- Nedley (2/5): - Great location. Check-in dude was nice. But then got to room and noticed the TV wasnt working. Called front desk (from cell phone bc room phone didnt work) it wasn't the old man from the desk. I'm assuming his son. U could tell he was younger. This dude literally was yelling at me bc I called to tell him TV wasn't working literally said "this is fucking bullshit, it's after hours, blah blah blah" and it was more like YELLED it at me. So I say well sir if yall had it working then i wouldn't have to call u to tell u this bs. So they (young n old) finally came n fiddled wit the wires n dk what was going on so I said just switch us rooms but bd didn't wanna hafta move all our shit. They didn't even offer a discount or anything but they sure had a fkn piss poor attitude ab it all. I mean unless u HAVE to come Herr. Then I wouldn't recommend it unless u want to deal with shitty attitudes and having to question if the sheets were actually ever cleaned n switched. SMH
- Dave (9/5): Needed a place to sleep and shower before heading to the Cleveland Clinic. Great - Price was great. Room was clean. Simple but exactly what we needed.
- Gabrielle (8/5): - The price The bed

- Teresa (9/5): It was ok - Clean No place to hang our clothes
- Chloe (1/5): - The sheets and towels looked dirty and there was a weird smell. Also I was put in the back of the building which was very scetchy
- Elysia (1/5): Horrific - Nothing. It was filthy. The man spoke of this being a nonsmoking facility, but our room smelled horrible and smoky. When my son noticed stains on the comforter we decided to leave within ten minutes. The owner then refused refund and then claimed he couldn’t speak English anymore. So disappointing. I got another hotel much more clean and family appropriate close by and filed a discrepancy with my bank because they still refuse to refund my money when I was there a total of 5 minutes?! Nothing

- Thomas (10/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): - It was close by the mall
- Virginia (3/5): -
- Joel (4/5): - They got no chair at all
- Marie (10/5): - Bed comfortable, good shower, good location and friendly front desk Nothing
- Kevin (10/5): - Very nice owners
- Fong (5/5): -
- Haleigh (1/5): - no loud, messy, toilet didn’t work
- Chris (6/5): - Parking paint lines were faint. Faucet supply lines were backward: left was cold, right was hot. Bathroom floor in front of sink flexed, as if sheet metal was under linoleum. Broken front window.
- Caroline (4/5): - The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. This was the first room I had ever stayed in at any hotel or motel that did not have a place to hang clothes. I had to go to a dollar store and buy a pack of hangers for $1.25 and hang my shirts and pants on the shower rod. When I inquired at the front desk, they just said we don’t have that. They acted like it was an unreasonable request. Next issue was no tissue… if I wanted to wipe my nose or clean my glasses I had to use toilet paper. A box of tissues was also on my list at the dollar store. I donated the rest of the tissues and most of the hangers to the room when I left. Overall, the room met my basic needs, a place to sleep and a shower. Beyond that it was a very spartan room. This was a small room. They claim to have suites… didn’t see them so maybe a bit nicer. I will not be back and can not really recommend the place.

- Mark (4/5): - We booked this literally last minute since We had a car issue that couldn’t be fixed until morning. Upon walking into room the floor is literally sinking under your footsteps , ceiling has water spots where you could see the roof is leaking . Bathroom smelled of mildew bad . We stayed till the sun came up and decided to just leave because I couldn’t sleep at all anyway , We was there a total of 3-4 hours . The hotel was only $116.00 but I would never recommend it ever .
- Mark (2/5): - Room is so run down , Dresser was broke and tape across the front with do not use with a marker on it . Air conditioning unit had a bad blower motor , so loud that there was no way to sleep at all . Bathroom had a hand soap in a wrapper , opened it to being totally crumbled. Sign at check-in windiw said no condiments after 11 pm , after finding the stuff in the bathroom I understood why .
- Palsson (1/5): - Nothing Was dirty. Run down. Smelly and loud. Couldn't pay me to stay there again.
- Tricia (8/5): Very good -
- Randy (2/5): - I reserved for three nights but ended out checking out after two nights. I didn’t realize I would have to pay for the third night if I only stayed for two. If i don’t get a refund i will never use Expedia again
- Jeanette (9/5): Very satisfied - The location was easy to find & close to businesses if you need anything or a bite to eat Couldn’t find ice machine for our drinks
- Barbara (10/5): This is a hidden gem! - While the room was small, everything was perfect. The refrigerator had a freezer, the room was exceptionally clean and everything worked well, the bathroom was up to date and excellent. It was somewhat difficult to understand the person at the desk and we had trouble finding the room number on the unit.
- Gretchen (2/5): Do not stay here - Location Unfriendly Manager. Filthy bedding. Strongly stained seat of the upholstered chair. Room smelled. I never slept in the bed. I left at 3am because I had nowhere to sleep.
