- Heatherly (1/5): - First of all I didn't get the room I had originally reserved but was still charged for it, then had to pay a separate security deposit, and then after check out they charged me a separate fee of $250, stating that I smoked in the room which I didn't, I have asthma therefore I don't even smoke. Needless to say we will never stay there again!!
- Eyez86 (4/5): Nice location, not even bear minimum - The location was great. Just under the bridge n a couple of lights and ur at the college. The bed was great. The shower was nice. Not even the bare minimum. No cup, ice bucket, thin cover. Pillows thin too. Need all three to make one.

The staff was rude, there was still food in the microwave in our room, there was a drug deal right outside our room that my kids saw, the whole entire place was shady. When I tried to get my $ back so we could go somewhere else they refused to give it to me and was EXTREMELY rude about it.

- Reyna (8/5): Comfortable - It was very clean and well managed for the type of hotel it is and also very quiet. Very good place to just get away from everything with your significant other. The bed is VERY squeaky and the TV wasn’t big at all as advertised. The comforter of the bed is also very thin and not so much warming.

- Kelley (6/5): Decent but could use some improvements. - All in all, I had a decent stay, it was affordable and they promptly gave me back my deposits for the room and I didn't have to wait long the bed was soft. The room was freezing when I walked in, the sinks faucet was loose and I had to hold onto it to turn it on, the toilet seat was loose too. There was a burn hole in the extra blanket they gave me. The room where the Jacuzzi tub was, had no heating and was freezing too. And the bed was soft but the every time I moved the metal frame popped and when I'd walk on the floor, it made noises. Also the TV was really small and had only a few entertainment channel.

No visitors, no smoking inside or on the premises, vaping prohibited as well. No pets, no security, no concessions, no breakfast, horrible management. Never got refunded my.money. Never think about staying there plz. Worse than the bates motel I like nothing, smells like garlic

It was a decent place to stay and it was affordable. The bathroom faucet was really loose and the toilet seat was too.

- Arnold (3/5): even at $70/night, this is no value. booking.com dis-serves it's customers by listing this property. - the beds were reasonably comfortable. our room had both a king and a queen bed. the manager chuckled at my remark that for the $20 deposit i couldn't do much damage to the room, although it does have a nice-sized flat-screen tv, which proved handy (see below) and a microwave. well, turns out there wasn't much there to damage other than that tv. the large room has no closets nor storage of any kind; we had to hang our clothes on the tv. no wall hangings. the sink has a crack in it. the spacious shower has no soap tray nor anything to hang or place a washcloth. there were no hand-towels. there was no hair dryer.

- Ball (7/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay and will use this location again. The staff is very friendly! - I liked that it was remodeled. And the room was very spacious. It was quiet. When booking, it stated that a continental breakfast was available at the location, but there wasn’t. Also, I’ve never been to a hotel/motel that didn’t have an ice maker at all period so guests could have ice for their room. It also lacked basic amenities in the room, such as coffee maker, disposable cups, but had an amazing fridge and a microwave. We had the jacuzzi suite, and we did have to clean it ourselves before using it because when we tried using it the first night, when we turned the jets on, brown flaky stuff (dead skin maybe?) was floating around in the water. We didn’t complain, cleaned it ourselves, and the next day enjoyed it with no problems a couple of times! Also, for such a big room, the size of the tv made me giggle because if it was maybe 27 inches, I’d be surprised lol lastly, the floors really could use a mop! I’d recommend at least a swiffer wet jet after every guest stay ends.

Had to call for clean towels and bedding. No full time cleaning staff, we had to bag our own trash and set it outside our door at night. The mattresses left much to be desired. The mattresses need to be replaced.The manager or owner was very nice and responded in a timely manner when we called with needs, like twice for the TV not working.

- Rebekah (2/5): - I mistakenly had the wrong date for our reservation (Travelocity puts in current date automatically) I notice it right away on the receipt. I immediately called the Inn. Receptionist said she couldn't make a change since the reservation was through Travelocity. I then called Travelocity. They called the Inn but couldn't do anything as a manager was not available. Travelocity said I would receive an email as soon as possible. I did received the email with the explanation that management could not do anything about it because the reservation date was passed. I am disappointed both in the Budget Inn & Travelocity. I will find another place to stay & will not be making anymore reservations through Travelocity unless this is properly cared for.

The blankets and pillows weren’t good at all. The staff was rude. Called our room and hung up numerous times to wish us to check out.

- Sage (2/5): Very very disappointing. - The only thing that was enjoyable was the distance from town. Nearly everything. Room was disgusting and had NOT been cleaned. I spoke to staff member and showed him the dirty sheets to have him tell me they were clean anyways. The floor also made our socks completely black. Staff was very stand offish and never in the office. Was told to get the key I would have to pay a refundable $20 deposit, still have not received the deposit back.
