• Anitra (7/5): Preisleistung: zu teuer für das Zimmer das wir hatten! Der Chef sehr sympathisch - Das Restaurant war sehr gut. Der Tauchladen war gerade unten. Sehr praktisch Unsers Zimmer war sehr basic. Kein Balkon für nasse Tauchsachen. Badezimmer sehr unglücklich eingeteilt. Zuerst die Dusche, dann WC. Der Boden war immer nass und deswegen wurde das Schlafzimmer rutschig. Bei Reklamieren hat man aber sofort reagiert. Im Restaurant fehlte oft was. Mal kein Bier, mal kein Tee, mal keine Banane oder Fleisch. Voraus denken wenn Sachen bald aufgebraucht sind und dann bestellen…. Schade wenn es beim Bestellen dann mal nicht da ist. Der Chefkoch war aber super!!

• Ludivine (7/5): Pour seulement une pause le soir et passer la nuit c’est très bien car parfaitement situé - Établissement plus vieux que ce que les photos montrent mais on fait avec car il est très bien placé et le personnel est vraiment adorable. La literie est bonne et dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt propre. Le wifi qui n’est pas accessible des chambres Les chambres ne sont faites que si on le demande et c’est facturé.
• Espen (4/5): - There seems to be a chicken farm next to the hotel, and the rooster will wake you up at 05:00 sharp every morning. Also there are some stray cats at the hotel, so don’t bring food there or they will scream at you non stop. The cats also fight or scream at each other during the evening so they will keep you up late. The rooms look old, only some of the plug socket work some of the time and in the showers the water is lacking pressure. We had two rooms while staying there for an unknown reason, and they both hade the same problems. The staff was really nice though, which makes it a bit sad writing this.

• LauraBrale (9/5): Beautiful appartments in green, private property with pool - Real nature gem in the middle of busy town. Refreshing pool, green jard with pets and spacious room. Friendly hosts and location so close to centre. Would like to see night tables beside the bed and some electricity sockets there.

Best location quiet street not far from main road! Breakfast wasn’t my favorite but was nice to have the option to have it. Renovating the place could be an option but didn’t disturb me.

• Ingeborg (3/5): Het was oké, maar zou daar de volgende x niet voor gaan - We werden goed en netjes ontvangen en ook goed naar onze kamer begeleid, ze hielpen goed met de koffers naar boven dragen De kamer was erg klein, geen ramen alleen glasblokken waar wat licht door binnen kwam. Kleine badkamer wc ril zat los. In het zwembadbar ook veel vuil, bladeren ed. Eb boven hadden ze een Pooltafel staan was erg leuk maar ook veel rodemieren en daar waren we niet zo blij mee

You can tell the rooms have seen better days. Some things could use a bit of fixing up — tightening a screw or repairing a power outlet.

De kamers zijn heel basic en in onze badkamer was bijvoorbeeld de schuifdeur van de douche kapot. We hadden gehoopt voor deze prijs iets meer comfort te krijgen.

Location was good, short walk to lots of cafes and restaurants. Would stay here again! Our room had a large window into the hallway which let in a lot of light (there was no curtain).

• Jasmin (8/5): - Die Zimmer könnten etwas moderner eingerichtet werden. Wifi hat top funktioniert und Terrasse war sehr gemütlich. Die Termiten im Zimmer waren ziemlich laut und sollten unbedingt bekämpft werden. Alles in allem für das teure Coron eine gute Wahl und sehr zentral.
• Elisabeth (8/5): - This was a really nice place for the price that we paid. Coron is a pretty expensive area, and this hotel was really just as advertised. The staff was very helpful, the room was large and fairly comfortable, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The location is great, enough up the hill to feel really quiet but just minutes walking to the main street. The only downside was that the furniture in the room was pretty outdated, as was the decor, but that definitely isn’t the most important thing. Overall, I would recommend this if you are looking for comfort and convenience with good value.
• Raymond (8/5): A nice inexpensive place to stay with a good location in Coron. - I have booked this hotel in the past and the reason I like it is because it is realtively inexpensive and located outside the main traffi area of Coron. I usually stay several weeks in Coron to go Scuba diving and I am not looking for a high end Hotel but one with a decent room, working AC and a hot shower. The staff is great and take good care of me. The hotel has some smaller renovated rooms and a couple of larger rooms one of which I stayed in this time. I prefer the larger room but I have found the smaller room also adequite. The Hotel is an easy walk to my favorite Dive Center and the central town area but is far enough away to avoid the motorbike noise and pollution. Bottom line it is good value for the money but is not the Ritz! The "Princess" is a bit faded and showing its age. I am glad to see it survived COVID which many of the local hotels did not make it. There is now quite a bit of construction of other hotels going on which at some point may offer newer alternatives but at this point expect to stay here again in the future.

• Nancy (7/5): Pleasant for a short stay - The pool was great after a day of island hopping and it's within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful in arranging the day trips and airport transport. The standard double room provides an overall a comfortable stay. WiFi is not the best but that's expected in Coron. Although you can order breakfast the night before, the option for some food and drinks during the day/evening would've been great, but there is a little store down the road for water, snacks etc.

The gardens are beautiful and they have a nice hang out area with a pool table and swimming pool. Overall it was very good. There was a bit of a cockroach problem in the bathrooms but they provided spray to help clear them.

Personalet var klart det der trak hotellet mest op, især damerne i receptionen - de var super hjælpsomme og søde, og gjorde vores ophold i Coron meget nemt og komfortabelt! Også meget fin hjemmelavet morgenmad. Dog kunne noget af hotellet godt trænge til en kærlig hånd, vandet løb konstant på vores badeværelse medmindre man slukkede helt for vasken og der var hul i myggenettet i vinduet, så det var ikke til meget hjælp. Men ellers meget hyggeligt.

