Joanne (10/5): Great value hotel. - Property was clean and tidy. Room was a decent size. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a little supermarket next door to the hotel. It was quiet and there were plenty of sun loungers. Location was about a 5 min walk from the main strip. Nothing.

Claire (10/5): We had a fantastic time during our stay. The apartments are amazing and the staff really looked after us. - I think the apartments are amazing. In fact the bed is one of the comfiest I have slept on. They are up a steep hill but everything you need is available. The apartment is well equipped and the supermarket has a good selection available. The apartment itself was immaculate. The shower was fantastic. Just a great place in my opinion. The staff are a real credit to Bitacora. We particularly loved Gail in the bar. She really looked. After us. Nothing was too much trouble. The hill! To be fair we would walk down and jump in a taxi back, only a couple of euro.

Great wee bar with nice food and handy shop onsite Our room was in need of updating the sofa bed was poor the covers were falling off the seat cushions it was dirty and we had to get new sheet! We also found glass on the floor!

Caroline (8/5): Nice apartments - Javier on reception was more than helpful. Easy walk to promenade 5/6 minutes just not back up. Apartments were nice Pool was very cold for the price we paid I would expect a greater effort to make warm for kids when visiting Springtime.
Abigail (3/5): Disappointing - The swimming pool was clean, the apartment was spacious enough for two people. Javier the receptionist was helpful. The bedding was of poor quality and rough on the skin, it often had stains. The towels were not nice and often wet or damp. When we arrived the sofa was also wet. The bath leaked and flooded the bathroom if filled. There was no hand soap provided and the rooms were only cleaned every other day to a very poor standard. The property was also not very secure. While we were staying there were some other guests who had the police called on them for domestic violence and drunk and disorderly behaviour, because the hotel did not remove them as soon as this happened the police actually came to the property a total of three times. There is no overnight security or reception so we ended up being woken up at 3am to violence and fighting between the couple who also had a daughter so we had to call the police a third time. When I asked why had they been allowed back in the hotel said that they had not been arrested and they got back in with the code for the gate. I questioned why the code was not changed and they said it would have been too complex to do so. The couple were only banned from the hotel the next day but I felt unsafe staying there after this as the code remained the same. Additionally the key pad where you enter the code is worn so it would be really easy for anyone to guess the combination. I feel that this incidence could have been dealt with better by the hotel to keep the guests in the hotel safe including young children who were staying there.

Martin (9/5): Decent property...but pool bar cooking needs attention - Complex is perfect and apartments are very clean...Air conditioning is so welcome Twice i ordered from pool bar- Day 1, ordered a portion of chips, waited 20 minutes and enquired advising lady , she disputed the time frame,chips arrived sometime later Raw/ uncooked. Day 6- ordered A Cheeseburger and Chips, waited 36 minutes and enquired...it seems the order was forgotten AGAIN, waiter advised they would be available in 3/4 minutes....when they arrived the food was once again uncooked!! This time I returned the food and left.

Relació qualitat-preu tornaria a agafar aquest, perquè tenia molts equipaments i era més barat que altres apartaments. La neteja era justeta..quan vam arribar vam haver de reclamar que ens tornessis a venir a netejar el pis, el terra estava brut. El matalàs era una mica vell i s'enfonsava una mica.

Urszula (7/5): - We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The apartments were a good size and included a small kitchenette and a bathroom, which made them very convenient. We especially liked the easy access to the swimming pool. We only stayed for one night, but after checking out we were still able to use the luggage storage and enjoy the pool, which was a great bonus. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. There was no designated parking available, but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot on the nearby side streets.The hotel is located on a hill, but since we had a car, it wasn’t much of an inconvenience for us. The rooms could use some refurbishment, and the kitchenette was not very well equipped with utensils and dishes. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and no soap provided. The water in the pool was quite cold, although it didn’t seem to bother the children too much. Additionally, the sofa beds in the rooms have seen better days, and the springs were quite noisy.

Carolyn (10/5): GREAT 4 NIGHT STAY - The apartment was a good size, had a pool view from the balcony which had a table and chairs. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. I know that it's situated up a hill but that means it is quiet at night. I didn't like that it's a shower curtain over the bath but that's only a small detail
julie (9/5): - I had a 3 night stay here with my 10 year old boy. Apartment was spacious for the 2 of us and spotless clean. Beds were comfy and curtains blacked out the light. Cooking facilities/equipment were basic but they were enough to satisfy our 3 night stay. Bathroom was a bit dated but the shower had really good pressure. The pool and poolside was lovely and clean days were very relaxed and quiet as were evenings. 10 minute walk to harbour/old town/beach. Lovely stay would highly recommend and stay again.
