• Karolis (6/5): Pleasant - Vintage hotel which was fancy 20 years ago. Still interesting vibe, but do not expect too much. Nice architecture, vintage interior which is actually old, but quiet nice. Need renovation.

• Simon (5/5): Needs significant investment and staff that care about the guests. - Looks amazing from the exterior with great pool and gardens. It’s a huge Hotel but largely empty when we visited. The staff were unfriendly bordering on being rude (it all felt a little bit like faulty towers). The rooms were really shabby and patched up

• Iesha (4/5): Misleading falsely advertised - I like the garden, waiters, view and sent a taxi driver. Why were they writing in French when they knew I am English? Pool was freezing not warm for excersize. The instructor never showed up for tzbeten excersize. Spa staff were b*tches plus someone tried to come in my room while I was half naked knowing full well my room was vacant. Couldnt book spa and when I got the booking via the receptionist I was left with no instructions. Left me in the hammam for 15 mins when I didn't know which soap and glove to use. I called them and they ignored me 4 times. Washed me while I was naked! Glove had a hole in it. Hygiene was non existent. Massueuse lady pretended she didn't understand Arabic so that she can ignore me. I asked the receptionist of she understood Arabic and she said yes she understands. At this point they tried to get me to pay early when I haven't finished the Mani pedi. Don't book and Mani pedi as they don't comprehend what a buffer is. Lady said she won't do my pedi as she doesn't have time? But has time to bonjour the white Europeans with instructions and friendly smile. I didn't have body lotion and manager was giving me her own body lotion Why book tennis when the teacher was not available. Falsely advertised horse riding which is only for club members. They still have MOUNTAIN bikes falsely advertised. Highly unprofessional and I didn't get anything that I chose the hotel for 😡. I complained to be manager and apparently this is the first complaint. I don't think they read their reviews as the bathroom still has decay on it when I arrived 🤢🤮 completely outdated decor.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Dont stay here - The hotel definitely is not 4 stars. It is outdated and nothing has been replaced in years. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The TV and fridge barely work. There were only three other guests there when we stayed. The hotel is massive, so this was concerning. The lights on our floor were cut off completely in the hallway, which was not safe. I do not recommend this hotel.

• Nilufer (10/5): - No wifi at the room, only at the lobby. There is nothing much around to see. We stayed there on our way to Fes, after visiting the waterfalls in Ouzoud.
