Guest Reviews
- Marilyn (10/5): Cómodo y buena ubicación - Cama cómoda y limpia El piso estaba en algunas partes roto
- Jermaine (1/5): This was a horrible hotel, we ended up leaving within 1 hr of being on the property. A lot of junkies there, wasn’t real - Nothing. Trash 0/10. Don’t recommend. A lot of junkies there as well.
- Charles (1/5): You get what you pay for - Location and price Old furniture , rats around dumpster and bugs in the room and water faucet in tub broken. Room smelled musty.
- Keatts (9/5): I would choose this place again - Friendly staff clean rooms comfortable beds Nothing
- Sabrina (1/5): Place should be shut down. Health department needed bad - Did not even stay but after reading the reviews they probably did me a favor by not having the room I requested. We traveled over 4 hrs to get here and throughout the days prior to arrival we messaged back and forth with the hotel and they assured me they would be ok with a late check-in which was after midnight and that they would have a bottom floor room for me as I am disabled. When we arrived they had no room for me which left me, my husband and our pets with no where to stay. I do not recommend believing any thing they say
- Phyllis (9/5): Good - Convenient Nothing
- Melissa (10/5): -

- William (1/5): - I’m not one to give any reviews at all but this was the worst hotel I have ever seen. To be honest, when my wife and I pulled in we thought the place was closed. From parking lot to the unlandscaped grounds were the first signs. I asked to see the room before we paid. We walked in the room and then walked out. I immediately called another hotel and we left. I’m surprised this place is not condemned by the health department.
- Qiana (5/5): -
- Robert (9/5): My stay - I called late that night and staff was receptive and cordial as I checked in late. The room was spotless and the sheets were tight and well made. You could tell someone knew how to do hospital corners.
The room did have an old misty smell but it didn’t bother me.
Furniture was dated but clean. For a quick overnight stay I was very satisfied
- Andres (10/5): -
- Melissa (1/5): -
- Marion (7/5): - Bed was comfy The shower was slick , maybe needs a mat
- Agrabah (3/5): - They didn't clean anything. The room was dirty, sticky, roaches, stinkbugs were there, the tub had so much rust coming out of the faucet. The edges to the floor were even dirtier like they haven't cleaned in weeks. It was also much more expensive than last time I stayed 2 months ago.
- Matthew (5/5): - The price was good and the staff was helpful Needed around 15 .mins to get hot water. The furniture was worn.
- Melissa (10/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): - All a great experience
- Tinika (2/5): - Roaches and the rooms were not clean. Hair all over the shower tiles. dust on the coffee pot. They do not dust anything. You can hear everything going on in the next room. The front desk lady was nice and accommodating to what we needed.
- Melissa (10/5): - Love r t he bed
- Germaine (8/5): -
- Maury (1/5): The bedding was gross. The toiled was gross, the plce looked like it hasnt been clean in months. I booked 2 nights and i - The bedding was gross. The toiled was gross, the plce looked like it hasnt been clean in months. I booked 2 nights and i left for the second. This place is all around disgusting and i hope i get a refund.
- Isaac (2/5): - Roaches alive and dead in room. Spill all over bathroom door. The exterior of property is run down. Definitely fooled by the rating.
- christie (4/5): Bad stay - It was very inconvenient didnt have a care that I didn't have a TV with channels in my room took them 2 hrs to move us to another room
- Bretagne (1/5): Don’t stay there - Absolutely nothing Went to check in I tell the front desk girl I booked my reservation on booking.com and I was prepared to pay then she takes a picture of my card information that was in their system with her phone. Then she noticed I started filming her looking like she was texting on her phone. Then she throws the keypad on the counter. I tried to give her my card when I gave my id. Then she notices front desk girl looked out of it. She gave us the keys. We go to the room and it was a foul order as soon as you walked in and then before we could even attempt to but the bags down a bunch of roaches scattering. We went back to the office. The shift changed and I told the new front desk girl. She attempted to check us out but the system wouldn’t let her. We were in the room for maybe 2mins tops.
- Gámez (10/5): -
- Stephen (1/5): Hole in wall - Price. You get what you pay for Room in major disrepair
No hot water and lamps broken
- Phyllis (7/5): -
- Agrabah (1/5): Super nasty place. They didn't clean and was full of roaches - Nothing. The reservation was showing a different room and even amount of people in it. The room was dirty, they didn't even swept the floor, there were roaches in the room. Behind the toilet there were more roaches, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all.
