- Mickey (10/5): The price was reasonable. - That it was right across the street from Belterra Casino. The property was fine.
- joe (6/5): Inexpensive cost alternative - Breakfast helped us do what we needed to do early. Location was great Left for a call that was totally forgotten by staff
- Daniel (8/5): Great little hotel - Great location, friendly staff, very clean Very outdated but considering that if it was remodeled they would charge more, I can live with it

- Amanda (1/5): Terrible, uncomfortable smelly dirty. - So booked this to visit family close by. Photos online are deceiving. Bed was noisy, hard as a brick, the blankets smelled comforter stained. The smell in halls was terrible weed and roadkill smell. Door slamming all night so no sleep at all. Continental breakfast also a joke. Bagged muffins and cereal not individually wrapped. There isn't much good I can say. Everything was terrible other then staff was decent.

- Heather (8/5): Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I would likely stay there again if we were in that area. - The price was right. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms
were clean and roomy. Fridge and microwave in rooms. Beds were comfy! Just could use some decor updates, and maybe newer towels. Not a fan of hotels with smoking rooms. But the smoke smell was not terrible. Our rooms were non smoking and inside the rooms didn't smell of smoke.
- Joe Jeffries (10/5): -
- Tec (6/5): Would have been a 10 if not for the loudness in the lobby! - Convienient to the casino A man a 4:00 am talking extremely loud and obnoxious telling stories that no one gave a shit about. Bad part is the night attendant was talking with him
- Harrell (9/5): -
- 788maegans (2/5): Fairway Hell - Absolutely disgusting. Rooms had blood, urine, bugs, cigarette burns, and reeked of smoke. The owner is rude, dishonest, and hung up on me after refusing to refund both rooms—even though her own clerk admitted how nasty they were. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down. Stay far, far away.
- Amy (10/5): -
- Arnez (8/5): -
- Kim (8/5): - It was close to the Belterra casino. It was close to the Swiss Wine festival. Wood laminate are nice instead of carpet. The shower was big. There were long black hairs and some dirt on our sheets when we pulled covers.
- Declan (10/5): Excellent facility and staff - From checking in staff were exceptional. Ruth, Linda and Wilma. I even met the owner Bina. What a great place.
- Dezyre (9/5): For the price of our stay, this location was very great for us. We will be coming back again. - Breakfast was quick and easy, exactly what we needed for our busy day. Loved the location as it wasn’t too busy and was quiet. The cute wild flower field behind it was so much fun with the girls. We talked with staff as it was very homey and friendly. As this hotel does have smoking rooms, the smell of cigarettes is quite strong in the staircase. Quite a few noticeable spot of build up dust on items. Room was very warm due to the AC not being on, as this took some time to cool down (outside was cooler).
- Dennis (8/5): - Other than the stained carpet in hallway it was a nice place to stay.
- Brandi (2/5): If you want a place to stay to smoke and play the casino across the street, then this is the place for you. If you are p - The room was very cold. It smelled like smoke. The breakfast was horrible. Uneditable in other words. Smelled like smoke everywhere. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dennis (7/5): Good - Clean room got my extra towels when I ask for them the staff was very nice and helpful Couldn't get the wifi to work
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Location convenient to Belterra!
- Shawn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cindy (4/5): Disappointing - Hot water and the staff was very friendly It smelled like smoke and the beds were old and very uncomfortable
- Angie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julz (10/5): Exceptional -
- R5443NQbryanb (2/5): Rude and insulting staff person - We checked in and went to our room, only to find it a complete mess. Beds unmade, towels on floor, etc. We got a new room, no complaints. While leaving the next morning, a female employee asked us what room we stayed in, and basically accused us of messing up the original room! Very insulting and rude, not someone I would want representing my hotel!
- Terrina (5/5): OK, not great - Close to home, for emergencies The beds where lumpy and sheets of one bed felt like sandpaper. The other bed was better but the sheets where on upside down so don't know if that helped. Paint was peeling in bathroom, no smart tvs.
- Neahusan (10/5): Exceptional - The workers
- Anthony (7/5): Good - Location was near the casino.
- Mike (7/5): Good -

