Guest Reviews
- Eleonora (9/5): - È un oasi di pace. Calma e silenzio regnano in questa casa. Ottima colazione e abbondanti porzioni, servizio a parte.
- Parnrada (9/5): Hidden Gem near the Palace. - This is our second time staying at this property. Just 10 minutes walk to the palace. The place is clean and safe. Short walk to a restaurant by the river. Our second night, the room next door was noisy by the time of midnight! I sent message to the host and he came to manage immediately as next door was quickly turned silent. So see you again next year. No breakfast included. If you need, please inform the host so that they can prepare for you.
- Christophe (9/5): Enjoyable stay in nice Thai villa. - Look like little village with nice little Thai houses.
Walking distance from main temples. -
- Lena (9/5): -

- Daniel (10/5): -
- Martin (6/5): - The bungalow is nice, but it is in a remote place.
It is necessary to walk about 20-30 minutes from the city centre to get there throught narrrow lanes, poorly lit and the place (the bungalow) is not well marked, one can easily miss it.
- Robert (6/5): Alternative accomodation option in Lopburi - Breakfast was good and plentiful. In a quiet location (though some ambient noise from local houses - easily heard through the wooden walls of the room). Price rather high given the faciities - a fan room in a 'traditional' wooden stilt house (which was hot during the day) with no en suite bathroom.
- Sabrina (9/5): Nice stay with lovely hosts - A very nice bungalow style accomodation, located in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The hosts are lovely and we felt very welcome. Also they provide fresh fruits from their garden - so tasty! The matress is quite hard but that‘s usual for those kind of accomodations.

- Glenn (9/5): - The homemade Breakfast every morning(made with love) & hospitality!
Also the location ,in nature with all kinds of trees and flowers.Be one with nature.
Very cosy place.I loved it.
- Romain (10/5): -
- Kyaw (10/5): - The host and the garden The room is a little hot during the day
- Sophie (8/5): -
- Robin (10/5): Great stop in Lopburi! - This is a great property. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, and served a great breakfast! There is nothing we didn’t like about this property! All was great!
- Smith (9/5): - Nice clean bungalows, quiet at night, easy access to the monkey temple and palace.
- Lips (10/5): - Family atmosphere I can't think off
- Richard (9/5): - Erg lieve mensen, mooie omgeving. De bedden waren wel erg hard.
- Luyuan (10/5): Exceptional - Good breakfast.
- Glyn (9/5): We visited during the annual King Narai Festival which is well worth seeing, a wonderful experience. - Lovely family resort in the heart of ancient Lopburi, in a very traditional style, perfectly fits with the location. Easy walking to explore the history and atmosphere of this provincial capital city. Getting to the bathroom at night is an adventure :)
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful bungalow with everything in it you could need. The owners were so kind and helpful. Just a 10 minute stroll to the city centre. Definitely stay there again if in Lop Buri. Nothing.
- Annabel (10/5): Fantastic - Really had a lovely country side feel despite only being a short walk to town. Really friendly couple who run it apps made us feel extra welcome!
- Gunnar (9/5): Superb - A quiet place with a beautiful garden. The owners are so nice and friendly. Good value for the price.
- Claire (7/5): Very basic but clean - The hosts are nice people. They made a big vegetarian breakfast for us. It's in a pretty good location The room was too hot for us even with two fans so we couldn't stay more than a night. The bed was very hard. But they try to make it as nice as possible and it's a cheap price.
- Jens (10/5): Exceptional - The owner speaks good English and is exceptionally friendly. We arrived rather unorganized as we had just landed in Bangkok. They have taken a lot of time to provide Infos for our trip, organized transport, and accompanied us to a nice nearby restaurant. They don't treat you as customer but as part of the family.
Don't miss the excellent breakfast!
- Armin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katie (7/5): Good - Amazing Thai breakfast, friendly couple and cute room. Quite pricey for the style of room and bathroom.
- Kris (9/5): Superb -
(10/5): Exceptional - We came here for the king of Nahrai Festival. The train station is not far from here. If you have a lot of luggage, you can call TUTU. It's very convenient and quiet. The landlord is very nice. Just go for a walk. Nothing.
