• Liliam (10/5): - Our stay couldn’t have been better! The location was perfect for exploring the historic center, with easy access to all major sights. The room and bathroom were spotless. Daniele, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our car was unexpectedly towed, he didn’t hesitate to take us to the location, free of charge. His kindness didn’t stop there—he also helped us communicate with the towing company since we don’t speak Italian, making a stressful situation much easier. Thanks to Daniele’s exceptional hospitality, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

• Bethany (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend!! - Excellent location in Orvieto! We stayed in the Attic room and found it to be very comfortable. Our host was very kind & shared lots of great information, and even helped us make a dinner reservation at Mezza luna (after having difficulty calling & reaching restaurant staff). We loved staying within the city walls to enjoy the charm of Orvieto at all hours of the day. Beautiful views from the rooftop!
• Kenton (8/5): Delightful property, but not quite as expected. - Delightful property in a central location, with a lovely roof terrace, which is perfect for enjoying sundowners relaxing at the end of the day. The property has two kitchen areas and it would have been great to eat on on a couple of the evenings, something we had planned to do as we had been travelling for a few weeks and felt like some home cooked food. However, when we asked about pots and pans we were advised that the kitchens are not allowed to be used. It would have been good to know this in advance as it would have effected our choice of property. Unfortunately the rooms are not serviced during the stay, although a washing machine is available if you want to freshen up your towels. The nearest carpark was about 10mins walk from the property.
• Virginia (9/5): Orvieto is an interesting town with a deep history, significant buildings and plenty to discover if you are willing and - The terrace was a lovely spot in the evenings The stairs were a challenge for me because I am older however I managed and became used to them.
• Kenton (8/5): Great location. - Great location and pleasant accommodation. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with good views. Unfortunately despite there being two kitchen there are no pans to prepare food in as this is not allowed and it would have been lovely to stay in one night and dine on the terrace. Towels were not refreshed.

• Caitlyn (10/5): Perfect - We stayed in the atic room and it was perfect. If you were overly tall maybe not though. Comfy bed. Cute room with plenty of character. Beautiful balcony with outdoor kitchen, and a view of the Duomo. Great location, close to everything! We loved it, could have stayed longer. Make sure you find the light switch for the building stairs, they are not automatic. We learnt the hard way... 🤦🏼‍♀️

• Lee (9/5): Would highly recommend. After traveling for a week, the space was nice. It was like being in an apartment. - Location was close to everything Even though we had a private external bathroom, we felt like we had a lot of space. There was a shared kitchen area off of our room, with all the amenities you would need in your travels. Refrigerator, stove, hot water kettle, espresso maker, washing machine, and kitchen table. Wifi was good and USB outlets as well as additional outlet next to each side of bed. The balcony is exactly as shown with an outdoor kitchen on the balcony. That was a nice plus. Returning to the funicular was a 9-10 minute walk downhill if you you don’t want to wait for the minibus. To get to the property, Daniele gave good directions to catch the minibus and you get off first stop at Piazza Corsica.

• Giulia (8/5): - la terrazza con vista città è da non perdere! Camera confortevole in zona centrale e vicinissima a tutti i monumenti principali facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio a poche centinaia di metri al prezzo di un euro per l'intera giornata (ex Caserma Piave). Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Struttura centrale ad Orvieto, purtroppo al terzo piano e senza ascensore quindi le valigie abbiamo dovuto portarle a mano. Il parcheggio a pagamento e non custodito é situato a circa 5/10 minuti a piedi. La camera era ben pulita ma piuttosto piccola, una mansarda dove ad ogni movimento picchiavo la testa contro il soffitto (in particolare in doccia e all'entrata del bagno). Punto a favore la bellissima terrazza dove ci siamo riposati dopo una giornata di cammino guardando il duomo ed il tramonto. C'era la possibilità di prepararsi caffè o the per colazione ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. La stanza ed il bagno sono privati, mentre terrazza e cucina sono luoghi comuni. Il signore che ci ha accolto é stato molto gentile ma consiglio di contattarlo prima dell'arrivo perché questa struttura é un affittacamere (un grande appartamento su due piani dove sono state ricavate alcune stanze per i turisti) e lui non é sempre presente in loco.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Very Nice! - The room was nice and big. Very clean and warm with it being winter. The terrace on the roof was lovely. The only thing was the bathroom was outside the room down the hall but still our private bathroom. The location is excellent. Would recommend it to anyone. Even the parking was close and only 1€ for a 24 hour period. No breakfast though.

• Larry (8/5): Nice place. - Location and condition of the room were great. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop space for our al fresco dinner. The restaurant Duca di Orvieto is a few steps away and definitely worth a stop! The only disappointment was that we used the owner's parking space and when departing they kept the pass card and we could not freely exit.
• Silvia (10/5): Ottima esperienza - La stanza riservata a noi si trovava in mansarda, l'abbiamo trovata molto grande, con tanto spazio, bellissima, pulitissima, tenuta in modo ottimale. Il bagno era pulito, nuovo e il vano doccia largo e agevole. Accanto alla stanza si apriva una porta finestra con un terrazzino pieno di fiori e di piante e un cucinino al coperto, attrezzato per la colazione. I proprietari si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi alle nostre esigenze e molto gentili. Se ricapiteremo a Orvieto questo bed&breakfast sarà di sicuro il nostro alloggio.