- Leann (5/5): Will not be staying here again - Close to work The Indian lady that works night shift. Was very very rude to my boyfriend.
- Angel (10/5): Awesome staff and awesome room - The cleanliness of the room There's nothing I didn't like honestly
- Wheeldon (1/5): This place is a joke. - The only thing that I did enjoy was the location being right by the casino I had a family member stop over for a second and the owner bina Patel told them as they arrived that they only had 30 mins and than had to leave other wise they was going to be charged $45. Than upon them leaving after about 10 mins we go to open our room door and the owner is standing right outside our door ear to the door. Pretty sure that's illegal. We wasn't doing anything wrong at all.
- Charland (3/5): Never Again. - Upon entering, smelled so bad of Pine sol. Not in a good way. Rooms are dark, dingy. Did not get much sleep as the people above us were noisy, thin walls and ceilings.
Heard continues noise all night as people came in and walked and or stopped by our room talking, laughing etc.
In the morning, about 6:30 AM, lots of loud noise outside of our room . It was a terrible experienc3. Could not wait to get home to get some sleep. Read above.
- Greg (8/5): Decent - Better breakfast options No bathtub and breakfast was not very good
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Atkinson (5/5): Booking.com and Fairway Inn both billed my bank account -
- Marilyn (8/5): Very good -
- Mickey (8/5): It was a great day. The reservations were easy and we would come back again.. - I would stay there again, but I would say the place needs just a little bit of an update not a lot. The comfortors on the beds need to be replaced. Ours had a few holes in it. The price. And the location of it being right across the street from Belterra.
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were great to work with. The place was very well taken care of. The rooms were large and very neat. Nothing
- Alissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dema (8/5): Very good -
- Tim (7/5): It was good - It is a convenient location for us. The place was clean. It has a continental breakfast. The room was comfortable. The employees were all friendly. Very good parking. Easy to get in and out. I like to have my electronic devices near the bed and the outlets were too far away.
- Barbara (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Location in comparison to the casino The comforter appeared dirty and ragged. The pillows were discolored. The flat sheet had bleach stains on it. The loveseat was very uncomfortable.
- Roger (9/5): Superb -
- William (7/5): Convenient to casino and not near as expensive - Good location for casino stay, off property It is a little dated, could use fresh paint
- Brenda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Justin (1/5): Only slightly better than sleeping in your car. - Absolutely nothing. No hot water, smoke alarm chirped every 90 seconds, sheets wouldn’t stay on mattress.
Clerk charged a surprise $50 cash only deposit after I paid thru an app.
Clerk then charged me another $20 for my service animal.
$70 in additional fees before I even got in my room.
Street urchins floating around parking lot, construction in various phases all over premises.
- Kurt (1/5): Dirt bag hotel quality and view - Low price Extremely poor maintenance of facility
- Howard (5/5): You get what you pay for - Loneliness could be better and it really needs to be updated. The refrigerator in our room hummed all night.
- Barbara (7/5): Great value, friendly staff, but cigarette smoke smell was strong for non-smokers. - It was quiet, staff friendly and helpful. There were smoking rooms across the hall from non-smoking rooms. When you walked into the hallway early in the morning, smell was very strong.
- Michelle (6/5): I loved the privacy an the desk ppl - Privacy Beds need updated
- David (8/5): Very good - The location being next to the Casino; slowly doing upgrades to the hotel, friendly staff; smelled much cleaner ! No coffee maker in the room, but was okay otherwise
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Convenience, breakfast. It was all good.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, the staff were friendly and informative. The price was great through Booking.com
- Eduardo (8/5): Very good -

- Schleppe (9/5): Superb -
- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Duvall (10/5): Sweet - Great location It was perfect
- Peter (6/5): Would stay again. - Low cost.
Clean.
The breakfast was a very basic continental style, strictly prepackaged, inexpensive stuff. Fine to get you going in the morning, but nothing worth looking forward to. Everything was fine for the low cost. I got what I expected.
- Julz (10/5): Love this place. - Staff is excellent. Very clean. Close to Belterra. Could have a few more breakfast choices.
- Mike (7/5): Good -
- Lori (4/5): Disappointing - Very noisy and not comfortable pillows and beds not good.
- Kelly (5/5): Passable -
- Carrie (5/5): Don't wait until the last minute to get a room - Proximity to casino It was run down, smell of smoke was present throughout. The beds felt like they have been around for a while. The website says Continental breakfast...That consisted of like some white bread a bowl of jelly, or cinnamon raisin bagel coffee..It was so sad really...We did notice at least they ripped up the carpet and put down flooring in the room..we had to set up our TV/direct TV because everything was still unplugged 😆..
- Hurduc (10/5): A restful place . - Clean, big beds, very quiet around, , I liked the ambiance from the main lobby , the lady by the front desk was real friendly . Also the country sides surrounding are very restful.
- Stephwil1985 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (7/5): Good average motel for the money would stay again - Good average motel for the money
Would stay again
- Julz (10/5): We had a terrific time and can’t wait to stay there again - The staff was amazing. The closeness of the hotel to the casino was awesome. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
- James (8/5): Very good -
