Guest Reviews
- Steve (6/5): Snooze Inn - Office had strong smoke smell and transactions was completed through hole in window. Room was basic and was serviceable.
- Michael (2/5): - Its rundown dirty. We got in late and very tired our no air conditioning couldnt sleep. Never again.
- Stephanie (8/5): Not luxurious but nice, clean, good price - The staff person at check in was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable. The hotel is right next to the freeway so I was worried about noise. I had to run the air conditioner all night, though, so it drowned out all traffic noise. The air conditioner wasn’t obnoxiously loud however. The furniture and decor is older but not beat up and the room was very clean. Not luxurious but a nice clean room for a good price.
- Hayley (10/5): - Very clean, simple, quiet hotel next to a lot of shopping centers at a great price
- Bruce (8/5): - This is a traditional motel with a room and a place for the car outside the door. Staff check you in and brew a pot of communal coffee each morning. The rooms have been remodeled and are good. It is a place to sleep and shower.
- Vladimir (10/5): Great - Its a simple set up but the room was crispy clean, neat and everything in good appealing order. Undisturbing environment. Thank you!!!
- William (2/5): - Dirty
Mold in the bathroom!
- Grant (10/5): Great price and value! - Room was good sized and it had a desk and table which was great. Also had a mini fridge and microwave. The A/C blew nice and cold as well. It's right next to I-5, but from inside the room I couldn't hear it at all! Also pretty convenient for restaurants and grocery stores near by. I would stay here again, no problem! The staff was great as well. Thank you!
- Jennifer (8/5): - Easy clean stay for a great price. Definitely will used again when traveling the area.
- Jagdeep (6/5): - Room little smelly
- Kylie (10/5): - I was a nice stay, would return.
- Karl (8/5): - Very affordable
- Shyanna (8/5): - Although the room itself and the property wasn’t overly fancy, it was a cost-efficient way to get away for the night and conveniently located near where we needed to be. They provide very minimal amenities in the room and on the property, but if you aren’t looking for much and want to save money, it’s great! The staff member at the check in counter was super kind.
- Nasir (8/5): - Fine
- Walter (6/5): - It was ok for one night emergency stay the rooms are small but clean washer and drier parking is easy to use staff was helpful
- Nathan (8/5): - Exactly what it needed to be. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, close to retail and food, courteous staff, and had free coffee and muffins in the lobby. Can't beat the price and will definitely stay again.
- Brian (2/5): - The guy at the front desk was so rude I stayed somewhere else!
- craig (8/5): - it was convient and close to resturants.
- Thom (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Varied dlining options close by the motel.
- Kelee (10/5): - This is the second time of staying here. Even though it's an older motel, it's comfortable and affordable.
- Cory (8/5): - Breakfast
- josh (10/5): - Quaint little spot. By the freeway but you can’t hear it in the rooms. Staff is really nice and helpful.
- Nathan (10/5): - Nice quaint motel. Great service at the lobby. Close to bribery store
- Rosemary (2/5): - There was no hot water to take a shower!!! The room was kinda small and shabby. The sheets and some towels were dingy, but smelled clean. The floor was dirty enough to get my socks dirty. It would have been ok for the price if you’re in a pinch and need a quick place to stay for the night, but there was no hot water not warm, not mild, just cold water!!! The hotel is located in a very good area.Close to the freeway, some freeway noise in the room but not enough to keep me awake. TV was good. Microwave and Fridge were good, clean, and came in handy. Heater and air worked just old. No bugs. But, no hot water just takes away from everything else. If you stay there make sure you check the water first thing.
- Scott (10/5): - Very helpful at check in
- Carolyn (10/5): Great motel for the price. - The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I felt safe having my family stay here. For the price it is a great deal. As a bonus the coffee is the lobby was okay. Definitely exceeded our expectations.
- huynh (10/5): - verry good
- Tommy (10/5): - Check in was easy and quick, check out was q breeze. Updated rooms and bathrooms!
