- Lucy (1/5): Do not book. Very poor and the management don’t care - The property looked nothing like the photos and was VERY VERY poor The doors don’t close properly. The decor is worn and very poor and the bathroom is tiny I had to leave the property after one night to pay and book somewhere else because it was so bad. The management didn’t care and offered no refund.

Wonderful accommodation and great for a family. I would highly recommend it for families and anyone who wishes to stay in this great area. Room was very spacious. I developed a rash on my back from the dirty sheets. They were too lazy to change the sheets. This ruined my experience.

- Tatyana (10/5): My best wishes to the staff! Big greeting from Canada! - Everything is fine! Friendly staff, you feel at home. Cozy room. You can it in your room. Best location for walking the sights of Istanbul. A few minutes walk to the Bosphorus. At the pier you can take an excursion to walk along the Bosphorus. There are many grocery stores and restaurants near the hotel. I have no complaints. I’m happy with everything. I just have one small suggestion to add a couple of fruit bowls to the room.

- Medko (1/5): terrible hotel with terrible staff ! - nothing to like, ac not working, reception don't give a ... i don't recommend staying there there was no one in reception, when you call they don't answer the phone , if they do they will say they will come but they wont, when we arrive at 1am the door was closed we had to wait a 1hr for him to answer the phone. is just ridiculous the bathroom was leaking all over the place is just nothing was right don't believe the pictures i strongly don't recommend this hotel !

I did not need them but the advertised amenities (toiletries, stove etc) did not exist. there was a fridge that badly needed defrosting

The room is equipped with a fridge and kitchen area (no dishes, forks or knives thought). very small room, broken furniture. blanket are yellow-ish. very small window. uncomfortable mattress and pillows. in my 2 nights stay - no cleaning was done.

- Steve (10/5): - Great location. Nice rooms, highly recommended! I was pleasantly surprised, the accommodation was great. Renewed rooms. Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. The hotel is located near the bus station (3 minutes walk) and to Bosphorus (5 minutes walk). There are several cafés in this area as well as restaurants. If I come to Istanbul another time, I like to stay here again.