- Amy (10/5): - Rooms were very clean. Great location
- Selena (10/5): -
- Jeffery (2/5): - This was the worst i have ever seen in my life i will never use Expedia again
- Carter (1/5): Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of them. - This place is an absolute Abomination and should be shut down immediately. It's absolutely disgusting there's nothing to like about it. Absolutely everything. My AC died in the middle of the night the first night so I switched rooms to a room which had no hot water and no water pressure at all it trickled out of the shower. I had to switch rooms again to another room that had no hot water. I don't understand how this place stays open
- Checo (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Christina (1/5): -
- Verified traveler (8/5): Price is right - Although the motel is older and can use some updating, I was happy that the air conditioning was in good working order and the water was hot. That's all that matters to me after a day of driving.
- rhonda (1/5): Didn’t stay, was nasty, run down and unacceptable - NOTHING Everything was horrible, dirty
Could not stay there
- Jamie (10/5): - Nice and accessible
- Mabe (1/5): - The breakfast The power was out and the next morning worker was very rude
- Rachel (1/5): Bad - I asked for a refund and left. This hotel was not worth the cost. It felt like a motor inn for $40/night. I refused to sleep in the room. It felt dirty and grimy.
- Su (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warren (2/5): - Room was dirty and strong smell of mold
- Holloway (8/5): Very good -
- Brittany (1/5): Bad - Friendly staff Roaches.
- Aisha (5/5): Passable -
- Monique (8/5): - The front desk staff Tonya is amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was good do wish it was more options but it was fine
- Bretagne (4/5): Could be better yet not complaining did the job.But hey cest la vie - The shower/tub was insanely spotless. When you turned on the light. It was so clean that it blinded me. Really appreciate it. Definitely can say the housekeeper that cleaned the bathroom did an amazing job. Bravo. And the mattresses we comfortable we didn’t want to get out of the bed. The tv in the room wasn’t on the wall. The tv was somewhat leaning under the mount. And there wasn’t a phone in the room which sucked because I wanted to call the front desk to tell them about the tv (should’ve taken a pic), phone & insure I had a late check out but didn’t want to run down to double check. Or google for the phone number or look through my email confirmation. Housekeeping knocks like your room is about to get raided from the cops. Scared me for a quick second. Speed bumps were just annoying that one when you make the turn. But still good for $61 for the night. Cant truly complain.
- Daniel (6/5): - The cleanliness is laking in the room. Is difficult to sleep with
- Lasheka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not so good of a stay. It started off with having issues with our reservation. When we finally got a room, the floor still had lots of water on it from the cleaning. I had to take paper towels to get the floor dried. We only had one wash cloth and never received another one even though we requested one several times. The worse part was the screaming toilet in our room which they promised to fix and never did. Also there was a non working telephone and a partially working TV. We will not be staying there again!
- Randy (10/5): Good House Keeping - The willingness to accommodate my arrival and stay really great, the folks are kind.
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (9/5): Not sure what’s going on but I wish we could get it RESLOVED… - It was pretty clean staff was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that I told her, I booked in with booking.com. She said she didnt have anything from booking and that’s why they didn’t use booking. But I know that wasn’t true bc if you don’t fool with booking you would be under the list of hotel!!! What I didn’t like was I was charged twice for the same room and I told the lady. When I checked in they was going to charge me again bc it’s through them to save cash.
- Ulloa (7/5): Good -
- Scott (10/5): - Nice
- cassie (2/5): In need of several simple remodels/repairs - The first room we were put in (201) smelled like there was a dead animal in it. We walked in, took 1 whiff, gagged and ran out. We got switched to a different room (210) that reeked of smoke, but at least it was tolerable after some spray. Microwave didn’t work, filthy walls, door and AC unit. Bath tub needs new caulk around it new drain (it's rusted). The smoke detector had been removed from the wall. Lacks outlets.
Only pros:
Bed/linens clean
Bed/pillows comfy
Refrigerator/freezer worked
Walking distance to food
*Will not stay here again*
- Danny (5/5): Passable - Tv remote batteries dead, no phone (except if you count the unplugged one in the drawer beside the bed)
- Lacey (9/5): Superb -
- Carl (1/5): Bad - No, just stayed for 1 night. No
- Aisha (8/5): - Good
- Kyle (6/5): - I’ve stayed here before and have had no issues with the facilities, but this time around, the sink barely drained, and the toilet very slowly went down. Shower was ok. Interior was quite worn. Beds were clean.
- William (10/5): Excellent stay. Very comfortable - Location very close many food options Everything was great
- Khwajazada (7/5): Good -
- Gerald (6/5): - Good for low budget guests
- Jeff (8/5): - Room was clean for the most part!!! Beds were clean and comfortable. No issues with our stay. The rooms are very dated but did the job. Shower pressure was a little low but all in all, a cheap convenient place to stay.