- Gary (10/5): - Very nice place. Love the bird feeders hanging outside. Watching humming birds fly up to the feeders from you window. Love it.❤️🙂
- Wilman (6/5): - Na
- Gurnam (10/5): - Good
- Paul (10/5): - Ive stayed here half a dozen times in the last year always a breeze checking in and out. Beds are real comfy. Bathrooms look new. Good Heat/AC
Nice big screen lots of channels. Microwave & mini frig always a plus. Reasonable rate. Hot coffee up to 11a in lobby
- Melissa (8/5): - Management made check in a pain. Rules are rules etc. the building is a little old but for the price it's a ok place.
- Tara (8/5): - Clean, simple room at a good price. Carpet seemed new. Definitely a good value.
- Kathleen (8/5): - Staff was very nice & helpful. Room was clean.
- gregory (8/5): - Loud traffic noise
- Jose (2/5): - First room beds were not made and A/C was not on. Was moved to another room and A/C was not on and it took an awhile to cool off. Room smelled musty
- Harry (10/5): - Quick check-in. Quiet. Good location
- David (6/5): - It needs renovation and no usb ports furniture is run down
- Sam (10/5): - Great staff
- Scott (8/5): - Conveinient
- Rhys (10/5): - Staff was excellent, room was clean, AC worked well. I appreciated the price point especially on short notice.
- craig (8/5): - Staff is always accommodating when checking in and if you need to change things up a little. Good location within walking distance of restaurants.
- michael (4/5): - the carpet in the room was terribly dirty. so much so that I couldn't walk with bare feet.
the mattress was worn out: sloped to one side....
the note on the bathroom mirror that "reminded" guests that if they used the towels for anything other than drying yourself (read stains), you will be charged for the towel was offensive....
- Lorrie (4/5): - The room had a horrible smell, air conditioner noisy and hard to regulate. Carpet old smelly dirty and worn out. Sheet had blood stain on it.
I will not stay there again.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The hotel room was clean, and I had a nice, hot shower and a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. It was quiet, and the area seemed safe. I would stay here again.
- Gregory (10/5): - It was well worth the money
- Troy (4/5): - No supplies were provided, over priced and uncomfortable
- Mindy (10/5): - They are always professional and helpful. Its a reasonable price for an excellent room.
- James M (6/5): - Gets an A for effort. But, no ADA features.
- Harry (10/5): - Pleasant experience.
- Patrick (10/5): - Great stop spot for weary travelers need INN a snooze b4 a cruise down the way.
- Kendra (2/5): - They refused to accept my passport as id. Said they only accept driver's licenses. I am disabled and cannot drive. They refused to take my card that I booked the room with because it was a debit card, not a credit card. None of this was stated in the terms and conditions.
- Harry (10/5): - Nice area. Responsive, friendly management.
- Dean (6/5): - Rooms and carpet have seen better days.....it's pretty beat up
- Harry (10/5): - Friendly, good location
- Glen (10/5): - Totally adequate for what we need.
Good price.
So many food options. Something Colorado — fantastic.
- Jerrold (8/5): - This is an affordable motel which is clean and quiet. Do not expect luxury but do expect a good night sleep with a microwave, refrigerator, and good air conditioning. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is just looking for a good night's sleep with easy access to the freeway.
- Joshua (10/5): - Didn’t get the deposit back :(
- Yean (10/5): - I am sure I will stay here again next time when I am back in Oregon.
This place is highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a budget stay.
I love it!
- Shawn (10/5): - This was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating and it’s in a great location. I will stay here again.
- Steve (8/5): - Snooinn was an older property but very clean and convenient to I-5, a restaurant, and gas station. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- Paul (10/5): - Accomodating and friendly.
