Room was was not good as compare to what what we paid for two nights. We paid Rs.13000/- per night and in this prices 5Stars facilites are provided.

Provision of blankets for morning safari, use of metallic bottles for water, lay of property keeping privacy in mind. Everyone was welcoming , warm and calm. Special thanks to Rahul and Monthung at the reception , Pardeep and Luvkush in F&B and the caretaker. Nothing as such.

Anish (9/5): Superb - It is a beautiful resort located 10 mins away from Turia Gate. Rooms are comfortable. The Eco-park within the resort is beautiful and provides options of nature walk and cycling through it. We were received by the Operations Manager - Mr. Yash, who was very warm and cordial. Even though we had reached earlier than scheduled time, he managed to provide us with an early check-in. Throughout our stay Mr. Yash was very helpful and arranged everything swiftly. The staff was very polite. Special mention to the warm staff - Mr. Shiv Kumar and Mr. Kiran at the restaurant. The food at the resort meets the standards of any good hotel. The chef also met us and ensured the food was really good. The Safari experience was also great as we were able to spot 3 leopards. Overall it was a great experience.

Suvarna (10/5): Everything we wanted and more! - Everything from the staff at the central booking office (Sandeep) to the hotel staff itself (Yash and all the staff onsite) made our experience smooth and enjoyable. All the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming when we arrived. I travelled with my 2 grandparents, both with limited mobility and this was attended to from start to finish of our stay with the on-site electric buggy that took us wherever we wanted onsite as and when we needed. It made travelling with my grandparents so enjoyable, easy, and most of all memorable. We were regularly checked up on, and asked if we needed anything else which made us feel well looked after. Likewise sleeping arrangements for our driver were promptly organised on our arrival which meant one less stress for us! We attended both a morning and evening safari throughout our stay and this was well organised by the hotel and central office cohesively. Overall we throughly enjoyed our 3 days, 2 nights stay here and given the opportunity would return again without any hesitation! N/A
