• Peter (9/5): Gute Erholung mit überwiegend schönem Strand ..Abends ruhiger aber besser als Playa ohne Party. - Strand gut aber nicht so schön wie an der Playa. Wasser sehr klar.. Etwas kälter als an der Playa. In der "zweiten Reihe". Fusgängerzone zum Schoppen und Bummeln mit vielen Restaurants. Hinterer Strandabschnitt nicht schön. Es wird aber viel in Infrastruktur investiert.

• Svensson (10/5): - Det var en riktigt bra frukost, välstädat och mycket trevligt personal. Anläggningen kändes i stort väldigt modern. Det var några få minuters promenad både till butiker och resturanger, utan att ligga mitt i smeten. Balkongen i rummet vi fick var stor med en härlig havsutsikt. Överlag vad vi väldigt nöjda. Generellt var allt bra, lunchen var av rimlig kvalité, men finns bättre utanför hotellet.

• Graziella (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft - Begeistert waren wir von unserer Premium Suite mit Terrasse – Diese war einfach traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich. Das Frühstück liessen keine Wünsche offen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt: in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und ebenso schnell in der Einkaufsstraße. Beim Frühstück sind mir einige Punkte aufgefallen: Die beiden Kaffeemaschinen arbeiten relativ langsam, sodass es auch ausserhalb der Hochsaison häufig zu Wartezeiten von bis zu fünf Minuten kommt. Sehr wünschenswert wäre zudem ein frischer Fruchtsaft anstelle der aktuell angebotenen künstlichen Variante. Ein weiterer Verbesserungspunkt betrifft das Buffet beim Nachtessen: Leider waren die Speisen kalt. Wenn das Nachtessen nur wenig genutzt wird, stehen die Gerichte offenbar längere Zeit bereit, wodurch sie austrocknen und an Qualität verlieren. Das ist sehr schade.

La décoration de l'hôtel et des chambre magnifique Le buffet du petit déjeuner comme j'en ai rarement vu ( c'est frais, c'est bon,c'est varié) L'emplacement est proche de la plage et de la rue principale. Nous avons été accueilli par la réceptionniste française qui est tout à fait adorable et bienveillante. La possibilité de laisser les bagages et de profiter de l'hôtel une fois le check out fait. Nous reviendrons probablement L'eau de la piscine intérieure est un peu froide. Les travaux, dépendant de leur volonté, mais qui nous ont un peu fait fuir
• GERdexter (9/5): Ein rundum angenehmes Hotel mit großzügigem Zimmer, tollem Balkon und schönem Poolbereich - Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen – die Qualität war durchgehend hoch, auch wenn die Auswahl nicht riesig ist. Positiv aufgefallen ist das durchdachte Platzkonzept: Es wirkte nie überfüllt oder gedrängt, was den Start in den Tag angenehm gemacht hat. Das Zimmer ist ein echtes Highlight: großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einer bodenebenen Dusche ausgestattet, die das Badezimmer deutlich aufwertet. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool war ein schöner Abschluss des Tages – ruhig, mit angenehmer Aussicht. Zudem gab es eine tolle Möglichkeit, im Pool-Bereich am Abend zu sitzen und dort noch ein Bier, Wein oder Cocktail zu genießen, da die Bar direkt nebenan ist. Das Personal war super freundlich. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das in puncto Qualität und Komfort überzeugt. Einziger Schwachpunkt beim Frühstück: Kaffee und Säfte konnten mit dem restlichen Angebot nicht mithalten und haben mich etwas enttäuscht.

Comme elles sont assez présentes sur les images de présentation de l’hôtel, c’est un poil dommage de s’y attendre et ne pas l’avoir. Mais sinon très bon séjour.

• Yazald (9/5): Tolles Team ! - Eine schöne erholsame Zeit - Das Hotel war richtig schön und zum Erholen bestens geeignet. Es bietet genug Fläche, damit die Gäste sich gut verteilen können. Das Beste war aber das gesamte Team. Ich habe noch nie so ein harmonisches, gut eingespieltes Team, was die arbeit so voller Freude und Flink macht. Diese Freude des Teams kam definitiv bei den Gästen an und machten den Urlaub noch ein Stück schöner.

• Melissa (7/5): - Schönes Zimmer Extrem unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin beim Check out. War gerade am Essen und deshalb extrem genervt, „gestört“ zu werden. Ich hatte meinen Badeanzug im Zimmer liegen lassen, dieser wurde mysteriöser Weise nicht gefunden. Es wurde aber ohnehin keine Anstalten gemacht ihn wiederzufinden.

