The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds ive been in in any hotel in 5 plus years. LOCATION IS EVERYTHING and the price was right. It was 5 to 7 minute walk to everything...restairants shopping with parks 1 minute walk away etc...YET... just off the beaten path that it was very quiet and cozy. The hotel itself is very unique design and feels like a home not a hotel. A huge plus. I didnt hear other clients coming or going. The breakfasts were excellent. From fuuts to meats to veggies to juices, teas and coffee. I travel often and spend alot of time in hotels ...I highly recommend this hotel and i will be returning. Im a picky person....there was NOTHING i didnt like

Unglaublich zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut betreut. Beim Check-inn erhält man sofort Tipps für seinen Aufenthalt. Hier wird Gastlichkeit gelebt. Das ist wohl der Unterschied dieses Familienhotels im Vergleich mit den üblichen Hotelketten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Tobias Dahlen (6/5): - Frühstück und Lage gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit nur okay. Das Zimmer selbst ziemlich altbacken und etwas herunter gekommen. An Teilen der Decke fehlte Tapete. Der Vorhang vorm Fenster war zu kurz komplett zugezogen zu werden, heißt ein Teil des Zimmer konnte immer vom gegenüberliegenden Gebäude aus eingesehen werden und es ließ sich auch nicht vernünftig abdunkeln.

Waldemar (9/5): Przyjechałem odwiedzić chorą siostrę. - Byłem u Państwa miesiąc temu. Hotel robi ogromne wrażenia. Jest kameralny, zadbany w każdym szczególe. Wspaniały personel. Czułem się zaopiekowany. Dekoracje z rozmachem, piękne. Myślę , że właściciel jest estetą. Położenie hotelu jest znakomite. Wszędzie blisko. Wszystko mi się podobało. Niczego bym nie zmieniał. Michael (10/5): 100 % Weiterempfehlung - Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Inhaber betreibt das Hotel mit Herzblut und man fühlt sich als willkommener Gast. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel hat noch Charme und Charakter, fernab von den Hotelketten. Das Frühstück war nicht zu umfangreich, aber die wesentlichen Sachen für ein gutes Frühstück waren vorhanden und wurden sehr regelmäßig nachgelegt. Kein Kretikpunkt

Alfred (10/5): Gehobenes Mittelklassehotel mit dem besonderen Extra - Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt und auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Man fühlt sich dort wirklich wohl (gute Betten, sauberes Zimmer, sehr ruhig). Vor allem das Frühstück soll besonders hervorgehoben werden (günstig, variantenreich und lecker).

Sarah (10/5): - Äußerst zuvorkommende und freundliche Kommunikation, das Hotel ist liebevoll gepflegt und eingerichtet und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Wir hatten dadurch den perfekten Kurztrip.

Dr. Berit (10/5): Zentrales, komfortables Stadthotel - Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang! Ganz in der Nähe zum CC Rosengarten und zur Innenstadt. Deutlich mehr als 3 Sterne… !
Martina (10/5): - Sehr schöne Kleinigkeiten in einem sauberen Zimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Bewegungsmelder im Bad, der ein schwaches Licht unter das Waschbecken wirft. Sehr angenehm nachts, wenn man nicht die volle Beleuchtung anmachen muss und trotzdem was sieht. Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dr. Andree (9/5): Familiäres Hotel fußläufig zu Rosengarten und Innenstadt mit hervorragendem Frühstück - Kleines, aber feines, familiär in 3. Generation geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeitenden, komfortabel ausgestatteten Zimmern, welche im Gegensatz zu vielen großen Hotels auch genügend helle Leuchten haben. Nachts kann man auch mit offenen Fenster schlafen, da trotz Innenstadtlage das Hotel in einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße liegt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet alles, was man morgens braucht. Der Frühstücksraum ist geräumig und ruhig - aufgrund der Hotelgröße keine Bahnhofsatmosphäre. Vom Hotel aus ist man in 5 min zu Fuß in Innenstadt und am Rosengarten. Die Parksituation am und vor dem Hotel ist schwierig, da der gesamte Bereich als Anwohnerparken oder Halteverbotszone ausgeschildert ist und der empfohlene öffentlich Parkplatz aufgrund der Straßenführung nicht mal eben zu erreichen ist.
Marina (8/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, egal ob Anmeldung oder Restaurant beim Frühstück, alle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse waren nachgegangen und erfüllt. Sehr gut (außergewöhnlich für 3 Sterne) ausgestattetes Zimmer und auch dabei sauber. Matratze war für mich ideal, wie ich gerne mag nicht zu weich, es gab auch zum Auswahl 2 Kissen (40x80 und 80x80 cm), es war für mich wichtig, weil ich 40x80 cm bevorzuge und für längere Reisen sogar mitnehme. Also Schlafqualität war sehr gut. Es gab elektronische Jalousie und sogar Klimaanlage (habe zwar nicht gebraucht, aber war positiv überrascht deren Anwesenheit). Keine negative Bemerkungen

Michael (9/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen oder längeren Besuch in Mannheim - Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, gut angebunden und trotzdem ruhig. Die Betreuung durch das Personal war optimal.