- Rick (4/5): Staff was not friendly.Booked 2 nights stayed one - Room smelled funny
- Cassandra (7/5): Good -
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Bethany (2/5): Dont stay here - There was blood stains on one of the pillow, blue paint stains and i didnt even see anything blue in the room. A double bed room that sleeps 4 but you cant have 4 people in the room? To say this place was a joke is an understatement.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (6/5): Fishing trip - We booked 2 rooms for a fishing trip with the pay on arrival option and 10am the day we were headed out I received a call wanting to charge my credit card before we checked on to hold our rooms. The outside appearance isn’t the best but the rooms themselves are decent for the price since there isn’t much else in the area
- Michael (8/5): A no frills, reasonably priced option for an overnight stay. - The location was great- very convenient to the highway. Was quiet and a great value. The comforter had tape over a tear- a new one would have been nice but no big deal!
The rooms are small BUT it is a no frills, responsibly priced option for a quick over night stay so no complaints!
- Stauffer (5/5): Passable - Easy of access and 90 is right there
- Jeannie (10/5): - location was squished between businesses. Had a hard time finding it to start,
- Jeff (5/5): Passable -
- Donna (8/5): Nice place for a short stay. - Very clean room, comfortable bed.. Nowhere to hang up clothes or coats. One chair in the room but no table.
Other than that the room was great!
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - Ease of getting around and close proximity to attractions.
- Huck (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was very friendly and helpful!
- Aaron (10/5): A nice stay at a lowkey hotel - The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The power outage which wasn’t the fault of the property owner
- Larry (10/5): - Helpful staff
- Ronald (8/5): Very good -
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arianne (4/5): Disappointing - The beds had stains on it & it was not comfy at all
- Amber (2/5): - Not like pictures we thought we were getting a queen bedroom that was comparable to something like redroof inn. Room was around back- broken screens. Towels stuffed in vents, room was Smokey/chemically smelling. Staff was not really friendly. Poor condition in room- we asked to switch rooms- around to front-the bathroom was better quality in 2nd room- but only full size bed- no bedside table or lamp- there were only 2 very flat small pillows- we had to ask for more- no coffee pot- no ice machine- in shower there was a lot of very long hair on wall- yuk! Floor was old carpet that felt dirty.
- Mhalljr (4/5): Disappointing -
- Black (5/5): Passable - Bathroom looked newly remodeled Only one little pillow and no hot water...air conditioning was making a funny noise...dirt around outlets
- Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap - You get what you pay for
- Gwen (10/5): - It was not a luxury hotel, but was clean and tidy. Just what we needed for an overnight to break up a long drive.
- Ronald (2/5): - No coffee maker, no vending machine’s, no alarm clock, wake-up calls not available.
- Misty (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gary (6/5): - Good place to stay
- Sabrina (10/5): Very clean and comfortable! - The rooms smelled and looked amazingly clean and upkept. It was a nice quiet place and wonderful that there were triple bed rooms available which is very hard to find when you are traveling with more than 4 people.
- Joshua (1/5): Bad stay - Nothing at all place was ran down No coffee pot place looked like was put together but a non contractor staff wasn't friendly beds hard complete waste of money
- Robert (8/5): Would stay again. - The room was clean although smaller than we thought it would be. There was no place to hang clothing and we could have used a spare roll of toilet paper since we ran out (there wasn't much on the roll when we arrived). Overall, we stayed the night and it was comfortable. No problems at all.
- Fannie (1/5): Bad - There was NO breafast, NO coffee. At least coffee in
- Terry (7/5): Good -
- John (5/5): All we were looking for was a room for the night on a budget. It served that purpose. - Location was fine for our purposes - we were attending a get together 4 miles down the road. Staff could have been a bit friendlier during check-in. Would have been nice to have had a booklet/flyer with directions of some sort in the room (i.e., call here for food, here for room service, etc.)
- Ellery (5/5): The management of this place should find another line of work. - It was inexpensive. 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no spare.
Our room access key was deactivated halfway through our stay (with our belongings in the room).
The staff couldn’t have cared any less.
- Brooke (3/5): Under construction but full price - The bed was comfortable surprisingly! The room was being remodeled and still did not have a floor... When I booked the room it had a spa tub. When we got there it had been ripped up and the floor had not yet been replaced. There were large cracks along the walls and the floor moves as I walked accross. See pics... I returned to the office and asked if they had a room that was not under construction and he just said it was cleaned. He said no refunds and I want going to argue. At least the bed was soft.
- Tom (8/5): Very good - Economical, Mom an Pop motel. Dated. Yet, clean and quiet. Felt safe there. Usually stay there when in Ashtabula area.
- Reed (5/5): Just an over night stay, didn't expect much. It was fair for the price. - The bathtub was the best thing, even without a plug. Bet I stii used it. The beds sucked. Glad it was only an overnight stay.
- Battes (8/5): Very good -
- George (4/5): - The people in the room next to me were loud all night!
- Greg (8/5): - Affordable. Could use some nice pillows.
- Ashley (8/5): Very good -
- Ashley (8/5): - The room was decent. Beds were comfortable, blankets could stand to be a little better quality. The room was clean but had a very perfumey smell when i first entered.
- Clarence (8/5): - Property is small and slightly outdated, however it was clean and worked great for a one night stop. That and the younger gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. There ended up being 3 of us instead of 2 that I booked online and unlike the older gentleman, he was easy to deal with, and it was only $10 more than we paid which was great!