- Valezka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erica (7/5): Good - Convenient Convenient
- Donna (1/5): Bad - Absolutely nothing It was the filthest hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in some real dumps this one ranked the number 1 spot there was mold in the bathroom and this was the second room they gave us the first room didn't have any electricity so when I opened the refrigerator it stunk and had mold before I could say cancel our reservation they had already took the money so we went to the store and I cleaned the room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
- Clinton (2/5): Never again -
Walked inside my room and smelled that file smell. It smelled like sewer or deaf.would not recommend
- Brandi (2/5): - They refused me 2 stay wit no explination so inwouldnt recommend to stay
- Brian (4/5): - It was ok beside they come knocking on your door for check out hour early
- Mike (10/5): very comfortable...will definitely stay again - hospitality
- Emily (2/5): No pleasant - Location The auto setting on the heat didn't work and it was loud! Kids screaming and crying in the unit next to us. We had to leave for a family emergency and they wouldn't refund us for the remaining night
- Robison (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, staff was friendly, felt safe, clean and comfortable rooms
- Robison (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rynika (1/5): Bad - Staff was nice and understanding There were bed bugs in the bed
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Randall (10/5): New Year's Trip - It was good for thr price and everything was in order
- Meadows (1/5): Bad -
- Kristina (2/5): - The phone didn’t work so we couldn’t find out why 1/2 our coffee maker was missing so no coffee in the room OR in the lobby. Holes in the bathroom wall toilet not attached to the wall.. never again
- James (10/5): - Had a great day at this hotel. At times, there were strangers just walking around the premises that I’m not really sure were even staying there.
- Kae (7/5): Good -
- Steven (8/5): - Fine
- Carla (8/5): Very good -
- Roberta (3/5): Disappointing - The place was very old. The furniture was falling apart. The floor and dresser tops were sticky. Not enough lights. The curtains were falling off the windows. Ceilings had big water stains.
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leroy (1/5): Not a Happy Traveler and would not recommend this place to anyone. - nothing i would not recommend to ant traveler. First room bath tub dirty no where to hang cloths the over all appearance just wasn't right. Plus had to use a shopping cart to carry in belongings. Room was designated smoking which i requested a non smoking because we had a dog and it requeued of tobacco. Did not stay vary long moved to different room which wasn't any better. Room had a sign non- smoking also requeued of tobacco. after further examining the room the sink in bathroom would drain out slowly. My bigest find was the AC/Heating unit was so dirty filters not cleaned also so much dirt and filth on the coils and inside the outlet on top. Then what top it off It stopped working through the night the following evening. Then the maid never stopped by to clean the room or change the bedding had the sign on door for maid service. Went to the office and told the desk guy and he said housekeeping had left for the day we needed bath room essentials towels toilet paper which we got over a hour latter. After this ordeal we decided to leave this establishment the next morning and request a refund for the remaining days that we had booked. Had to Wate for the Manager to come in to get my refund told him that this room had a lot of health issues and should not be rented out. So moved to a better place across the street. Days Inn. Did get a refund of four days back and didn't like the response by the manager as to my brief stay to all the issues we encountered he should of refunded more plus gave a excuse that the AC and Heat unit were not cleaned due to unit being replaced in the future.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leonard (8/5): - Travel for construction. Real close to job. Convient for gas, fast food and hiway. Older building but updated and clean. Excellent value for price. Offers breakfast, but after i leave . Lol
- David (6/5): - Staff was very accommodating. Even with staff help the TV was impossible to operate. The window HVAC unit was difficult to adjust. Coffee maker was missing a key part that made it inoperable.
- Brenda (2/5): - They did not have the room I requested. The place looked like a refugee camp. Multiple people staying there full time with their laundry hanging on the rails and kids running everywhere. Did not feel safe, and multiple rooms offered and every one had a problem. Refrigerator defrosted water on floor. Another room the air conditioner was hot-wired in and did not work.
- Andrew (8/5): It was nice and peaceful. - Great location, nice and quiet. The continental breakfast could have been better. Some fresh fruit would be great.
- Leo (8/5): - Although its cold now, wish they had pool. I've stayed maybe 3 or 4 times and never had a problem.
- Betty (8/5): Need handicap ramp at front door with closer handi - Great atmosphere, awesome front desk staff. Hotel in a remodeling state so some tiny issues like microwave looked like it was on fire inside, rm 121. Overall, it was a great stay; for needing a place to sleep for the night and continental breakfast was good except needed individual cream cheese instead of sharing a block with several people touching it. Need individual juices (orange, apple, etc) also individual milk for cereals. Would recommend staying and will probably be back.
- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Marcus (10/5): - Everything; cleanliness, comfortability, and also awesome hospitality!
- Tara (6/5): Pleasant -
- KENNETH (6/5): - I reserved a king room, got 2 full beds, no attempt to resolve the issue. There was a definite language barrier. A case of “you get what you pay for”.
- Meadows (3/5): Poor -
- Maurice (7/5): ok for a single person -
