Guest Reviews
- Brandy (1/5): - All my belongings were stolen, It was dirty and was made to leave Everything
- Thurman (1/5): - You confirmed my reservation but when we got there the room was cancelled. I'll never use booking.com again.
- Kendall (5/5): -
- Misty (6/5): - Staff very friendly! Air conditioning good, smelled cigarette smoke everywhere. Towels not white and also smelled like smoke. Stains on sheets from markers or something. For the price it was sufficient.
- Liam (4/5): - The gentleman at the front desk was polite and friendly, unfortunately his personality was one of very few positives. The whole building smelled like cigarettes; my room smelled like mold and mildew. The A/C unit cooled the room well, but the air was damp and left a greasy film on everything. The towels and sheets appeared to be old, but reasonably clean. I did, however, find cigarette burn holes peppering the mattress in my “non-smoking” room. The shower didn’t drain, its curtain was moldy, and the water (shower, sink, toilet) had a yellowish tint. The door stuck, the bathroom mirror and tiles were scratched and cracked, and the carpeting didn’t quite make it to the walls. I didn’t see or hear any roaches, but there were many fruit flies buzzing around my room. Despite the low price, I couldn’t justify spending any more nights than necessary and ended up checking out a day early. I do plan on visiting Morton again in the future, but I will not be staying at this hotel.
- Hasham (10/5): - Was great evrrything was smooth
- David (2/5): - Property was run down. Outside looked horrible with trash everywhere , empty alcohol containers. From the looks of it, the room hadnt been painted in years. The electrical wiring was running though a conduit on the wall, with outlets not working. When I tried to plug my charger in the same outlet as the television which was only one to use. It would shut the television off. The bathroom toilet wa s falling apart and the ceiling in the shower was falling in. Sagging and cracked. On top of all this at 10:52 the host comes and knocks on my door and tells me its time to go. Said like that. Like im a bum. I asked what time checkout was. He said 11am. I pointed out it w a s 10:52am. I had 8 minutes. He told me they have to clean the rooms. Mind you, check in is 3pm. A 4 hour gap to clean. Checkins are getting later and later these days. Then they want to try and run you out earlier than checkout time. In my opinion, and it is just my opinion if I was Expedia, I would stop having dealings with this hotel. It isnt good for companies reputation
- Lisa (6/5): - Stairs were filthy. Seems like people live at this hotel
- William (2/5): Very poor service. Avoid - No one for check in. Waited an hour. Came back. Had to bang on glass enclosed front desk. Staff was non plussed. No toilet paper. Had to go to desk to retrieve it. Would not recommend.
- DAVID (6/5): - The facility is in need of an upgrade but the people were friendly.
- Taylor (2/5): - Hotel was not clean. Went into bedrooms with beds un made. Dirty walls and shower was also disgusting.
- Alaina (1/5): Told room wasn't available,, was charged as a NO SHOW- been trying for OVER A MONTH to get my money back! AWFUL cust - Told room wasn't available,, was charged as a NO SHOW- been trying for OVER A MONTH to get my money back! AWFUL customer service!
- Bradley (4/5): Basically an indoor homeless encampment - When we went to check in, a random drunk guy in the lobby let us know the desk clerk left for lunch and would be "later". After about a 15 minute wait, he returned - checkin was smooth from there. Room was dated, but clean. When we came back for the evening, the lobby reeked of marijuana. We just kept our heads down and went to our room. For the next half hour or so, there was regular, intermittent door slamming, then the fire alarm went off. After not seeing smoke or flame, we went back to bed. Around 1230, someone (hopefully the desk clerk) opened our door with a key and hollered into the room asking if we were burning anything. Things were mostly quiet after that, but not much restful sleep was had for the rest of the night.
- Adam (2/5): - Awful. Most disgusting hotels ever. Would love to share pictures
- Debra G (4/5): Do not stay here. Ever.... - Walking into the hotel, I knew I had made a mistake. There were weeds everywhere, and unfortunately, there weren't many options in town. Inside, it looked clean. The carpet was old and worn. The registration clerk was very nice. They had me pay before I saw the room. In the room, it still didn't look dirty. Aesthetically, the room was depressing. Redish orange walls, green carpet, old gold curtains, and a brown chair are not a good combination. The mirror in the bathroom was ancient, the towel rack was crooked, and I don't know what was going on with the hook on the back of the door. There was something on the headboard I could not identify. The tables felt like there was grit all over them. I bought some 91% alcohol and wipes. I sprayed the bed and cleaned the tables and headboard. The air conditioning unit made a huge clunking sound if left on high. This place has no redeeming value and should be torn down. I checked the bed, but didn't see any proof of bed bugs. I still wondered if something was crawling on me. It was the worst place I've ever stayed.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nothing Fancy - Rooms were nice and clean. Manager was nice. The rest of the hotel is very dated and under construction.
- Levon (10/5): - Alles perfekt und sauber. War zwei mal. Empfehlenswert
- Eddie (6/5): - There's no outside entrance to the rooms, it makes it hard packing your belongings into the room

