Additionally, the hotel’s internet system was down, and I was told I had to pay the deposit in cash or I would be denied service, which was very inconvenient and unexpected. After about an hour, they were finally able to manually process my card. On top of that, the front desk employee was rude and unprofessional during the interaction. I would like this issue documented and escalated, and I’m requesting a resolution regarding the condition of the room and the service I received.”

It was the perfect location and about 20 minutes. Travel out to. Everything’s It was dirty. It wasn’t clean. Staff wasn’t welcoming at all. The hotel was horrible. I had roaches in my room. The neighbor across the hall had roaches in her room. Our phone in the room didn’t work the toilet keep messing up ! • Jasmine (1/5): HORRIBLE - pricing, location near everything, cold ac in room, clear direct tv cable, water was mid(not scorching but hot enough to feel clean), for starters, i drove 7 HOURS to spend my anniversary here, the receptionist didnt bother to tell me that the elevators were not working until AFTER she swiped my card to take payment. It went "total is x" we will do that and deposit separately, "oh yeah sorry our elevators are down" I mean at that point it was too late to find somewhere else to stay, left me no option but to stay there no option to find something more accommodating, i even bluntly asked her for an eta on when it would be fixed she told me the next day(Thursday) they didnt get fixed until Saturday morning, our room never got cleaned(no daily towels no nothing we had to ask and WALK down every day, yes 2 flights), big broken window on a room 2 down from ours, no urgency to fix, tons of loud banging and stomping from upper floors, horrible reception for wifi, bathroom shower had no guard door so soon as u shower water pings on bathroom floor(fall hazard), sink in bathroom leaked terribly, if they are not careful i see future mold problems, ice bucket had red pop and gnats inside, went downstairs on 1st night to ask for a liner, was told "oh we dont have any" i meannnnn the bucket isnt clean maam so what are we to do about ice? She clearly didnt care, walked down the flight of stairs to go to walmart and get Styrofoam chest to keep my ice in, got up to 2nd floor only to be told "oh we only have one ice machine on 1st floor" yupp u guessed it walked right back down 2 flights of stairs to get ice, bed feels like cardboard underneath, no trashcan in the bathroom, DO NOT STAY HERE. WAS CELEBRATING MY 13 YR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, THIS HOTEL DEF RUINED IT. Was offered no free stay, or no reimbursement. Thing is, i booked here bc it was previously country inn & suites i stayed there under their leadership so booking again i just knew it would be nice even if someone else took over with a diff name, i mean surelllllyyyy the set up would be the same right?

Additionally when I went to close the curtain before I went to bed, I stepped into a really soft spot on the floor, near the wall by the AC unit. I am assuming that it is likely due to moisture from the HVAC. Lastly, I woke this morning to discover small roaches in the bathroom. There were several, on the wall, on the sink surface and in the sink, as well as in the shower. I decided to check out of my two night reservation
• Jessica (2/5): - When I arrived the hotel smelled like cesspool and it was very humid. The receptionist Arriane tells us that all their amenities are not available. She states that the elevator was not working, the pool was closed down, there was no available breakfast at all, and no A/C. She states that they are giving back refunds but if we check in the refund wouldn’t be available. So I decided not to stay at the Ramada due to all these inconvenience. I triple checked with the receptionist( Arriane) that if there was anything further I had to do so I can cancel and not be charged. She told me I didn’t have to do anything that canceling wouldn’t be necessary and I wouldn’t be charged. A day later I get charged when I never stayed at the hotel. This has been the most unpleasant and unorganized service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend staying or even thinking about staying at the Ramada.

• Ashlee (2/5): Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here - From the moment we pulled up, we knew something was off. People were wandering the streets, and the area looked run-down and unsafe. Before arriving, I received a call informing me the kitchen was closed for maintenance; inconvenient, but manageable. However, when we attempted to check in, we were told the elevator was out of order (strike two). We made our way up the stairs to our second-floor room, and at first glance, it seemed clean… until we turned on the lights. Roaches. Crawling on the walls. Crawling on the chair. It was absolutely disgusting. We turned around and left immediately. This hotel needs to be shut down and professionally fumigated. I would never recommend it to anyone. P.S. Don’t be fooled by the hotel next door; it’s just as bad.

Once inside the building the stench of something died reeked on the second floor. Upon entering the room I was greeted with roaches in the room, and bathroom. The room wasn’t very clean. Once checked in I had to call for room service to change bedding which I forgot to take a picture of. The bathtub still had hair and stains in it. There was a baby roach coming out of the juicer in the breakfast room as I was about to get apple juice. I was too disgusted to snap that photo and scurried out of there fast. Let me just say be ware. Otherwise customer service was excellent!! Probably won't return but it was an experience