• Bart (8/5): Topervaring in een adults-only hotel - Kamer veel vroeger dan voorzien al klaar, we konden meteen aan de vakantie beginnen! Hotel ligt eerder aan het einde van de dijk, maar dat betekent extra rustige omgeving. Snelle en vriendelijke bediening overal. De eerste nacht behoorlijk wat lawaai. De hal is vrij groot waardoor alle geluiden extra hard echoën.

• Robin (10/5): Excellent hotel with excellent staff and excellent food! - Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, alles vers! Ook het dinerbuffet voor slechts €20/dag is een aanrader, met dagelijks 2 koks die veel vers bereiden en voldoende variatie gedurende de week is dit net als het ontbijtbuffet helemaal prima. Ontzettend vriendelijk en correct personeel die echt geïnteresseerd zijn in de gasten en er alles aan doen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Mooie zwembaden en ruim voldoende ligbedden met aangename muziek op de achtergrond en alles in een schitterend aangelegde tropische tuin. Junior suite; Heerlijke bedden, zeer ruime kamer met lekker balkon. Grote badkamer met regendouche en overal op zowel de kamer als in het hotel super goede wifi verbinding. Parkeren rondom het hotel is gratis en in oktober meer dan voldoende plek. Als we dan toch iets moeten noemen, we hebben gedurende ons verblijf 3x ‘s avonds live muziek gehad waarvan 1 optreden geweldig was maar ook eentje wel een erg hoog bejaardengehalte had qua muziek, maar goed dat is puur een kwestie van smaak.

• Chris2k19 (9/5): Erwartungen Erfüllt :) - EIn sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben 2 Suiten mit je 3 Erwachsenen genutzt, was super funktioniert hat. Die Poollandschaft ist schön, der Chilout-DJ macht top Atmosphäre, das Personal ist sehr nett.... wir kommen gerne wieder :) Verbesserungen sehe ich vor allem beim Frühstück. Die 2 Kaffeemaschinen sind zu langsam, man steht gern mal 5min an. Außerdem schmeckt gerade der Espresso leider nicht besonders, die Crema verschwindet quasi sofort. Es wäre super, entweder die Maschinen einzustellen, neue und schnellere oder mehr zu besorgen, oder beim Frühstück auch Kaffee von der Bar anzubieten als Alternative, vor allem auch Capuccino mit Hafermilch o.ä. Weiterhin schmeckt der Osaft leider seht künstlich. Frisch gepresster Saft aus einer Maschine die direkt die Orangen ausquetscht wäre perfekt :) Außerdem wäre ein schnellerer oder Direkttransfer noch top.

A really nice place for our weekend getaway. We loved the bedroom None of the pools were heated, neither was any of the spa’s, balcony furniture could be updated, living room area in the room was very empty.

• Patrik (10/5): Price quality ratio is great, great sleep quality, great food, place, best service and staff! - From reservation 6 months before arrival, great communication with hotel staff, no problem with payments, love the hotel instagram profile - because of that we had no worries about accomodation and payment etc. Also hotel promised and fullfiled our wish to put us seven people (3 different rooms) to higher (4th floor), love that! Great breakfast, you can find all sort of food from bacon and eggs, salami, ham, cheese, to yougurt or pancakes and other sweets (pretty much same every morning). Great dinner, every day there was something different, different food.. Also great hot meals, from paella to pasta, roasted and grilled meat, also there were vegetarian section, lots ot fruits and veggies. On top of dinner you could eat some tiramisu or some pudings, or starberries with cream etc. I believe everybody could choose. The staff was the gem that this hotel shines at, smiling, welcoming, warmth and positive energy! This is very different from my experience from Italy.. Our favourite was Rossa, the Poland lady! Such an awesome human beign. Our group of 7 people got reservation table for 7 days for free, felt great! Room service smiling and every day without a doubt they have done very torough job, room was super clean. Accomodation itself is good, matress is great, pillows are great, i never slept on such a big bed its like 220x220cm. Windows to balcony provides great sound blocking, curtains provide moderate light blocking. AC was great you could have cold room if you need. Great sleep overall and believe me i am very demanding in sleep requirements. Our room was perfect, a lot of light and backlight design features, dimm lights for evening etc. My family loved pool and drinks, it's high level service it really is! I am more like "lets see whole island in one week" person, but if you are not, you will love this! This was very difficult to think about because it's hard to find anything, but there we go: - No toilet fan! This kinda ruins romance for fresh couple haha! but atleast it's a test! - Roosters! i loved them cus i wear sleep earplugs but my girlfriend did not haha, they wake you up exactly at 4am when it's still dark, and then again at 5:30am.. its super fan but it might bother someone - No program! i hoped for some special dressed dancers or something, but nothing! I was ready to drink vodka and dance in the pool but guys, please! - Loud music from music band, just one evening until 22:30. I wanted to enjoy it in a way that i could talk with my family at tables, but i could not, loudness was at concert level almost paintful for eats, no word could be heard! - At Saturday, i could not watch real madrid match at my TV, in Spain! Please add sport canals with La Liga! - Had to share card details info as per hotel policy on arrival, for three rooms one card (mine), done it but was not comfortable with that at all! - Pain in the ass to log in at wi-fi, and was slow. - Not related to hotel, but i was with 60+ years people, and was at beach close to hotel, you could not get into water, lot of rocks at entry right under water! impossible for old people to get into water! But obviously not a hotel fault

