- Jamie (10/5): - Came through while doing family business. Read previous reviews that were good and I wanted to check them out. Very friendly, greeted nicely, respectful and accommodating. Clean room, cold air conditioning. Little sparse on decorations but would come back if I came through again!! I recommend this one. Good people!
- Brenda (10/5): - We stay here when we ride our side x side at the Pine Mountain trails. Nice helpful staff and a clean room every day.
- Linda (6/5): - This motel is sufficient for a one-night stay, but I would not stay longer. Basic amenities, bed sufficiently comfortable and a/c was good
- Amy K Bean (9/5): - The bed was super comfortable The room was very hot when we arrived. Took it almost an hour to cool off
- Tim (2/5): - Smelled terrible. Drain on shower and sink backed up on use.
- Greg (6/5): Pay cash as a foreigner to avoid extraction and taxes - Clean 95% Hispanic workers. All hid when we had to call police about a horrible domestic dispute (he was cheating) were screaming, slamming ,hitting for over 2 hours. This was next room and we notified front desk.
- donald (8/5): - Lobby was clean and was met with friendliness upon check in. Room was clean, bathroom and tub was clean and beds were comfortable. Little old looking but was good! Would stay at this again plus reasonable rates!

- Sean (2/5): - The property was given a favorable rating. When I went into the room the air conditioner was not turned on. It was extremely hot. Stains on the bathroom door. The refrigerator was not cool at all. The carpet was old and looked dirty. There was a 2x4 board in the window holding the curtains down. I have pictures of all the above.
- Oma (10/5): I try to stay at Budget Inn whenever I visit Antlers. Good stay for a reasonable price. - The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was extremely efficient and helpful. ,
- NORMAN (2/5): - Lack of everything , room has one side table, no hangers, just empty room, toiletries not enough for daily use, so inconvenient, shower does not flow good, water retain in the tub while you are showering as if you get trapped in the flooded alley. No bueno not even that cheap to be this horrible.
- Jacklyn (8/5): Satisfied Customer! - Service was very good.
- Wanda (5/5): Passable - Quiet. Clean bed. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Old building. Odor that smells old.
- David (8/5): quick stop - This was an old fashion Motel. The rooms had no frills but they were clean. I mainly was looking for a clean quick stop. I was disappointed that I was unable to get an iron and board from the desk. This seems to be a standard item for hotel/motels.
- Jessica (10/5): - Very clean. Friendly staff.
- Tanner (10/5): Good place to stay - They always have decent rooms, i always try to book with them when I travel to antlers, ok. Nice rooms for the price and even after only a few hrs, they saw me and asked if I needed anything. I will always stay there if possible I have no complaints
- Kimberley (8/5): - Clean and comfortable bed. We had some noisy neighbors and same out in the parking lot but it did quiet down.
- Simonitch (8/5): Very good -
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean USB charger didn't work. Not that big a deal, really.
- Christopher (2/5): Can't hold a reservation - They did not have the room I reserved. The host then offered me a different toom with a smaller bed and tried to charge me more than my original reservation. I walked out and went somehwere else.
- Dennis&connie (5/5): Passable -
- Eugene (8/5): Operator is a nice guy. - The front door didn't fit tight, it sounded like it wasn't closed.
- Corbin (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean. No problems at all with the accommodations. Web site a little bit of a pain . May have been me using booking.com for the first time.
- Joy (4/5): Disappointing -

- Monte (10/5): Exceptional -

- Christofer (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet, clean and had two restaurants right outside
- Carla (10/5): Nice little stop - This is an old one story motel. I was concerned about some dated posts, but newer posts gave me hope. The front desk clerk was friendly and the check in quick and easy. We were in room 133. The room had updated furniture, a desk, tv, fridge, sink was separate from bathroom. It was very clean and refreshing. The room we extremely hot when we first entered because the A/C was not on but cooled down fine.

