• Culver (1/5): I don't know how they are still in business, a very bad experience. - NA Requested $100 cash deposit even though it is not posted. Nor was it mentioned during booking. I had to take a Lyft round trip to retrieve the $100. Holes in the walls, items in drawers from previous occupants, and window lock was broken. A disappointing experience.

There wasn't enough coffee and the wifi did not want to work. It was free with the password. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable it is like they need new mattresses that aren't so hard. It felt like you could feel all the coils or springs or something. Not enough light in room and not enough parking for guest to get to their room.

Bathroom vent was hanging down with disgusting “filter”, refrigerator had mold, shower had hair and debris on the floor, microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. My nephews had nowhere else available so cleaned the shower and stayed one night. demanded money back, only got second night refund and stayed somewhere else.

Cleaning staff at check out absolutely wonderful b/c we left something in the room & they were so nice to call us right away to come back & get it. Thank you! Bed (& pillows) terribly uncomfortable: lumpy, lopsided, only a sheet w/ no blanket. Location was safe enough but very noisy due to trucks roaring past. Super strong cleaning smell in room so had to open windows which made the room cold & noisy from traffic on road.

• Rosemarie (10/5): Amazing place! - This hotel has alaway been amazing. I've stayed here a few times now and i love it. I woukd gladly recommend this place to friends and family. Staff is amazing. The room is always clean and they will send hoise keeping out to clean often. The towels are extremely clean. Its a quiet area except when big trucks go by. If something breaks they fix is instantly.

• Dennis (4/5): Disappointing - How you live out your front door and you're right outside. What I did not like was it was kind of hard to communicate with the owner, I brought up bathroom was very hot and uncomfortable, I have to open my window the balance the temperature there was a noise buzzing from the radiator I guess nothing was done about brought that to us attention. Whatever stay there again never.

• Verified traveler (6/5): GREAT VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS!!! - I got a call from an exgirlfriend out of the blue,wanting meet up and get to know each other again.I googled cheap motels, and this place was a well rated place.(on the cheap).Its decent, didn't smell and no bed bugs,clean.The bed was a little on the firm side, but i think we did a decent job softening it up.3 out 5 stars.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great value! - My room was clean and comfortable and at $82 a night it was a great value! The room had a fridge and microwave, the internet worked and the T.V. had lots of cable channels. There's also a really nice county park with lots of walking and biking trails that's easily accessible from the parking lot of the motel if you want to go get a nice hike or bike in!
• Cherie (2/5): - If I could give zero stars I would! Its highly over priced for what you actually get. The bathroom was incredibly outdated with no proper light fixtures. Also very, very small you could bately change in it. The top blanket was barely more then a sheet and we suffered through a cold night. No air movement in the room and the beds felt damp (both of them). The fridge was old and rusted out. And the worst part - we had 4 different keys made and none of them worked. So our entire stay we didn't actually have a key to get into our room which meant after we came back for the evening we couldn't leave again. We most definitely did not feel safe sitting outside waiting for someone to come and open the door. The staff also didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. The room was a smoking room (which was a mistake with my booking) - all of our belongings including our bags will need to be washed a few times to get the smell out. There was stuff on the walls and what appeared to be blood on the ceiling - we weren't sure as it was dark red and dried. Spend the extra 20 dollars and find somewhere else to stay would be your best bet.

• Kalley (3/5): Very nice staff but unfortunately not a nice place to stay. - The location was pretty quiet, but you can hear when the neighbors are taking a shower or running water. The surfaces seemed clean, and the man checking us in was very nice. There was black mold in the corner of the room that made the place smell very damp (we were in a basement room). One of the chairs was mysteriously wet. There weren’t drain stoppers in the sinks. There was one sheet with the very thin “duvet.” I honestly the thought the mattress was an air mattress, it was so uncomfortable. We only got about five hours of sleep before just calling it and checking out.
• Jawad (1/5): Very uncomfortable place - This hotel is extremely in very bad condition.There was very bad smell in the room.The area is surrounded by very noisy road and mostly drivers on the way stay here.They charged me 50% just I checked in and told them the room is very very bad.I recommend the families to avoid this hotel. • Shelstad (2/5): Overpriced. Older property, run down with few comfort features. - The only positive thing about this place was the close proximity to the event that we were in town to attend. The noise from the traffic on highway 65 is relentless. There’s nothing the owners can do about that, it’s just a fact. The mattress was hard as a rock. The sheets were yellowed with age. The bedspread had a large stain of unknown origins. No blanket on the bed or in the room. The bathroom was very small with an overhead light that also serves as a fan. A very loud fan. No outlets in that room for electric razor, hair dryer (bring your own) or curling iron. We stayed long enough to shower and nap before moving on down the road for acceptable overnight accommodations.

Whenever any adjacent rooms ran their water it created rattling in pipes between the walls. Not sure how to address this. It wasnt a deal-breaker because everthing else was very good.

The TV was in the corner of the room, really hard to view from the bed. I guess maybe if you're a trucker and you literally just wanna crash and shower, the owners then it's acceptable. But for the money?!? Go to a truck stop instead. Really, really gross. I can't believe hotels.com even books this hotel. Wow.

The noise level was too much from other people stayin there comin from their rooms and just them being outside.