- Mosiah (4/5): My room could use some renovation. - I liked that I could park my car right in front of my room. I liked that there wasn't a whole lot of noise in the surrounding area. There was also some good nearby businesses for getting snacks and drinks. I didn't like that my sheets seemed stained with orange spots like maybe meat grease or something. Also my room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. Also there was some odd wear and tear holes in the comforter.
- Tom (6/5): A bed - Uniqueness of room set-up. The remote access for the TV, was in a spot where you couldn't use, unless you moved to other side of the room.
Needed another chair for comfort.
Door lock didn't work.
- David (2/5): Not worthy and quite disgusting - Front desk unavailable and unfriendly. Sketchy looking. Next room occupants sitting and drinking outside, talking loudly at night. Checked out within 2 hours and found another hotel. Room had lousy perfumed smell trying to hide obvious stale cigarette stink. Bed had metal box which made a terrible loud noise at every turn.
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shawn (5/5): Passable -
- Michelle (5/5): Passable -
- Mary (9/5): Will stay there again - Very clean, only thing is need better pillows. Pricing was good, will stay there again👍👍 Need better pillows
- Yolanda (8/5): Very good - The location was good. It was close to the highway. This place worked perfectly for a quick overnight stop. The room was clean and quiet. It's not really a negative, just a couple of suggestions. While they did have some travel size essentials in the bathroom, the bar of soap was so tiny that it was barely enough for one person. Another suggestion is adding a couple of more pillows of fluffy or flatter for guests.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Zietak (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warfield (7/5): Good -
- Tanya (5/5): Passable - Price was decent, and close to everything. Right off if busy road and very noisy, especially with traffic at Sheetz at all hours if the night. Wouldn’t take credit card over the phone, since we travelled while there, to stay an extra night (stayed total of 2 nights).
- Ridgway (8/5): Good location, great price, clean and tidy and it looks brand new. They've apparently just renovated - Everything was very clean and tidy, the shower was very nice. As far as I know there was no breakfast. The people that work at the front desk don't understand or speak English very well. The air conditioning unit in my room was very noisy. Every time it would come on it would wake me up. However it did cool the room nicely. That was my only complaint for the room.
- Dan (7/5): Good -
- Larry (5/5): Passable - The location was nice and wasn’t that far from freeway Being woke up through out night with people yelling and talking outside of room.
They need consideration for other people that want to relax and enjoy their vacation instead of being woke up and can’t sleep
- Sloan (10/5): Fun trip - Very clean friendly staff
- Nichole (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alan (1/5): Totally disapointing!! - Nothing Suppose to be jacuzzi tub, that was removed and the ugly tile was just sitting grossly. No table in the room or chairs to sit. Suppose to be a king suite. Very disappointing to say the least.
You could see light around the door at night. Would not discount the price whatsoever!!
- Bartley (7/5): Would definitely stay again when in town to fish. - Property was clean . Nothing fancy but was great for our fishing trip to Lake Erie.
- Fred (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (3/5): Waste of money, waste of time. - Convenient location. My key card continually did not work and had to be reset. The younger man in the office repeatedly told me to keep my phone away from the card (my phone was NOWHERE near my phone). It was reset 4 times, the fourth time it still would not let me in the room. Went back to the office again, the older man working said he would be right there. As he was walking up to use the key card I was given, he was looking at me like I was the stupidest person not being able to open the room door. With the smuggest look possible he tried the key, low and behold, it DIDN’T work! The man’s face dropped. He had to call the younger office man to come help. We waited for 10 minutes before he showed up. Again walking over looking at me like I’m wasting his time, he tried his key card, again didn’t work. So we wait and wait and wait. After roughly 30 minutes standing outside, watching them repeatedly try key cards, watching them knock on the door with a screwdriver, we we’re finally able to get in! We got in and had two working inside working on the door for another 25 minutes. Loud talking from the workers, blocking the door, no apology, while we are standing there waiting for them to use some urgency and get finished so we could have the room we paid for! We had to ask for clean towels and were only given clean towels after the used towels were handed to them, trash was never removed from the room. Upon arrival, we discovered car tree air freshener in the air conditioning unit. Would definitely not recommend.
- Karol (9/5): I was satisfied and pleased with my stay at the Economy Inn. - It was very clean and the price was right. There was nothing that I disliked. It was what I expected for an economy hotel.
- Jaime (6/5): Very clean, no running water in the morning. - The room was very clean. We were able to park right in front of the door. This is great if elderly people are with you. There were only two towels for the four of us. We had to ask for more. And there was no running water in the morning. None. We were on a schedule so we couldn't wait for it to be fixed. Very disappointing.
- Eric (4/5): - Looked as if some of the rooms where rented long term to people living there who where sitting out on ragged indoor chairs being used as outdoor chairs. Very shady. After 2hrs of contemplating we made the decision to not stay . We where afraid I vehicle would be broken into while we slept. In all my 50yr I have stayed in plenty of motels and hotels and this was the second worst ever.
- Charlene (10/5): - nice area easy in/out