- Tom (8/5): - NOT AMERICAN OWNED & OPERATED!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
We had driven there for a family funeral the next morning. My husband didn't sleep, became ill so I left him in bed & I stepped out of the room to leave. I ran into the desk personnel and i explained that he was ill and i was going to a funeral. He acknowledged and noded his head. 1 hour later my husband was awaken to metal banging on the metal door stating he had to leave!! My husband explained that he was ill, not knowing i had done this already, and the man just kept saying ...YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE!!! The funeral was at Rattan, om but burial was out in the country. So my husband was thrown out carrying all the luggage and had to walk towards the turnpike because he had no place to go. NOT RECOMMENDED!
- Roy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cynthia (7/5): We were only their for the night… no breakfast was available but the owner was very friendly! - We had an outside entrance & the room was very clean They had a king size bed but it was so close to the wall that I had a hard time getting in & out. The tub was on older one & there was no way to plug the tub for a bath
- Dmitriy (2/5): Nasty - Staff is friendly Rooms were disgusting. Loads of dust inside the AC. Crap all over the the walls. Cigarette burns on comforter and blanket. Smelled horribly like smoke.
- Gary (2/5): - One star is to much
- Sally (10/5): - I prefer a property with a main entrance with no doors open to the general area
- Iroldskool (9/5): Superb -
- Charles (2/5): - Clerk spoke very little English, black mold on the shower curtain. Room smelled so bad I had to go buy spray air freshener. Smoke alarm beeped all night. Not worth the price for sure.
- Kada (2/5): - Room had a musty smell. The blankets had cigarette burns. Linens and towels didnt smell clean. The bathtub and sink stopped up and were so dirty. On a positive note I did not find any bed bugs
- Brandy (5/5): Passable -
- raymond (10/5): - Wall to Wall carpeting, coffee maker, comfy bed, shampoo. Good lighting
- Margaret (6/5): - Had a few problems with checking in - scrutinized my license a bit too long, provided key cards to a room that we were unable to access, then provided keys to another room. We'll never stay there again and we can't understand why the rating was 8.2
- Stephen (10/5): Good value - Good value. Good location. Relatively quiet.
- Tom (9/5): IT WAS OK FOR WHAT I NEEDED - IT WAS OK FOR WHAT I NEEDED
- Carolyn (10/5): - Clean, quite, close to resturants
- Eldwin (7/5): Good -
- Dawn (10/5): - Great experience
- Michael (8/5): - About what I expected for Antlers, Ok. Not a lot of options there. Property was OK. Met my needs which was a place to sleep. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- Raynaldo (10/5): - Clean,good location
- Greg (7/5): Good -
- Shawna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Bernardine (8/5): Excellent stay - The greeting on arrival was very friendly and efficient
The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean
- Jessica (6/5): - Not bad
- Joseph (8/5): Nice beds. Good water pressure. Late night check-in was quick and easy. Sunday morning the staff tried to clean our room - Location was perfect for us. The staff tried to clean our room before our checkout time on Sunday.
- Andrea (2/5): - I was told i could have a room with 2 beds but when i got there, the person i previously talked to said they were all reserved when i got there. I took the room with 1 bed bc the other hotels were booked. The room smelled of urine.
- Mary (8/5): - The place was fair but we had to drive an hour to and back to the event. It was tiring
- Gary (4/5): - Our room was very hot (in excess of 100 degrees) upon entering. We were provided plastic bags to stuff in the 1/4" gaps between the door and frame (1 entire side and the threshhold). The room cooled down to a decently comfortable temperature after about four hours, but the bed stayed uncomfortably warm for another 3 or 4 hours while we were attempting to rest. The bath area remained very warm compared to the rest of the room due to poor circulation.
Other:
1) The mattress was comfortable, and the linens were clean.
2) The carpet was quite old and worn.
- Victor (8/5): Very good -
- Joseph (10/5): - Clean and well maintained.
- Steve (6/5): Keep on driving - I don’t see what all the rave reviews are about. It was an old motel, in decent shape, but hardly worth $80+ a night.
- Charles (5/5): Mediocre…. - Bright lights in the ceiling instead of warm light emitting lamp!! It felt more like a “HOLDING CELL!!!! Plus NO HANGERS!!!!