- Parnrada (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (9/5): Superb - Nice and near the Culture Centre!
- Maurice (10/5): Great visit to Lopburi - Owners are amazingly friendlly and helpful. Location is perfect for the old town. Will certainly go back sometime.
- Timo (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel is situated in peaceful area, just a short walking distance from the temples and center. Owners were very friendly, room was clean and aircon worked perfectly
- Alexis (8/5): Very good - We were a large group traveling through Thailand and spent one night at The Little Lopburi Village where we booked 2 regular bungalows and the family bungalow. The regular bungalows were quite lovely with comfortable beds, proper bathrooms and dark curtains. The family bungalow was a bit more rustic with 2 doubles mattresses on the floor (which were quite hard), private bathroom facilities that were outside, and sheer curtains. All units had AC that worked well and the showers were warm with great water pressure.
The hosts were very charming and helpful. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel, and the hosts did their best to accomodate our food allergies, etc. As usual in Thailand, we received quite a lot of food for breakfast.
The hotel has a nice location right next to the river, and it was an easy walk to the Monkey Temple and King Narai s Palace. In general, it s a lovely place to stay if you re stopping through Lopburi for a night.
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruno (8/5): Very good - The room was a beautiful wooden bungalow with a spacious bedroom, a small storage room, a bathroom and a big patio. The location is perfect for visiting Lopburi, as it's not in the city centre which is infested with monkeys, but it's a few minutes far. Our hosts war very friendly and attentive to every need.
If you like an easy, rural and more genuine location for your stay, this is the perfect choice. The bathroom could be better equipped.
- Maureen (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (10/5): Makes you feel at home - Little Lopburi Village is the reason I prefer staying at homestays rather than hostels - the owners make you feel very at home, respecting your privacy whilst always being available if we needed anything. The rooms themselves are lovely with a nice balcony area to relax in/socialise on. The bathrooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied, as well complimentary water, tea and coffee. The location is about a 10 minute walk into the centre which is perfect as it's quiet too. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable but apart from that, we loved everything!
- Roszaimy (10/5): Lovely stay, stay host - Only 10-15 minutes walk to the history center of Lopburi. Room and shared bathroom were clean and decent. While no breakfast comes with the room price, the owner sent out muffins, biscuits, etc, in the morning. Wifi worked well and fast. Plenty of coffee and tea sachets provided, as well as a water kettle. Friendly and kind owner. Mattress was quite hard. Also difficult to charge stuff as the wall plugs were quite high up.
- Rossella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mauritz (9/5): Superb - Super friendly owners, they went far beyond what could be expected, taking us to a local festival by the river. Location is perfect, far away from any noise and monkeys but still easily reached on foot.
- Leigh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paula (8/5): Clean, and quiet - Quiet backstreet area,
Wander through local lifestyle
Large garden area No signage to find this place on foot
Just a tad out of the action over a k walk into town.
- Gaia (7/5): Beautiful garden and nice hosts - The guesthouse is in the city center, 10 minutes walking from the train station and the temples. It has a beautiful garden where you can rest during the hotter hours of the day and the hosts are very nice, they offered me coffee and biscuits :) Unfortunately my room had a strong smell of fresh paint and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. But maybe other rooms are better
- Ulla (10/5): Would like to come back - Very friendly and supportive hosts having a beautiful garden, providing good tips and great breakfast outside.
- John (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Lara (9/5): Lovely stay! -
- Gautronneau (5/5): Passable - At night....noisy animals.
- Ziga (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly host, he is trying to do the best to make your stay pleasant. He offered also welcome drink&morning coffee which was very nice.
This Little Lopburi Village is very close from the railway station aprox. 20 min of walking and evening street food market there is also 7-11store close by (25min of walking) .
The room& bathroom was clean, air conditioning works well.
- William (9/5): Good place at a reasonable price. - Very nice little place in a quiet location but only a short walk into town. The bed is a mattress on the floor. Could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.
