Lenka (9/5): spokojenost - jako petihvezda hotel nabizi arabskou kavu a datle u recepce zdarma, dokonce tam potkate jednoducheho robota, nebo cerstvou kvetinovou instalaci. Vypujcila jsem si zdarma zupan, na pokoji je kapslovy Tshibo automat, pokoj byl prostorny s dostatkem vsech drobnosti v koupelne i caje kavy atd. Po dlouhem dni jsem denne vyuzivala bazeny a teplouckou virivku. Hotel je blizko známého nabrezi, ale trosku dal od zastavky (cca 15 min) opravdu nocni klub je velmi hlucny, myslim ze to hotel nema zapotrebi, vzala jsem si pokoj co nejnize, ale i tak jsem neco slysela. Do klubu chodi vsichni stejnym vchodem jako hoste

El desayuno sin variantes, a pesar de la buena voluntad del.personal. No hay secador de cabello en la habitacion. Caja de seguridad sin adherir y cerrada, debieron cambiarla durante la estadia.

Good value for money - Our room is very spacious, with nice design, beautiful painting in the hallways, the view is definitely a highlight - spectacular, panoramic windows make you wanna stay in the room and enjoy the view:) Great breakfast - very delicious food with good variety, dining place (restaurant) is nice as well. SPA is excellent: hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and 3 swimming pools (all indoors) are amazing, water temperature is perfect! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Souq Waqif, Corniche, The Old Port, metro station is walking distance. Special thanks to Jonalyn for taking care of our breakfast daily, being always friendly, helpful and welcoming! The room was a bit stinky.

Patalina (8/5): Great hotel for a low price, just needs some renovations - The staff is polite, attentive, genuinely friendly and ready to help at any time. The room is decorated in a fabulous design, beautifully, has its own kitchen, many types of tea and coffee. There are a lot of towels in the bathroom, good quality, many types of bathroom accessories of very good quality. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, with many museums nearby, the sea, the embankment, and the airport a 15-minute drive away. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna close very early, although it could be arranged to be open 24 hours. very poor sound insulation and everything that happens inside the building in the evening and at night can be heard in the room. The room was old and needed renovation. The floor was falling apart, the furniture was scratched (see photo), and the shower didn't work. I had to ask reception for a plumber. The staff fixed it quickly.

Only downside is the hotel interior is pretty old and really needs a revamp at the earliest. The beds need to be more comfortable for a 5 star hotel, they are old at the moment and need to be changed

Nafaa (4/5): Disappointing, and I'll never book at that hotel again. - The hotel is next to a disco, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially at night. I would not recommend it for Muslim families or guests looking for a quiet and respectful environment, as it is often full of girls wearing inappropriate clothing, particularly in the evenings. Because of that we ended up avoiding the swimming pool which was one of the reasons we booked at the first place. Service was below average. Coffee capsules for the in-room machine were provided only on the first day and were not replenished. I was later informed that I would be charged 10 QAR per capsule, which is unreasonable given the quality. There was also an issue with the laundry service. I requested specific items to be cleaned, but the staff took different items from the closet without asking and without my permission and charged me for things I didn't ask to wash, while leaving the prepared laundry bag untouched. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor service and a lack of attention to guest instructions.

The chef shold be told to cook with milk and or cream and dont make it too dry because keeping it onthe table will dry it out. Also they should not be dumping all of the quota for the morning all at once, they shold lpace it so that people ocming in later get warm food not dried out stuff! The fresh omelletes they made were very good.
