Had an amazing stroll around the quiet, comfortable Canby downtown area after dinner. Would have taken in a movie at the local theater but we were enjoying our walk so much we missed the 7pm show. Great place.

Staff were very friendly. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Too firm for my liking. Plenty of pillows on the bed but they are the smaller size pillows not standard or queen or king size. I don't care for those or find them comfortable. The breakfast area is very small and cramped. We went down for breakfast and there was probably 10 people in the room and there was no where to sit. Also only have 1 waffle maker. I don't understand why hotels don't have at least 2 of those. They are very popular and always a wait to make one.

Jacuzzi tub only had 2 jets, in strange spots, so not worth the extra money. Also had to clean the tub and refill as there was tacky feeling on the sides...not into soap scum from previous guests.

Makayla (5/5): because of the rude employee is what ruined my family’s stay - it was a nice place to stay and SOME staff are nice the stay was great until the last morning of our family’s stay at continental breakfast my mom asked for biscuits because they ran out and the older lady with curly blond hair was VERY RUDE about it when she came to put them out she almost bumped into me because rushed in front of where I was standing and the only reason she didn’t pump me was because I moved out of the way (please keep in mind I’m 8 months pregnant) I politely said excuse me she completely ignored me then my mom said “thank you” and she says “yup” with an attitude and she knew she was wrong because I made it known I’m leaving a review and will be talking to management then she took off her jacket she was wearing that whole morning that had her name tag on it I couldn’t have been happier to leave just because of her rude/aggressive attitude