• Kate (3/5): Raw Chicken Served at Buffet + Unprofessional Reception - This hotel is well located and is close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean. We were unfortunate to have had an incident wherein my husband was served raw chicken at the buffet dinner and consumed some before realizing it was not cooked. We raised this with staff immediately. One member was professional and highlighted it to the chef. However the chef shrugged his shoulders. The next day my husband ended up at the doctor's surgery with food poisoning. He spent €155 on the visit and medication and spent two days in bed sick. We went to the reception and spoke with Sylvia. She was very blasé and non-chalant in how she viewed this. Her opinion was that we should ask the chef to "cook it more" and defended the incident by claiming the chef couldn't ensure all the chicken was cooked properly. Her careless responses were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Upon checkout we requested the €20 due for my husband's buffet be taken off the bill. The receptionist refused. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experiences. It was hard to deal with the receptionist and it left a mark on our holiday. I don't know if something like this would happen anywhere else- front of house not acknowledging or taking any responsibility for the hotel they are the face of. We did not look for any other refund or compensation bar the €20 cost of the buffet that night to be removed.

• Cristi (7/5): - The room was notably larger than those in comparable hotels, with a spacious balcony that added to the comfort. Breakfast featured an extensive selection, and dinner provided options to suit a wide range of preferences. The swimming pool is relatively small, and smoking is not permitted for guests. The surrounding area was rather noisy, with numerous wild chickens. We also encountered a considerable number of ants in the room, along with a lizard. The refrigerator was small and did not cool effectively. Despite dining at the property more than five times, we were not offered the advertised package of €85 for five dinners instead of €100. When inquiring, the staff member was unable to explain why this option was unavailable, which felt unprofessional given that it was promoted in all rooms. Additionally, the beds were very uncomfortable
• Mark (10/5): A unique experience which we would do again in a heartbeat. - Unique property - hotel is also a beach club which features comfortable poolside beds and ambient music playing through the day. Great service from the staff who regularly walk around checking if you’d like any food or drink and then dropping your order down to your bed swiftly. Room was very comfortable large balcony and a fridge and cooking facilities in the room should you require them. Would recommend anyone to stay here we enjoyed every minute of it. Nothing.

Struttura moderna,tranquilla e ben pulita. Colazione continentale molto curata e varia. Consigliata! Da migliorare il comfort della camera, materasso poco comodo, troppo morbido ma è una questione di gusti!

Ho trovato questa struttura all’altezza delle aspettative: piscine rilassanti, clima di relax con musica di sottofondo; durante varie serate sonk state organizzati live dj musica e intrattenimento. La struttura si situa in una zona (Cala Millor) molto ben servita da bus/taxi/ servizi di noleggio. Personalmente ho visto zone con mare piú bello e zone un po’ piú movimentate la sera. • Magnus (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Cala Millor. - Excellent place to stay. 3 minutes from the beach, we usually got there around 10:30 and there was plenty of sunbeds available. Hotel area overall very clean. There was always a pool bed available. The pool area had a really relaxing aura with smooth lounge music playing which really fit the vibe. Nice staff. Good breakfast, continually filled up with bacon etc so it was always fresh (unlike other hotells who cook everything at once). The lunsj was also very good. Best fries we had during our stay was at the hotel. Didn’t go to dinner but I’m sure it’s really good. Close to the Centre (about a 5 min walk). Hairdryer was a bit outdated 😂

Amazing food, different options every morning and night for breakfast and dinner. Staff are very polite and friendly and always made sure you were taken care of. Such a clean, beautiful hotel with amazing surroundings. There was nothing we didn’t like, we liked everything!

The shower water temperature variation was very annoying. The temperature of the mini-fridge could not be changed. Would be nice if it was cooler!
