- William (8/5): - No complaints. The center lamp was not plugged in, which I did by reaching under the bed to the outlet. Feel free to put me on the payroll for it. We did not need the picture fireplace near the window. Appreciate the table and chairs. It took a while to get the TV off. Going to the bathroom at night wasn't helped by the outside light flooding into the bathroom and extending into the bedroom area. Maybe a shroud across that little window with a pull cord to bring it down and avoid the night lighting.

The instructions for the TV were way out of date (for when it was Satellite dish instead of the current cable box) so we couldn’t use many features. No food onsite but great restaurants close by. The Azul Cove was great, though service was so-so. Food was excellent.

Due to shorthanded staffing, continental breakfast was no longer provided, as well as shortened office hours (closed for lunch 12-3pm). Not a deal breaker for us.

- Joshua (4/5): - Caltrans is running a generator from dusk till dawn powering lights right outside the King Suite window, the room we were in really shouldn’t be available right now due to all of the noise. It would be a nice place otherwise, a bit dated but a beautiful view of the ocean, some other reviews mention the same thing about the generator and nothing has been done to remedy the situation. You can’t have the windows open, it’s crazy loud, and even with the windows closed it’s still a generator humming along all night.

The spotlights were pointed right at our window througout the whole night which made it very difficult to sleep. The refrigerator in the room was making constant tapping noises throughout our whole stay. Very dissatisfied from what we had hoped.

- ATenant (8/5): Comfortable room, but not being able to wash up spoiled the stayed. - Great view of the ocean from my room and location for sites around the area The front desk clerk (Danilia) was very professional and tried her best to remedy the maintenance issue. Maintenance issues. The cold water handle for the shower was broken, and I was not able to wash up. Unfortunately I did not found out until later in the evening and the reception desk was closed after 6pm. I can't understand how housekeeping overlooked this problem.

- Charlotte (8/5): - The hotel was basic, but quiet, comfortable, and close to dining and shopping options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had two comfortable double beds, a small table with two chairs, tv, microwave, mini fridge, and several cube drawers for clothes and such. Temperatures in August were 55-65 degrees so we kept the windows open most of the time. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

The fireplace heater was not safe to use. Once the heater was turned on there was a very loud boom that shook the wall. There is a big difference between the view shown on their website and what is real.

- Laura (8/5): - This was such a cute little inn! Absolutely charming and would stay again. It was a great price and they upgraded us to a water view room. Slept with the windows open and breeze coming in off the water. That was magnificent! My only suggestion would be that it is time to invest in some new beds. I slept fine but I am can sleep just about anywhere. I could feel some poking springs that would definitely drive some people crazy.
