En suite bathroom with hot shower with good pressure. Yummy breakfast with fruit, eggs, homemade bread, juice, coffee. In case mobility is a consideration, there are a few stairs down to room and some stairs up to breakfast area. Will be delighted to stay again and will recommend to friends.
• Leslie (10/5): - Our room, with a double bed and a single, was very comfortable. The owners, Ann and Andrew, are engaging and helpful. We particularly liked the breakfast: French toast made with croissants and a generous fruit topping, bagels, cream cheese, jam etc. Recommended.

• Karen (10/5): Wished we could have stayed longer. - My son and I had the pleasure of a one-night stay and we wished we could have stayed for a week. Of all the places we have stayed at while visiting Stratford, this was by far the very best. Our hosts were interesting, fun, and kind and our breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We were extremely pleased with our accommodations and the location of this property was easy to find and very convenient to everything Stratford has to offer. Can wait to come back to visit Anna and Andrew again next year.

• SHERI (10/5): Well cared for private home with lovely gardens. - The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. They were willing to talk with us but never interfered with our plans or our privacy. They were always available when needed. Our room was spacious and handsome with an outside entrance and a lovely fireplace. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spotless. Also our breakfast was hearty and delicious.

The room was cozy and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Home away from home best describes Opus 74. Can't wait to stay with them again. I feel so fortunate to have found this gem nestled just a few minutes drive to the city center. I highly recommend this bed and breakfas!

This home is not particularly close to downtown but we did not mind taking the car to the theatre as we left in good time and were able to find parking. The room we stayed in was, clean spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was down the hall and very clean with lots of towels. There is a lovely patio area just outside our room in the back yard that would be great to sit in, during the summer when the weather is hot. It was a fairly cool weekend so we thought it would be a little chilly to sit there. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty. Anna and Andrew are very friendly and welcoming hosts. They were easy to chat with and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would definitely stay here again!

• June (10/5): The best B&B in Stratford - This was one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at. A lovely home, beautifully decorated apartment with everything you could require, and a front and private rear entrance. The hosts were friendly and courteous, and cooked the most marvellous breakfast at the time of our choice. We would highly recommend it.
• Stacey (10/5): - The room we were in was spotless and had a lot of room for sitting as well. It was bright and airy for a basement room and there were no issues with noise or anything else. It was situated a very short drive from downtown and all theatres, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Anna and Andrew were very welcoming hosts, and the breakfast Andrew prepared was absolutely delicious and filling! We would definitely return again!

Andrew made us a delicious breakfast the conversation was wonderful. We highly recommend this establishment, especially for a party of 3. The queen and twin bed option for both rooms were a treat and the mattresses were exceptionally comfortable.

If the weather is acceptable, there is a pleasant 25-minute walk to the main street in town and the theaters. All in all, you couldn't do better.