- Danielle (8/5): Would return again :)! - The hotel was very comfortable, the night staff were very friendly and informative of what is provided in the morning and where some things like the ice machine and washer/dryers were located. Also, the morning shift were just as nice, they did allow late check out and if the extension need to be longer then they approve then its $10 more each hr, but i dont know how many hrs extra total they will approve. The beds were clean and so were the bathrooms, mini soaps and shampoos were given, the towels and linens were soft. Ithe room come with a floor AC that does keep the room cool, blackout curtains to keep out the bright light, it comes with a microwave and a fridge. The fridge worked well, but the setting didnt work like we thought it would. When we turned it up, all my fruits froze over, when I turned it down the top shelf only froze overe and so did a soda lol. There were tables and chairs in the room, but they were a little dated, so there was some sagging in the upholstery. The only down I would say that I found about the hotel is that the internet/wifi never connected or if it did we got maybe 1 bar amd then nothing most of the night, lwjen we checked the speed it was running at, it was a a level more ment for a small home not a huge hotel that would be streaming from a whole lot of rooms. The internet definitively needs an upgrade or.boast to accommodate so many guest. There are a lot of restaurants and good coffee places like only a few blocks in alll directions.
- Roy (10/5): - Exceptionally well taken care of. Good value
- Alan (8/5): - Clerk very helpful
- Alex (6/5): - The continental breakfast advertised does not exist a d hasnt for a while according to staff. Rooms clearly used to be smoking rooms and still smell like old smoke.
- Greg (8/5): - Comfortable
- Amanda (4/5): - The room was very dirty the weee burns in the blankets and and stains on the bed it smelled really foul when we walked in and tv did not work or was not hooked up the office was locked and there was no coffee
- Georgia (8/5): - The SnoozInn is a clean, quiet, basic motel. No frills, but meets my basic standards: Clean (especially the bathroom) and a firm, comfortable mattress. I didn't try the television--I was exhausted and wanted to sleep, and I slept well. The shower was clean and hot, but not too hot. Nothing fancy, but econcomical by today's standards, no weirdos or ladies of the evening hanging around. If luxury is not one of your requirements, I strongly recommend this motel.
- Robyn (2/5): Do not stay there - I rented a room for a friend who was heading to hosptial next morning. They called me next morning said excess trash which was not true and towels were too dirty and sheets. What do they do when there is problems with women’s times of month. Called me at 10:50 was going to charge me late check out I said it’s is not 11am get this the maid was already in the room. Tried to scam me hotel.com was paid for room but they said they were not paid. So I was paid twice for a bad experience. And have to fight bank for charges.
- Brandee (8/5): - Right off the freeway!
- Joan (10/5): - The owners were amazing and very helpful. Room was very comfortable and the household staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
- Kelly (10/5): - Very clean, well taken care of
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very good experience
- Jessica (4/5): - The front desk staff was really nice, but said that people come and try to open the doors in the middle of the night, especially if they think a woman is alone. There wasn’t a deadbolt on the door and I was given a room with no neighbors. Just felt a bit uncomfortable and unsafe.
- Harry (10/5): Excellent - Very freindly. No issues
- Morteza (6/5): - it is a not a bad hotel for a solo travellers it has a very small room, no breakfast. the good things about this hotel is its proximity to the main highway, and very friendly staff.
- Thomas (8/5): Nice - but wont stay again - This was a quick overnight stay. The room was perfect - basic, newly remodel, clean, and handy.
But i wont stay here again - why?
Upon checkin they put an additional $50 change for a key deposit! No where in the listing on hotels did it indicate a "key charge. Desk clerks comment - " a lot of people have not returned their key - the charge will be removed after the room is inspected for damage". Its been 24 hours and the charge is still pending!! So is it a key deposit or security - either way it needs to be mentioned in the listing.
I find it particularly irritating when i went through hotels - they have a way to locate you!! Yes they still use regular physical key.
Too many places in the area too deal with this
- Joseph (8/5): Mixed experience - Thomas(?) was excellent (he even handled another, difficult, guest very well). The next manager was very dismissive and not particularly helpful.
