Not clean at all..and especially quality of food both moring and dinner..it just like ready to eat food from supermarket..very horrible to stay there. Make me feel very bad to niseko!!! I promise not to come to this hotel again or even to niseko. It sell only the name Niseko but very bad quality. Even booking.com should get rid of this hotel from list!!!!

The breakfast buffet had plenty of varieties to choose from, and the restaurant itself is lovely. It was so nice to enjoy a meal while looking out at the outside surrounded in snow. A great place to stay! Nothing that I do not like.

- Gam (8/5): - The bigger Onsen is enjoyable. Breakfast buffet is decent, a lot local choices. There are music performances scheduled in the night on certain days. The male and female Onsen is swapped between a bigger one and a smaller one in the alternate day, the smaller one looks more like public bath and it's too cold inside

- Johnathan (8/5): - Hotel provides free shuttles to and from the Annupuri ski resort along with bus access to the JR Niseko station. The staff were very kind and helped me when I had lost my phone on the slopes. Breakfasts have a good selection and are buffet style. Despite the no smoking policies, the room had a lingering cigarette smell that seemed ingrained into the room. Combined with my sensitive nose I did not have a great experience in my room, although I had only used it for sleeping.
- Brycen (10/5): Loved it and would come back - Very accommodating and incredibly kind we had to be to CTS airport at 9am and we went to the hotel at 6:45am to find a taxis and they woke some wonderful soul up and he drove us 2 hours to the airport no question if he didn’t do that we would have missed our flight and been out $300 10/10 staff 10/10 property 1000% recommend if you are looking for a chill and quiet place to relax Everything was great but be prepared to go to bed by 8:30-9 on weekdays maybe 10 on weekends

- Annie (8/5): We really enjoyed our time in Niseko. The hotel had everything we needed for our ski trip. Thank you - I liked the staff, little shop, dining area, onsen, facility to hire ski equipment and shuttle bus to the slopes. It was a very traditional Japanese experience for us. The location was a bit isolated and there wasn’t much close to the hotel. I would prefer to stay somewhere closer to shops etc next time.

- Tina (10/5): Wonderful. Would definitely stay again - Onsen, onsite ski rentals (the best staff!!!), evening music, the whole experience being away from the bustle but right next to annupuri. Also a shout out to Kyoko, my masseuse for the hot stone and shoulder massage after skiing. That was just the cherry on top. Pillows are quite hard but I think they are traditional. To be fair, we didn’t ask for alternatives

- Eny (9/5): - Cozy hotel to stay especially live music every night from 7:30~8:30pm. Feel extremely grateful to have the nights to enjoy so so nice performance from these dedicated musicians. Thank you Kanronomori for bringing such wonderful performances. Also to mention the onsen and fitness are really good. Would truly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Annupuri or even Niseko.

It's a local Japanese feeling hotel. Free big parking. We family of 5 wish we could stay forever. Will be back next year again. Also the room is fully equipped and they so thoughtful to also include a duck tape for us to repack luggage. Never before have I seen such thoughtful management. Nothing.
