• Tanmoy (7/5): Sapa in Nature's Lap - Location, Sapa can be observed from the Balcony of my room. Sun Plaza is very close to the hotel. The staff is excellent and very helpful with smiling faces all the time. Must have Dining facilities. Pre-payment options must be added.

• Mimi (8/5): Adequate mid range accomodation. - Excellent quiet location close to town centre. The interior was showing signs of wear and tear, but everything was in good working order.

Personal sprach kein Englisch, nur die Kinder der Besitzer an der Rezeption, deshalb war es nicht möglich einen Ausflug oder anderes zu buchen.

• VERONIKA (5/5): Подходит для проживания 1-2 ночи. - Расположение в самом центре! В шаговой доступности автовокзал, вокзал на Фансипан, магазины, рестораны, аптека, озеро. Аренда байков около отеля по приемлемой цене. Кондиционер работает. Холодильник исправный. Всегда горячая вода. Предоставлены: зубные щётки, зубная паста, гель для душа, шампунь, чистые полотенца. Невероятно грязный номер (комната 203). Видно что комната не чистилась с момента основания отеля (фото). Разломанная розетка/выключатель прям за подушками, грязная (фото). Торчащие провода (фото). Свет на балконе отсутствует. Выход на балкон закрыт креслом, чтобы выйти на улицу надо его далеко передвигать. Солнечный свет в комнату не попадает никогда, от этого в комнате сыро и воняет плесенью. Одежда была влажная от сырости, нижнее белье сохло 2 дня. Пол очень холодный, как в комнате, так и в туалете. Приходилось кидать под ноги полотенце чтобы выйти из душа. В душевой поломаны двери, не закрываются. Одна розетка у кровати, с одной стороны, она же рассчитана для светильника: либо заряжаешь телефон, либо включаешь ночник. Второй человек должен заряжать телефон далеко от кровати. Я понимаю что стоимость номера в отеле крайне низкая, но это не отменяет качественной уборки номера!!!
• Yoong Pyng (8/5): Value for Money, Good Location - Location is near city centre. Grab taxi to and from Hotel is convenient and inexpensive. Though you can walk to the city centre, the route needs to walk via a steep flight of stairs(short cut)or via a sloping road. Walking needs some effort especially for the seniors.
• Lucy (9/5): Loved my time here - The location of this hotel is spectacular. Situated in the centre of town but hidden up a little hill, meaning it is two minutes away from the noisy Main Street. Surrounded by many cute restaurants and cafes too! The staff waited up for me as I had a late check in, and were able to extend my stay easily when I wanted to stay two extra nights

• Tom (6/5): - The location of the hotel is great, it is a stones throw from the town centre which was ideal. The hotel was ok, although it could be a lot better. It has all of the basic amenities needed in a room, but could definitely improve. The girl who works the morning shift is really helpful and great at speaking English, if you have any issues wait to talk to her as she actually sorts things out compared to the others who weren't interested! The room didn't feel 100% clean, we always wore shoes in the bathroom because the cleanliness felt very low. When we first checked in, the room had a rogue smell to it. We aired the room out and give it a good spritz of aftershave all over. The walls and furniture were looking old and could do with some love. The walls and doors were quite thin so you could hear everyone, and will be woken up in the morning or at night if another guest is having a late night. All of the staff apart from the girl who works the morning shift, do not speak English. And most of the time are too busy playing the video games on their phones. With a bit of improvement, this hotel could be really nice but their are still a few things lacking.

La propreté laisse à désirer, il y a un balcon mais vraiment petit et désuet. Une petite chaise sur laquelle on n’a pas osé s’asseoir et la vue était sur une cour arrière très embourbée. La salle de bain est pleine de moisissures et de métal rouillé. L’endroit a vraiment besoin d’entretien.

• Elodie (1/5): - A fuire une vrai catastrophe, nous avons quitte l hotel des le l an demain de notre arrive. Un personnel irrespectueux ( sauf la petite jeune qui est a l accueil en journee) . Toilette inutilisable, eau chaude pour 3 min (quand vous êtes compliqué), prise inutilisable, tele qui fonctionne pas. Réveille par les vidéos tik tok du personnel des 7h. Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas a ce que vous trouvez sur place.

Ruime kamer Ik wilde het dorp nog gaan verkennen na uitchecken en mocht mijn bagage laten staan - het was niet in een afgesloten ruimte maar er bleef steeds iemand bij Toen mijn bus later kwam opdagen probeerde het nieuwe meisje aan de receptie wel een praatje te maken. Prijs kwaliteit wat je er van kan verwachten maar er zullen allicht betere home stays voor een authentieker ervaring beschikbaar zijn Personeel dat er bij mijn aankomst zat sprak geen Engels. Zeer luide muziek in de lobby! De lift bleef om een of andere reden voortdurend in beweging, ook in de nacht? Kamer was niet erg netjes - vlekken op de zetel, de handdoeken en de lakens (ik zag het meisje van het wassalon de dag erna thans alle was terugbrengen) Kamer was ook zeer koud omdat er overal ramen waren - airco/verwarming opgezet maar dit hielp niet echt. (Dis misschien in het zomerseizoen wel beter)

• yeonjin (8/5): 체크아웃 때 도와준 친절한 직원 Hond를 칭찬합니다 - 슬리핑버스 픽업 문제로 곤혹을 치르고 있었는데 23일 오후 4시 즈음 리셉션에 계셨던 여성 직원 Hond(스펠링 확인했으나 틀릴 수 있습니다 죄송해요)의 도움을 많이 받았습니다. 회사에 직접 문의해 주시고 적극적으로 문제를 해결해 주려고 하셔서 매우 감동받았어요. 그리고 체크인/아웃 시간도 유동적으로 양해해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 체크인하기로 한 날을 넘겨 다음날 새벽에 체크인하게 되었는데, 미리 이를 공지했음에도 체크인 시기에 있었던 직원은 매우 불성실한 태도를 보였습니다. 자고 계시길래 여러번 깨웠는데 한참 있다가 반응하시더라고요 방에서는 오래 머물고 싶지 않았습니다. 휴지 등 기본적인 물품도 제대로 갖춰져 있지 않았는데, 아무래도 저희가 체크인한다는 사실이 제대로 전해지지 않은 것 같아요. 잠도 자지 않고 몇 시간 머물렀다 간 것이 전부였지만 청결하다는 느낌이 들지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 위치가 장점이라고 했을 때부터 알아봤어야 했는데... 위치가 장점이란 뜻은 위치 말고 아무것도 볼 게 없단 뜻이었는데...

• Faas (10/5): Ruime kamer met uitzicht op Sapa - Bedden waren heerlijk, kussens wat minder. De kamer was lekker ruim met een balkon met uitzicht op de stad en bergen als er geen mist is. Douche was goed net als de ruime badkamer. Personeel sprak weinig Engels maar was heel behulpzaam ondanks dat we alles met Google translate moesten doen Badkamer was niet 10/10 schoon maar krijgt alsnog een dikke 7

Either I went out too early or they didn’t bother since I reckon there only few customer’s around that time. Don’t really mind cause I rather enjoy outside breakie with spectacular view. Really missed those place. Look forward to come over there again. I have to climb a stairs to get there. A lot of them. Lol
