• Nelum (5/5): Nice friendly staff - Friendly staff I had to change room three times and I didn’t get the room I booked in the first instance because of the TV issue I didn’t get TV at all and also one of the dish was gone off
• Nuwan (8/5): Comparatively it was a good stay. - It was an amazing welcome from all the staffs. And they were really helpful for our needs which occurred during our stay. And really friendly. Good parking space for our vehicle. Amazing classic breakfast. Good quality food at their restaurant. Rooms were bit dusty. But generally it was cleaned properly. While i was booking through booking.com it was mention iron facilities were there as amenities. But it wasn’t there in the room. Since i did not pay through the booking.com they charged me the full amount according to their room charges.

However, Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff w - Proximity to main attractions They have kept very old linen with dirt marks in the rooms and when we sought to replace them it took more than an hour to get them as they do laundry in one of their other hotels. Rooms required renovation and refurbishment as rooms look old Manager of the hotel was not helpful at all to resolve our issues and not a friendly person.

• Fabian (1/5): The dirtiest and loudest place I stayed at during my entire trip. - Nothing! Unfortunately one of the worst accommodations I stayed at during my entire Sri Lanka trip. The bed sheets were already dirty at check-in. After I complained, they were changed – but the new sheets were still stained and dirty. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The room felt neglected and unhygienic; I didn’t even want to hang my clean clothes there. The hotel was also very loud. People were sitting and talking loudly directly in front of the rooms until around midnight, making it impossible to rest. I stayed in several hostels during my trip, and every single one of them was cleaner than this hotel. Absolutely not recommended if you care about cleanliness or sleep. I strongly advise future guests to choose another place.

Op ons verzoek een andere kamer gekregen, maar ook die kamer was niet schoon, met schimmel, en niet onderhouden. Ook in de gangen en trap was er al tijden niet schoongemaakt. Wifi was er zeer slecht. Verblijf ingekort naar 1 nacht.

• Niranjana (8/5): Family holiday - Good location, spacious room. The property needs an update, and the communal areas can be kept clean. Need descaling as the taps and toilet have been stained with limescale. Could do with having a towel rack.

Staff were super friendly and kind. We arrived late, but they were kind enough to arrange us a quick dinner even keeping the resturent open bit longer. We really appreciate the service of Anusha and other staff.
