• Gary (3/5): Only stay if you like to bring camping supplies to a motel - Bed comfortable, ease access to unload car, nice pool if you use it, relatively quiet neighborhood. Refrigerator 1. No coffee, no restaurant nearby, The shower hand spray worked but no place to hook it while showering, The fixed shower part did not work at all. There was a microwave but no cups or dishes to put in it. Location was far away from stores, or food, or for tours to pick you up.
• Irma (7/5): - Room was very comfortable for our needs. Beds and pillows were great. The place is very cozy, tranquil and nice. The drain backed up. Water went into the room. We had to clean it up since there is no 24 hours maintenance and no one available in the office at the time. Also there is no accessibility to any place to eat or buy anything since it's about 15 minutes away from everything. There was no hair dryer, coffee maker or telephone. No complimentary coffee etc. The iron board could be bigger

• Oksana (2/5): Location, room size, and conditions are poor, I do not recommend it, and the price is too high for such rooms. - The staff who welcomed me on my first day and the cleanliness. I was very disappointed with many things in this hotel. The rooms are extremely small—it’s hard to even describe how small they are. There are also no conveniences in the room, such as windows with any kind of view like mountains or anything similar. The location is terrible because there is no view at all—no forest, no park, absolutely nothing. It’s not interesting at all. Also, there is no hair dryer, no shampoo provided, and not even a proper outlet to plug in a hair dryer after showering. The room is very poorly equipped because there isn’t even a kettle to boil water for my child Maria or to prepare anything. I am very unhappy with this, especially considering how expensive it was for such a room. I previously stayed in a much cheaper room with an ocean view, and it had a much better location and much better conditions. The rooms were large and fully equipped. I was very satisfied with that stay, but this is not a proper hotel room. I do not recommend it.

We were assigned a room to the 3rd floor and we had to carry our luggage up and down as there was no elevator. The code to the door/room does not work. We were able to open the door without entering the code

• Edwin (6/5): Lovely hotel, but didn’t meet our needs. - Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Winding and dark road getting there. We were placed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. For us older folks that isn’t good. The tv channels were not working right and the guy at the front desk couldn’t fix it. We probably won’t stay there again.

• Darcy (7/5): A no-frills night at a fair price - I needed a hotel for one night following a flight booking snafu. The rate was reasonable and it seemed fairly close to the airport. I was nervous when it took 45 minutes to get there in heavy traffic, but it was only 20 minutes to get back at 4:30 a.m. The pool looked nice and there are many audible birds around, including roosters both near and far. Hard to find. No elevator. Shower didn't heat up. Thin pillows and towels. The room was fine for my purposes, but I would have been disappointed if I'd booked a longer stay or brought my family for a pleasure trip.

• Boyd Mc (5/5): It was a bed for the night after a delayed flight. - The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was on the second floor, with no elevator. There was no hot water for the shower; however, it was present at the sink. There were no dining options within walking distance of the hotel. This was a last-minute booking as our flight was delayed 16 1/2 hours, and there was nothing available close to the Airport. The Booking.com site indicated 2.8 KM from the AP, when in fact it was 18 KM away.

• Michelle (8/5): Restful, clean, and comfortable. - I really enjoyed that this hotel was off the beaten path yet close to everything, especially it's proximity to the airport. It's in the countryside so you don't have to deal with the noise of a touristy area like San Juan so a good night's rest is definitely possible. Staff are super friendly and helpful! The directions I received from Booking.com were slightly off and took me to a different location about 2 blocks down the road. Luckily, the staff was able to direct me back to where I needed to be. Just be on the look out for the giant bunny. That's the landmark that help me get to the hotel.

Hubo problemas con el agua el segundo día de la estadía en la noche y cuando al siguiente día notificamos a un empleado del hotel,, nos dio un número de teléfono al cual llamamos (supuestsmente la dueña) y el trato no fue el mejor.
• stock (10/5): Hidden gem in Puerto Rico - Great place outside the rush of the city but close enough to all nearby beaches and old town. Extremely clean, well taken care of!!!! The owner was superb! Helpful, friendly and even gave me a ride to nearby bakery.

• Daniel (10/5): Excellent surprise in Carolina - Village Inn was a nice surprise in what felt like middle of a mountain. Only a short drive from airport but located in very lush area, serenaded by coquis all evening. We had hiked El Yunque and other places and the amount of coquis seemed barely audible compared to this hotel. Room was very clean and nicely cared for. Fridge and microwave were brand new. Bathroom was also clean with ample amount of towels. Beds had clean likeness and were very comfortable. Pool area looked like a perfect spot to relax but we couldn't fit it into our schedule. Overall this is a perfect place for a night or two of rest and relaxation. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quick connection to the airport before or after longer travel intervals around PR.

Could you please help me I had videos and photos to proved why I had to change for my security and rest properly because I used this hotel only to sleep and I arrived after 10 pm. Was about 22 minutes from the airport in the hills, did not realize that it was so far. You will need to add $50 for transport from the hotel to the property in addition to the cost of the hotel. They advertised 1 price online for the motel to make you think that it was reasonable in comparison to other nearby hotels. However, this motel had added hidden costs. Because it was late at night, I did not bother to walk away.

• jaybird6952 (8/5): Trip to visit friends - I read some reviews but found them wrong! We arrived yesterday March 18 ! My wife found this hotel from researching, most are overpriced near the airport! We got here after dinner and checked in, only problem I didn’t speak Spanish so a little upstanding but got through it! Are room is small but comfortable! Has everything I needed,TV air conditioning and refrigerator! The bathroom is ok has a shower and the water is Luke warm! We got up and had breakfast here! Can’t complain, had eggs and bacon done the way I wanted, coffee was a bit strong but I was able to drink it! Had a problem with the shower, said something and was repaired quickly! The guy asked permission before entering which was awesome! The pool not heated but that was ok

During check in I’ve specifically asked if the hairdryer is in the room, answer was “it should be. If no, please come to pick it”. Next morning, no hair drier - I went downstairs and they were no one. I was waiting for 5 min and no one was at the desk 4) couple of floors. Not sure there was an elevator. If you have have luggage / trolley etc -> probably might be difficult to reach the room 5) remote location

• Mike (4/5): For the price, we were expecting more. - Location was good. Pool was small, but nice. The cost of the room was not consistent with the amenities. The shower was hot, but it took some time and the flow was not ideal. The bathroom, in general, was run-down and not what I expected for the price. The lock on the door was a generic door knob that was actually quite loose, and didn't inspire confidence that it was secure.
