715 (10/5): Nice, clean, and comfortable! - We stayed here for the first time during the wknd of Feb 14-16. We visit Brookings often as my stepdaughter runs for the Jacks. But this was the first time staying at MyPlace. We have no complaints. The exterior is unique in that has nice modern colors with brick and a little video billboard built in on the top. It was very clean, with nice, spacious rooms. Our room had a kitchenette with a full size fridge, which was really nice. I think all the rooms have these kitchenette, but I can't confirm. The beds were very comfortable, as sometimes "hotel beds" are just the opposite. The only thing that some may not like is that they don't offer a breakfast in the morning. That wasn't a deal breaker for us as we usually go out. We're staying here again for a few more events coming up. They do have coffee available in the lobby around the clock, and it was pretty good. I would highly recommend staying here!
