A special thanks to the reception team, who were always friendly, cooperative, and ready to assist us with a smile. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The traditional Turkish breakfast was very satisfying, delicious, and offered excellent quality for the price. It was a great way to start each day while discovering the authentic taste of Turkey. The hotel’s location is also a huge advantage, very convenient and close to many important places, making it easy to explore Istanbul and enjoy the city. Thank you for the lovely hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We would happily stay here again in the future.

- Haliti (10/5): - Our stay at Hotel Sureyya was truly a great experience. Everything was in perfect order from start to finish. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around easily. The staff were wonderful, always helpful and very kind. That really makes a big difference. What we appreciated the most was the peace and quiet. There was no noise from outside at all, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The cleanliness was top-level, everything was well-maintained and spotless. The food was also very good, fresh and delicious. Without a doubt, a place worth staying at and I would highly recommend it.

- Glib (9/5): A hidden gem that's very affordable - A really cool place to stay in Istanbul. Very close to the transportation network, comfy rooms, and an amazing view from the roof! When were staying in February 2026, a complete renovation was going on the 3-5th floors, so I expect it to be even better. The breakfast wasn't great, but I'd still stay here again

Ils nous ont fait un très bon prix pour les balade en bateaux. La chambres étais bien en général pour ce qu’on a payé. L’hôtel a un super emplacement on étais a côté de tout, ( marcher parfois 20min ou bien prendre le tram qui est a 3min à pied)

The breakfast should be improved. In the looby there is a coffee machine, I asked for a coffee but they told me it coast 2 euros 💶.

- Vildana P. (8/5): - Hotel je na izvrsnoj lokaciji....nekoliko minuta od Kapali čaršije. U blizini je i metro te tramvajska stanica te se lako može stići do svih dijelova grada. Svakako bih i drugi put izabrala ovaj dio za boravak. Sobe su male kvadrature, no za prespavati sasvim dovoljne. Moglo bi biti čistije.

- György (8/5): Pár nap eltöltésére kiválló helyen lévő szállás. - A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó! Közel van a metró és a villamos. A környéken két élelmiszer üzlet is van. Reggel 7-kor már volt reggeli, ami nagyon kényelmes volt a tervezett napi programok miatt. Minden nap takaritották a szobát és tisztaság volt. A recepciós nagyon segitőkész volt, taxit szerevezett, amikor hajnalban kellett a repülőtérre mennünk. A hotelben épp felújtást végeztek a földszinten. A lift nagyon kicsi és lassú. A szobában nincs rendes pakolásra való hely (szekrény). Sajnos nagyon vékonyak a falak.

- Achanta (9/5): - We had booked 3 rooms in Hotel Sureyya for our 3 nights stay in Istanbul. The location of the hotel is exceptional as it is at walking distance to the tram and the metro station. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Special thanks to their restaurant team who were very kind to arrange for vegetarian breakfast as requested. Rooms provided were comfortable and value for money. Only two glasses of water were provided in the refrigerator. They could have arranged for a water filter so that guests could refill their water bottles. We purchased drinking water bottles from a neighborhood store and managed.

The room was very very small to accommodate. The pictures on Booking.com gave an impression that it is a big room whereas it wansnt. I would say the room was enough for two persons only.. whereas we were 5. No cupboards. No place for luggage. Breakfast was very simple and just OK.