I regret not asking for a different room. We had booked this night after an excursion & the room was nice- much better than before. Very nice bathroom. Nice living area. Friendly staff. No restaurant. The pool did not look inviting & we didn’t try it.

The property has also a swimming pool which could be a good refreshment on the hot days. The staff is very nice and friendly. The description of the property doesn't meet the reality. The room lacked basic amenities such as toilet amenities, hair dryer, and a safe. From the description: No office table, no cleaning. There was no place to hang wet clothes after a day at the sea or just swimming in the pool. The sockets in the room were only working on one side, we provided feedback and they supposed to check it next day, but noone came. The breakfast is very simple, better to go out and visit a local cafe near by. for us not a 3 star property.

• Jenith (9/5): my family and i had and awesome and memorable stay… - the property is quite close to almost everything…the staffs are exceptional…they are always there to help even before we ask one….it’s clean and the rooms are good sizes…the feel and the surroundings is quite awesome…. slower internet maybe because it’s in the island yet its passable….it’s not we don’t like but we would love if we have our own fridge and electric kettle in our rooms.

• Dillon (10/5): Great stay great area - Great stay here, we were able to do our laundry and there are a lot of restaurants around the area. Breakfast is very affordable and they accomodated when our tour arrived early and made it to go at the last minute. Very cute puppies and kitties on site too. Didnt use the pool. Wifi was on and off but normal in this area. The power goes off rarely but again normal in the area.

The room, staff, pool and the beautiful grounds were all as good as we expected from the pictures and reviews. Wifi was not great but we expected this in Coron, and did not want to spend much time in our room anyways.

• Vicky (7/5): affordable accommodation in good location - the staff were really lovely and attentive. the pool and facilities outside were good for the price. there is a pool table and chill out area and the gardens were well maintained. the room & the bathroom were both huge. there wasn’t any chairs or bedside tables/lights in the room & no where to dry towels. the shower was tiny in comparison with the bathroom space 😂 definitely a little update is needed to make use of the huge room space. also there was noisy maintenance starting at like 8am-10am… that could of been done way later in the day allowing guests to sleep in.

The resort is so close to a load of bars and restaurants. The staff were so helpful and lovely, they can book you day trips and arrange transport for you and completely took the stress off travelling alone. There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like !!

• Luke (6/5): - The property in general was okay, the pool area is great but does have a bit of a bad smell around the area and inside the property too. It was fantastic that they allowed us to check-in early. The room was very average and the bathroom was disgusting as it was covered in mould, we didn't bother raising this as quite frankly it's obvious that they don't care otherwise they'd do something about it. Overall, for Coron, I'm sure it was okay but to pay that price most other places in the Philippines we would have been unhappy, mainly due to the mould. Staff seemed reasonably helpful when asked of but weren't very proactive, 4 nights we were never offered a room clean or even fresh toilet paper we had to ask. Probably would not stay again unless they sorted the mould.

The staff were really lovely and has helped us a lot with check-in, early breakfast, booking our tickets and getting taxis for us. The wifi was non-existent. We just had to use our mobile data most of the time because there was no wifi in our room. We asked the staff and they said the internet doesn't go that far to our room which wasn't really nice to hear knowing you booked a hotel room which it saying it has internet for you but you don't actually get any internet. You'd have to go near reception to get internet.

• Taylor (1/5): Bad - Woke up to infestation in my bed--told property about it and they only said they would change the sheets and after saying that was not enough they offered to move to another room. Did not feel comfortable after that or with the cleanliness level of this stay, found plenty of other bugs in my room. Said they would offer me a refund for the extra two nights since I booked another hotel after what I found on my bed. Have not heard back from management or received any sort of refund, said they would email me by November 1.

• Isabella (5/5): Much older and than you would expect from the pictures and not well maintained - at first we were put in a standard room which was very small but the deluxe room was big. The staff was nice. We were put first in the wrong room, then again (from the pictures we should have gotten a room with balcony but apparently they did not have any like that available), so eventually we stayed in the room they gave us. Everything is much older than it looks from the pictures and it does not seem clean. Windows in the room do not close well, hence a lot of noise woke us up early in the morning, and light too (no curtains). There is not really a place to lounge by the pool. We were there for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. There were many ants in the room, which we are still taking with us. Overall one can adapt, but we do not think it was good value for the money spent (big mismatch with our expectations)

Also they helped us to book our trip from Coron to El Nido. The only bad thing was the pressure of the shower and the shower drain was not working properly.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, amazing value - We were quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everything about it was better than expected and for the price, we were really happy. The staff was super friendly! They booked massages for us for the equivalent of $10/hour... wow. There’s also a pool table outdoors that’s free to use. Our only complaint is the toilet design in the room we stayed in - it’s basically a “dry” toilet with a raised bed, which makes it unpleasant for anything other than #1. I say raise the rates a little and upgrade the toilets :)

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable stay - The property is located about 5 min walk from the main road where there is busier traffic. As such, the surrounding of the property is quiet. Similarly, restarants are 5min walk away and there are mom-and-pop convenience stores steps away from the property where you can get your daily necessities. I didnt notice any public transport serving the local airport when i arrived. As such, you'll have to use the property's airport shuttle service. No shampoo is provided (only a soap is given). I felt the water pressure in the shower quite weak, like numerous other hotels I've been to in Philippines. But there is hot shower. I saw a couple of ants but otherwise, i would say the room is clean. I felt the bed was comfortable but do note that my double bed was combined from 2 single beds. Please note there is no elevator in this property. Will definitely consider coming back to this property.