- Jaudon (10/5): - That it was fairly easy to get a room last minute
- Heather (2/5): - Would not recommend this place. So dirty that we wouldn't even shower. The lamp plug was cut , couldnt turn lamp on. Couldnt use bathroom sink , the stopper was stuck in down position. Roaches crawling around. Not one outlet in the room worked. So so not happy with this. We paid for two nights and left after the first night.
- Lia (2/5): DISGUSTING - It was disgusting. I couldn’t sleep I was afraid roaches were going to climb on me.
- Cameron (1/5): I want a refund… -
- Will (2/5): - Had to see 2 additional rooms before settling as it was very late. 1st room had mold in the bathroom and yellow/brown stains all over the bed.
- Jerry (1/5): Very terrible - Despite booking & paying fir one night stay they did not have a room available fior me! Nothing
- White (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bird (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roxanne (4/5): It was quiet and thankfully, we only had to sleep there that night. I would probably not stay there again, but the staff - Location It wasn’t very clean ,steps were very dirty needing vacuumed ,(was old dirt)smelled of cigarettes, toilet was broken they were going to change our room, but when they open the door to the other room, they found it hadn’t been cleaned so they got some paper clips and worked on our toilet shower handle was very calcified and looked nasty but the people at the desk very nice
- Chase (3/5): Poor - Nothing The beds had stains on the sheets
The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush I had to fix it
The cable TV did not work 90% of the time
Looks like the room was painted at some point but the carpet is from the 70s
No vent I'm the bathroom
Air conditioning barely functioned
- Christina (3/5): Poor - Cheap price Not a great location, dirty blankets, had to save a 3-4 year old that walked out of hotel, down 2 flights of stairs, walked across grass into 5 lanes of traffic. Once I brought him back to hotel, father just grabbed his hand and took him. Never said thank you or anything, kid starts crying. Front desk person said that was the 2nd time kid got away! Seemed like a lot of people lived there full time. Kinda sketchy place. TV would freeze at different times, a lot of times.
- Savannah (7/5): Clean - Good Good

- Holly (1/5): oyo must mean "OH NO" in some language somewhere. Never again. Staff was nice. - There was a security camera right out side my door so that helped alleviate my safety concern a bit. Room was filthy. I did not feel Safe. Roach crawling across the desk. Bathroom door looked to have been kicked in at one time.
- Arthur (10/5): Easy - It was easy to check in and out N/A
- Steven (10/5): excellent - perfect manager is awesome nothing

- Snyder (3/5): Very very disappointing. - Room was cheap Was suppose to be a king bed. Was two fulls, molding falling odd walls smelled like smoke in no smoking room. Bathroom caulking was nasty in shower. Wife sat down to use bathroom and baby cockroach ran across the sink counter. Being honest I would be way more pissed if I had paid full price.
- Jamon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anderson (7/5): Good - The location was great I was only 5 minutes from the work site also was able to get a smoking room for the price it was well worth it I think each room should be sprayed daily for insects
