- Connie (7/5): - It was the right place at the right time in our travels. The man in the office gave us a good recommendation for dinner. It is not close to anything but the highway and Subway. The town and the hotel look like they are part of a ghost town.The only place we saw people was inside the recommended restaurant, so it did make me feel weird, but all was well, and quiet. None of the restaurants were open for breakfast on Sunday.

You find all what you need. Excellent and clean bathroom. I'm happy. It's excellent job. Fir this cleanliness I'm ready pay more.

- David (9/5): Good old place to crash for a night. - The owner maintains this old motel very well. Decorations and bedding look straight out of the 1970s, but it's all clean. No bugs, no mold or cigarette smell. Oh, the beds have an Eastern Asian firmness to them. Some don't like that, but honestly, firmer beds are better for your back... A little too close to the interstate for my liking. Sensitive sleepers will hear trucks going by all night.

- andrew (4/5): - property extremely run down and overpriced for condition and location. Bills itself as "pet friendly" however there is no excersize area. all grass areas surrounding are infested with puncture vine damaging my dogs paws. if traveling with dog strongly suggest avoiding.

- MARY (6/5): Comfy and Convenient - This is an older motel that I booked for just a overnight, convenient location. The room was very clean but smelled like disinfectants. It was in good repair except for a couple of stains on the carpet. It was very quiet and had an incredible, large, comfy chair and foot support. The service was good and the price was low.

- Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Price is right for a person on a budget. Pet fee was reasonable. Conveniently located. More pillows or ones that or just a wee bit more filling. I did not go ask for any extra. So nothing they did wrong. Only complaint was the pet area. I arrived when it was dark and went to let my dog go to bathroom. She ended up with bunch of little pokey things in her paws.
- Kari (2/5): - We're not sure A) Why this motel is actually open, and B) Why it's listed on the Hotels.com website. This place is a complete disaster! It looked like a meth / crack house and I'm sure drugs and other unsavory things are going on there. We opted to lose the money we'd already paid on Hotels.com and drive 30 miles further to stay at a Holiday Inn in Ogallala, NE. It seriously looks like an abandoned structure --- there were no other cars at around 5:30pm, which should have been our first red flag. The parking lot is broken up with weeds and grass growing through. The "pool", such as it is, was empty and looked to have been abandoned years ago. There were rusty iron steps leading to the top floor. The bathroom and sink facilities in the room were rusted and barely worked. DO NOT STAY HERE.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Support this nice place! - This family owned business is a diamond in the rough! My husband and I like to support small businesses as often as possible. All the reviews were great and it lived up to what folks said. Clean, comfortable accommodations with kind, friendly service. We arrived late at night and were relieved to have found a nice place to rest after a long and exhausting day of travel. There’s a new hotel being built right next to it, we really hope folks will continue to review this place and support them!

It’s really old and hasn’t seen recent upgrades. They advertise pool view rooms but turns out the pool hasn’t been used for years. The restaurant was also closed.

Parking lot is pretty much dirt, hotel sign damaged. Looked abandoned. Check in was fine and the rooms have had some work done to them. Bathroom redone. Fridge and microwave. Room was clean. Beds were okay for a one night stay. So we decided to stay. It was quiet even though it was close to the highway. The outside of the property really needs some work.

- Christopher (1/5): It was the only thing available after an unexpected break down on the interstate - It was close to where we broke down Middle of winter and didn’t even have the heat on so kids were freezing. Run down and out dated including coffee supplies in room were expired
