• Firdaus M (9/5): NICE BOUTIQUE HOTEL ! - Everything. So comfortable. Sooo clean. Nice rooms to stay. Nice decor boutique hotel. The front office staff is so friendly. Near to mall and major attractions. limited selection for buffet breakfast. We checked in on weekends but no option for hi tea buffet due to low occupancy. The hot shower was very tricky, even the coldest setting was hot. maybe there was a technical issue with the shower but acceptable because we love our stay. will come back again.

• Philomena (7/5): - Location Price Fresh linen Dusty room. I sneezed a lot whilst in the room. Aircond was set to 16°C but still not cold enough. Did not get a room same floor with gym as per requested. Room was without toilet roll and little face tissue. TV no signal. Should consider a ventilation mechanism for the fridge in the cabinet to vent out heat that is coming from the back of the fridge. The cabinet was really warm when we checked in.

I had to request amenities since I was running out. At 3:30 PM, I asked a housekeeper nearby to clean my room; he asked me to wait five minutes but never showed up.

The breakfast spread was enjoyable, though I feel it could be improved if the coffee were a little more aromatic. Shower temperature: The water temperature was highly inconsistent, shifting suddenly from very hot to extremely cold. This made showering uncomfortable and unsafe. Lift security: I noticed that the lobby lift could be operated without tapping a room card. This raises concerns about guest safety, as it allows unrestricted access to guest floors. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the comfort and security of future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Room was not clean and the bed with hairs when lifted up the blanket, breakfast was moderate but I experienced diarrhoea after ate the rendang chicken. Suspected the leftover food from Ramadan Buffet a night before. Hope the room hygiene and food can be improved.
