峰威 (2/5): 非常糟糕，感覺被坑了！絕對不會再去！ - 停車位需預約，未提前告知，入住當日才來電告知停車位已滿，「重點是未有任何補償措施」（等同有停車位的跟沒有停車位的，付一樣的錢），非常不合理。你去麵店點一碗麵加滷蛋，滷蛋是限量的，賣完就沒了，這完全沒問題！但結帳時，加蛋的價格跟沒加蛋的價格一樣，這樣合理嗎？
蔡巧敏 (7/5): - 離火車站很近，文化路夜市也在步行距離。員工很熱情，單人入住訂了雙床房還問我是否需要把兩張床合併，很貼心。隔音非常差，隔壁房的說話聲音都能聽到。這次入住運氣不好碰到一群年輕朋友出遊，半夜還在房間內大聲嘻笑被吵醒。

MINORU (4/5): 嘉義にはいいホテルがない - 阿里山に行くため、次の日まで荷物を預かってくれた。チェックインが16時なんて遅い。フロントは暇そうにしていて大勢待っているのに16時きっかりまで誰もチェックインできなかった。部屋にスリッパがなかった。洗面所に石鹸もなかった。1日目に泊まった部屋のトイレにはウオシュレットがあったが、いったんチェックアウトして3日目に再び泊まった時の部屋にはなかった。ベッドがとても固く、床に寝ている感覚だった。シャワーも弱い。部屋の照明が暗すぎる。朝飯も美味しくなかった。

Toby (7/5): A great convenient place for going up Alishan :) - Only stayed here for 10 hrs before getting the Alishan railway from Chiayi in the morning. Comfortable, clean, hotel staff spoke English. Nice easy walk to the station. If like me you want somewhere cheap and easy to stay in Chiayi before heading up to Alishan, this place is great Nothing inspiring, relatively bland interior.

Izah Capacia (9/5): Overall, this is a good place to stay for travelers. - We like that the room is spacious and there is a bidet mechanism on the toilet bowl. The location is just a few minutes away from the Chiayi TRA and is near convenience stores like Family Mart, 7Eleven, and even the PXMart. We did not like that there is no available microwave on the lobby area. Also snacks are not available on early morning. In our case, we checked in 4PM and checked out 5AM. We suggest to have available snacks early in the morning to cater to guests who are travelling to Alishan early in the morning. Snacks are available aroung 10 AM to the later in the afternoon. We also do not like that the check in time is 4PM. It is too late for a standard hotel check in time.

Volker (4/5): Überteuertes, renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel mit wenig Service! - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Das Zimmer war voll gepackt mit Kinderspielzeug, Rutsche, Kinderhöhle usw. , aber ohne Kinder dafür sehr beengt und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Frühstücksraum im Obergeschoss gleicht eher einer Fabrikhalle. Zu dem bescheidenen Frühstück musste man das Geschirr noch selbst aufräumen. Sowas habe ich in dieser Preisklasse noch nie erlebt.
