• Diane (5/5): - They room was clean enough. The bed was comfortable. I liked that it was dog friendly. The advertisement said a pool and continental breakfast. Neither were true. I liked that is was dog friendly, but there was one trash can outside on the far side in the back.

• David (7/5): Decent and clean motel - The price was reasonable and the room was very clean. The location was great to be able to visit friends nearby. The room was dated, but the bathroom had been completely renovated. The rest of the room was adequate. Unfortunately hotel rooms have become more expensive. Would stay here again.

• Rick (8/5): I would stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone else. - The desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and nice, and I wasn't paying a fancy room price, anyway. It had everything needed for a good night's stay. There were a very few minor cosmetic issues with the room, but nothing that affected my stay in a bad way. It's an older motel, so that's to be expected.

What I liked the most was I received a phone call from the front desk around 11 pm, I believe her name was Denise, about someone messing around my boat parked in the parking lot. It turned out to be me but I felt very comfortable about staying here because of the security and the phone call. I will stay there again The bed frames. For people of a larger size than average it felt the bed frames were not of standard. But the beds themselves were very

• Janice (6/5): it was OK, I really would not recommend to my friends - They only had a smoking room available; I did request to look at it, it did reek of smoke, but being it was the only room available I had to take it. I went and purchased a can of coffee opened it and let it sit on the desk, and that did remove a lot of smoke odor. they did not offer another room, when one was available, I think that should have been said, but I did not ask as well. A Coffee pot, we drink a lot of coffee, so I had to purchase a pot in Walmart when I was purchasing the coffee to remove the smoke odor. the refrigerator was awkward, and the freezer definitely needed to be defrosted. I know this is a smoking room, but there were burn holes in the top comforter.

• Charles (8/5): - My brother and I were going to the 12 hour auto endurance race in Sebring, FL and the Flamingo Motel provided us with the best room rate within a reasonable distance from the race track. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was clean and I would stay there again. The only complaint was the shower water pressure was less than I like.

• James (7/5): Over all I be back again - The location was perfect, loved having a fish cleaning station that was very clean no smell, also loved having hook up to charge batteries for boats Not getting towels daily, would only make one bed , and pretty sure someone smoked marijuana next to or in room one day

Some of the towels need replacing, they have been washed and bleached so much they are a nasty yellow color. The front of the fridge was filthy with drip marks. We won't stay again.!

• Linda (5/5): Passable - Walk-in shower. Had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Milton. Was thankful to have a bottom floor room in the center of the building ,feeling safe. Beds were kind of rickety. No table and chairs. Little refrigerator leaked water in the floor. No coffee pot.

• Elena (3/5): Poor - I liked that it was conveniently located. The air conditioner made loud noises. Other guests freely smoked marijuana outside their door, a few down from us in the evening and first thing in the morning. Staff did nothing to deter. I am not a fan.

• Susan (4/5): It’s okay for a very short stay - They allow for dogs. It’s located very close to Okeechobee Lake but it feels remote. There were cockroaches in the room. The shower had just enough pressure to rinse soap off if you’re patient. The beds were hard and one squeaked horribly every time you turned or sat on it. It didn’t feel or smell particularly clean. The pool is cemented over; no ice and they withhold $50 in case you leave the room in a mess. I had the morning Desk Clerk review the room before I left and she gave me the “thumbs up” so I am hopeful that deposit is returned to me. Some of our “neighbors” were a tad concerning but what can you do? I honestly felt very uncomfortable.
