- Hannah (10/5): Lovely stay with our doggies 😊 - Caroline was a lovely host, the room was very clean and had everything you needed. We took our 2 dachshunds who loved Caroline’s lovely dog 🐶 so a great stay. Very close to the beach and not far to walk to the town.
- Mary-Anne (10/5): - Warm and friendly greeting by Caroline and Maisie dog. Very accommodating and a very comfortable two nights sleep. Clean room, clean bathroom and shower. Only 5 ish minutes walk to the seafront. When asked was recommended a dog friendly cafe, Munchies, on the seafront for breakfast. Lovely stay.

- Fiona (10/5): Fabulous place to stay. - Caroline and Rosie (little dog) were fabulous hosts, really friendly and welcoming. Clean, comfortable, everything you could want. Great choice at breakfast which was delicious. Fantastic value for money too. Definitely want to stay with Caroline and Rosie when we come back to Great Yarmouth next year. Absolutely nothing not to like, could not fault our stay.

People above us were up until 1am both nights every step was heard . Every squeak of there bed was heard. Affected my sleep a lot .

Finding accommodation with dogs is normally stressful but this place was just lovely. My dogs got so much fuss and some breakfast hehe Rooms were lovely Having a downstairs sitting area and darts was lovely touch.

- Cathy (9/5): Great value for money - This guesthouse was in a good location for us exploring the Norfolk coastline, a good walk to the front but does have parking. Great value for money, breakfasts were freshly cooked and a variety of cereals. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was too low for my partner who has arthritis.

- Normalizer (9/5): Cozy, friendly and comfortable stay with an hospitable host and enjoyable Puppy sidekick - The landlady of the property [Caroline] is very hospitable and always looking to accommodate where possible. There are quite an extensive options for breakfast, so you are not going to go hungry. This is a dog friendly place which is not immediately identified, and is not for everyone's taste. So be aware. For us, we had just lost our Dogs, so being greeted by the owners little Cava-Poo and being asked to play fetch was very enjoyable which put a smile on our faces each morning. Nothing really for us to worry about. Again if you are not a pet lover, this might put you off. If I were being ultra picky there were some interesting colour/pattern matches to the décor - but it made the place seem quirky. The shower whilst fully functional, did fluctuate between cool and hot so was difficult to find the sweet spot.

- Cheryl (8/5): Caroline is a lovely lady and rosie the dog pleasant area to stay not too far from beach or town - Lots of space in room and nice n clean and a good bundle of towels for each person. Breakfast was really good and cooked fresh and plenty of choice of cereals fruit tea n coffee etc
- Debs (8/5): Very welcoming, well worth the money, will book again soon - Caroline (and of course Rosie) were very welcoming, I love the fact that I could take my own dog, the room was big enough for his bed so we were both comfortable, the selection for breakfast was great and caters for everyone, plenty of towels & brew making facilities in the rooms and if you needed more they were left on the landing so you can help yourself, the house is couple of minutes walk from the seafront and about 7 mins from the arcades, will definitely book again

- Jessica (10/5): Can't wait to return!!! - Caroling was amazing. Great host, so welcoming. We had a room in the top of the house if you are tall you will hit your head, but for us it was fine. So clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Our dog was fed at breakfast when we didn't expect it. Rosie the dog is a lovely little thing and played with my dog so well. The breakfast.... WOW. Small menu but the choices would even feed the fussiest of eaters. I had the veggie breakfast and it was great quality . MY partner had a full english and the next day bacon sandwich and said both were amazing. The lounge area is comfy with darts and games, we sat with other guests one night and we noticed that the doors are soundproofed. We didn't hear anything. We are returning soon and very happy with our stay.
