- Silvia (5/5): Passable - The staff were nice and helpful. The location was good near the stadium so easy access to get in and out the sting concert. It wasn’t very clean. We received the room and there was still garbage in the bathroom garbage bin from the previous guests. The pillows were uncomfortable and they smelled bad. Room service only works from 6:30pm til 9:00pm.

After spending $110. for the room, I would have thought breakfast should have been included. The toilet would not flush, the toilet seat was not attached. There was mold all over the ceiling, and the towel racks were covered in rust. I'm sure the towels were cleaned, but their appearance was awful.

The staff didn’t give a solution or compensation for this complaint

Room was spacious with great views. Hotel was very tastefully contemporary and felt safe. Only minor complaint was mattress was stiffness. I like a firm mattress but these were firmer than usual. I would still return to hotel though.