- Harry (10/5): - Freindly, nice showers. Good value
- Steven (8/5): - It was a last minute stop because of traffic and the man at the office was polite and professional
- Randall (2/5): - It was dated and furniture worn out.stairs dangerous broken concrete
- Jessenia (6/5): - This property has excellent staff with awesome customer service, we were greeted and given all the information we needed. Like other reviews have said previously it is an outdated building and our room cleanliness could’ve been better but overall the location was good.
- Jacqueline (4/5): - The person helping at check in was actually very nice. He wouldn’t say my room number out loud and asked if anyone was near me that could hear him. That should have been my first red flag. Was told there would be “breakfast” available at 7am. We were moved to 3 different rooms. First room has a cracked sink, second room had tv problems. Third room was fine. Very out dated. Turned on the heat and it smelled burnt. A lot of sketchy people in the parking lot. Tried to get get coffee and breakfast around 7:45 and the lobby was locked and the room key didn’t work. Thank goodness we only stayed one night.
- Eugene (8/5): - Fine
- Rebecca (10/5): - There was a leak in the ceiling above the shower.
- Rhonda (10/5): - The property is old,but very clean.
Well-woryh the price for a quick night's sleep. Coffee in the morning was really good!!!
- Harry (10/5): - Very friendly. Best value
- ERICH (2/5): - Rude staff, charge you random amounts that don't even match what was originally booked.
- tariq (2/5): - Not good
- Andrew (6/5): - Was not worth the $112 the wall were dirty, that carpet was disgusting, the bedding had cigarette holes and the bathroom smelled bad. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had 3 kids with me and need a place to sleep I would have left, definitely not staying there again
- Tim (8/5): Good - Clean and quiet. No problems. Would stay there again.
- Julie (8/5): - Very comfortable beds but only 2 pillows, adequate but minimum room, very clean, not able to make TV work, some questionable guests nearby but no incidents.
- Alan (2/5): Pretty awful for$145/night.
- Rm. #16, 07-09Jul2022 (two nights).
Sticky carpeting, with stains.
Vinyl flooring in bathroom has cigarette burn damage. The sink does as well (two burn scars), as well as several bad chips.
The shower major surfaces were clean, but every corner has black mold film, build-up, or accumulation.
The single power receptacle available to the bed, all the sockets are so loose that plugs just fall out of it (I reported this to the front desk upon checkout).
Shower valve has a loose clear plastic knob with mold showing through front its inside surface, and the valve is very stiff to operate, so there’s no fine control of the water temperature.
Mirror damaged. Light fixture above lavatory is very rusty, as are portions of the bathroom door jamb.
The room floor’s underfloor sheets are loose, and they creak loudly when walk-in on them (though, not in the bathroom).
The room’s entrance door is difficult to close. Its knob lock has its cylinder installed upside-down. This facility still uses mechanical key locks! There is a $50 charge for non-return of the key.
Lighting is a hilarious hodge-podge of CFL, cheap LED ( in a completely different/incompatible color temperature), and linear fluorescent in the lavatory lamp; it’s ugly, but they all function.
—
The A/C worked flawlessly. The shower head appears new.

Overall, if this room had been advertised as $45/night, I wouldn’t have blinked, but the room I had was truly awful at the rate I'd paid.
- Dundee (2/5): - Did not stay...when checking in was asked for credit card to pay for the room/night (not for deposit or incidentals)
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable and Satisfactory - It wasn’t a new facility, but it was well cared for. It was a bit slim on electrical outlets for this electronic era, but that’s one of the common things about older construction. The bed was comfortable, the shower was updated and had a good flow of warm water. It had a hairdryer and tissues, something bargain places don’t usually offer. We would stay there again.
- David (10/5): - It's a perfect motel to sleep at, eat at Black Bear Diner, and continue driving.
- Susan (6/5): - Bit run down rooms were musty smelling
- Robert (10/5): - The attendant at night was very nice and respectful
