• Verified traveler (8/5): サービスについて - 3回目の利用でした。お風呂はユニットバスのお部屋で、料金を考えると妥当。年末年始期間だからかVODが無料でGOOD。 清掃は満足いくレベルでした。加湿器を入れても部屋が乾燥しているのが気になりました。
• Tomoko (8/5): - 朝食会場の炊飯ジャーの蓋が壊れていて閉まらなかった。当日急に壊れたのではないように思われる。 食後のコーヒー、二杯目は左側のコーヒーメーカーで淹れたら、豆がカビ臭いのか、不味かった。普段左側のコーヒーメーカーは使っていないのでしょうか？

• Hiroshi (8/5): 東室蘭中央部の便利なホテル - 駅にも繁華街にも近く、便利な立地です。施設は過不足ありません。お風呂・トイレはきれいに改修されていますが建物自体が古くなってきていることは否めません。Wi-Fi も飛んでいて、施設の古さは個人的には気になりませんが。

• may (4/5): 設備の古さ、アメニティ、家具の配置 - 設備が全て古く例えばトイレのレバーが壊れてる、貸し出し式のズボンプレッサーが壊れてる、お風呂の浴槽内の塗装が剥がれてるなど。家具配置に関しては椅子が部屋とベットに対して大きく引き出せないため座れない、シャンプーなどのアメニティが大きすぎ、結果浴槽から出ないと取れない位置にある、など。コスパで考えれば我慢はできると思います

• Troy (6/5): Bargain sleeping - This hotel is far from luxury but, if you are just looking for a place to sleep at a bargain price, this hotel is fine. Rooms are tiny, hotel is old, no special amenities. Staff is friendly and do their best with limited English speaking.

• Verified traveler (2/5): THE WORST i ever have !!! - standardized temperature will cause somebody died! Unfriendly services! i show the train ticket for request 1 hour late check out but rejected! And laugh at us because we can't tolerance the high room temperature. Look for help to settle problem of so hot in room, rejected as standardize ventilation system! location: at least 12 mins far from station! Their series hotels will not consider too!!!
